Found them via Google and specifically chose them because of their high ratings and ability to schedule online. Note to other septic companies: millennials have houses now and we don’t like to call people on the phone, especially when we have to schedule unpleasant maintenance tasks like this. Wind River let me schedule and pay online and they sent texts when they were en route, arrived, and completed. Tim was excellent and arrived first thing in the morning (a huge plus since I’m an early bird and work from home), got the job done quickly, and was super courteous. I won’t use any other company from now on.

Wind River Environmental - Johnston has been servicing our septic system going on 16 years this year. We have our tank pumped approximately once a year. They do a great job. They keep our system in tip top shape. They have provided us with good information in regards as to what products to use and also what not to use so we dont run into any problems that would require further maintenance and cost us time and money to correct the problems.I would also like to mention two technicians by name that we have had the pleasure in dealing with during our annual service of the system. They are Jeffery Parker and Tim Webber. They are both very knowledgeable, will answer any questions, very personable and great to deal with. Ask for either one of them the next time you need your septic tank pumped. Wind River Environmental, as well as Jeff and Tim, will take good care of your system.This is an update to last years review:We had our system pumped again this year , 2022, by Wind River.This year our technician was Sergio Polanco. I want to add him to the list of excellent technicians that we have dealt with from Wind River. If Tim or Jeff are not available, make sure that you request Sergio. Within only an hour of placing the call, Tim W arrived to pump the tank. He was friendly and professional and make quick work of the job.
