I want to take a second to recomend Superior Sewer Solutions. We noticed our main sewer line was backing up into our basement on Friday morning. We called so many plumbers, and only two called us back, and they were busy, which is completely understandable. But we were at a loss for what to do. We rented two different electric drain snakes and tried so many other products. But nothing worked. Finally we looked on Google one more time and came across Superior Sewer Solutions. I filled out their online form after 8 pm on Monday. We were crossing our fingers that they would call us in the morning. But Mike messaged us back by 8:45 pm and got us scheduled for the next morning! They came out and had everything up and going with their Hydro Jet machine within an hour! Their customers service is absolutely amazing. They even checked up on us after it was done. We will be lifelong customers!

They were able to schedule a technician promptly, and when the team arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.They thoroughly explained the problem and provided an efficient solution. Mike and his crew were amazing! They were able to clear my lines and for a fair price. I was quoted $3,700 to have lines replaced by another company. This crew saved me a TON of money, were quick, efficient, and super friendly. I have even given their contact information to my realtor friends.

We were in a mess with roots in our plumbing lines and a back up in our basement. Called Superior on a Saturday morning, a plumber was here in 90 minutes! Nehemiah was our technician. He was excellent and professional. Mike also was quickly responsive when we had additional questions on Saturday evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
