Devin is the best. He showed up 30 mins after I called. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions even providing advice I might need in the future. We have lived in this house almost 24 years and I have had more service calls than I can remember. I have never experienced such patience and kindness (and what a terrific personality!) Prime Time Plumbing provided superior customer service. Our water heater failed and was leaking. From the time I called to the time I had a brand new and functioning water heater was 3 hours. You simply cannot ask for more. Devin was personable and explained the process to me from start to end. Amazing work!

We needed our water heater replaced the day after the 4th of July. Prime Time Plumbing was quick to answer the call, provide an estimate, and schedule the replacement service. Our plumbing pro, Devin, was friendly and professional from start to finish! We will gladly use Prime Time Plumbing again.

The work I had scheduled started as a water heater replacement. After the unit was installed a strange noise started coming from the pipes in the dining room. It happened every time the water was running. The gentleman who installed the unit came back to my house two additional times to try and trace down the source of the sound. They made me a deal that if the installation of some parts at the main water line coming into the house didn’t fix the problem, then I wouldn’t have to pay for them. The addition of the parts did fix the noise, and so I did pay for the additional parts, but with all the time they spent on tracing down what was likely a fluke problem that arose from the water heater installation, I felt it was a fair deal.I appreciate that they didn’t try to argue that the noise wasn’t correlated with the water heater installation. I appreciate that they worked very hard and made things right. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
