Jorge was wonderfully nice- especially coming on a Sunday evening. He was thorough, answered any and all questions, and he got the job taken care of quickly. He figured out that there was an electrical issue causing the plumbing issue, and I’m glad he thought to check the power! The owner is fantastic, and his experience in customer service/HR really shows. Kyle picked up the phone himself and made a technician available within an hour for a non-emergency issue. I chose this company because they have almost all 5 star ratings. Glad to be able to give them another!

Called Zoom this afternoon to check my drain due to some gurgling figuring the air vent was clogged. I was super impressed that they could get someone out the same day. Preston arrived exactly when they said he would. He explained step by step what he was going to do and what the cost would be. After putting a camera down the pipes and finding the problem was not what we thought it was going to be he took additional steps to diagnose the issue and provided options for correcting it.I will definitely be using Zoom again if the need arises. Their pricing was up front and fair and Preston was through and knowledgeable. Great job!

We had a storm drain issue that needed to be corrected to move forward with a more pressing project. I called in the morning on a Friday. They came out and looked at our situation and sent a technician out the next day. This issue was looked at previously from another drain company who did not resolve the issue. Preston worked on this until he figured it out and then went above and beyond to ensure we were cleaned out and set to move forward. Great company to work with. Give them a call. You will be happy you did.

I needed a company to clean my waste pipe and google it. That’s when I saw the selection and decided to go with Zoom Drain. I have experienced the up selling and pricing of the other players and was not comfortable calling them. I called Zoom and Preston Labree was at my house within the hour. I showed him the problem and he gave me a complete 3tier estimate. They were all reasonable and were able to ratify the problem with the lesser estimate. Preston was polite, professional and clean. These guys were absolutely amazing. The tech was knowledgeable, experienced, and very informative. Though my drain could not be cleared they were able to investigate with a camera and show me that my pipe was compromised. Instead of leaving after the discovery these guys were able to identify where the pipe was broken and put me in contact with a company that could fix the issue. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

I cant say enough good things about working with Kyle and his team! We had a severely clogged sewer main filled with roots. We called on a Sunday night and Kyle got back to me within a half hour - unbelievable response time on a holiday weekend! The guys called me to let me know when theyd arrive. The crew arrived the next day (we didnt want a late night service call) and spent more than 5 hours diagnosing and fixing our problem all the way to the town sewer manhole cover. We had a massive root clog - more than 4 feet in length - that they blew through with snakes, jets, and a cutting tool! The guys were professional, personable, and left no trace that theyd even been there. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Zoom Drain! Couldn’t thank Joe enough, so professional, honest and informative. Everything time I used my washer it always backed up, you literally had to stand there and watch it, Joe put in an air vent to help with the air flow, put in a camera, it couldn’t go past 25 feet, came back the next day, snake it and did jetting and put the camera in again and it went right into the main in the streets. Highly recommend using Zoom Drain. We were under contract on a house and needed to get the sewer line cleaned to complete the scope - they worked with us on a tight schedule and were able to accommodate same day service! Kyle was helpful scheduling and Preston was a huge help with the service. He arrived on time and found that the sewer line was actually clean and the previous inspector had provided incorrect info. Preston scoped the entire line for us to show that it was completely clear and provided additional info about the line for our own knowledge. He was honest and helpful at a time of high stress for us, we were very lucky to have found him and Zoom Drain.

I called Zoom Drain for service because my washing machine drain was overflowing. Jacob arrived within 2 hours. He was professional and pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing. He continued snaking the drain until it was clear. He then checked it by filling and draining the washing machine three times to be sure the water was running freely in the drain and no longer overflowing. He also took the time to clean everything up before he left. I was completely satisfied and made an appointment to have them come back and hydro jet my drain since the pipes are very old and there is a lot of sediment and scaling. I highly recommend this business.

One: Joe was an extremely honest and informative guy. He also treated my 80 year old mother with exceptional respect and thoughtfulness. Thats a rare thing - there have been plenty contractors who not only try to gouge older people for every dollar they can get, but speak to them as if theyre idiots. Joe made my mothers day even before attacking the issue.Two: Problem solved. He blasted out the obstructions in our pipe and his camera was able to show there may have been additional blockage in the citys sewer pipe in the street. The street was cleared a week later and there have been no issues since.I cannot recommend this company enough.

The person who answered was lovely. And you know when someone says it could cost this much or it could cost this much, the latter being the more? And you kind of just prepare yourself that itll be the higher price? Great communication with them and with the owner who gave this personal attention. Kindly and patiently explained everything. Did exactly what they said theyd do when they said theyd do it and Gianni worked very hard in extreme heat without complaint until the job was done. Gianni was helpful and very knowledgeable. My house has old cast iron pipes. He knew there should be two points of entry to the main sewer line but we only seen one. He was very determined to find the 2nd entry to be able to snake the line out to the road. After a little digging he found it. He waz here for four hours but he cleaned out the vent pipe, made sure all lines were flowing freely before he left. I will definitely call them again if I run into any more issues. Great company.
