We had to have our chimney redone due to the original job from another contractor before we moved in, left it missing material and a horrible patch job. We had some siding that needed to be replaced from storm damage. Unlike other contractors who confidently said the only option was to replace with new siding or worse replace all siding, Bram took one look at the damage and the siding panels I had saved and went to work immediately to fix it. Within an hour, he helped fix the damage and right before Hurricane Milton hit as well :) We are so thankful for Bram and his experience.

We had been dealing with a leak in our roof since December 2023. Water was running through our wall leaking out of the window. Since then we had had three different roofing companies come out, including the original company who installed the roof, our Window company, and a stucco repair company all not being able to find the issue or blaming something else. It was becoming increasingly frustrating. Bram came out and spent time to actually find the leak. He found what no one else did, which was a hole in one of our shingles almost the size of a penny hidden by a plywood clip. The water was leaking directly between the two sheets of plywood. Bram came out and quickly repaired an issue that was driving us insane for almost a year. I highly recommend Bram, and by extension, this company. We had not leak through all this rain from Hurricane Milton. Thanks again Bram!!!

They fully inspected my siding and only replaced what was damaged. I would consider their pricing to be fair and honest. Ive had a difficult time getting the siding repaired on my house given that it is difficult to get to the area that needed repairs. Bram came out and was very professional and made sure I was aware of all the damage, even the damage I couldnt see. He was very transparent on the cost of the repairs and educated me on the reason the damage occurred in the first place. He was extremely friendly and professional and even made time to come out to give me an estimate a week before my appointment. Bram with Storm Guard was wonderful to work with! Our insurance claim was a bit unique since there were 3 different entities involved (indoor flooring, interior/exterior walls, and roofing). We had the roofing quote done first, but later realized the roof was the last piece of the puzzle needed to be completed. So by the time quotes and work were completed for the first two entities, material costs for the roofing had increased. However our insurance claim closed, making it impossible to request more money from insurance to compensate for these increases. Bram was wonderful and said the job would still be complete despite this and we, as home owners, were not responsible to pay the difference. I was very pleased with Bram’s communication and end product. I highly recommend Storm Guard!

I discovered a leak due to a telltale stain on the ceiling. I called four companies to come out and take a look. I got bids of up to $2000 to fix it. Enter Bram @Storm Guard. He gave me price about 1/4 of my highest bid that included putting guards on my plumbing vents, and then proceeded to patch it up immediately, just in case it rained before he came out to complete all the work a few days later. They gave me a 30-year transferable warranty - a very valuable possession. In 2022 I realized that I had lost the warranty papers and called BRAM SCHARF, Owner and Operating Manager, to see if he had the missing records. Mr. SCHARF was swift to say that he had called up my account via Caller ID as soon as I called. He emailed me all of the required documents without hesitating. I very much appreciate his willingness to work with me in this important and necessary transaction. No one else would have had the information I requested. He saved my neck. When my house needs further roofing repairs or remodeling, I will call STORM GUARD because I trust them.

Im so glad I came across Storm Guard Roofing through Google search. I called Bram, he was very pleasant and professional. He came out and assessed the issue. I like the fact, he explained the problem and very honest with whats going on and very thorough. He wasnt trying to rip us off comparing to other companies out there that we had inquired. Highly recommend him to anyone if youre looking for professional and honest business!

Storm Guard Roofing and its owner Bram are truly amazing. Extremely easy to work with, timely and very communicative- right from the start. Bram was patient with me in answering all of my millions of questions. He came to my residence the very day that I called- talk about service! Not many owners actually stay on the job site, but Bram sure does; he was there everyday with his workers on the roof- working right along side of them. Made sure the job was done correctly from the very beginning! I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I even think they had a little fun while working, good job fellas. Storm Guard saved me from a disastrous insurance failure and I cant say thank you enough!
