I used D&D Construction Services for a complete exterior residing of my Atlantic Beach house to include: soffit, facia, James Hardie smooth Lap, Board & Baton, and Shake siding. D & D also repaired existing wood rot and roof flashing problems discovered during the install. D & D is a James Hardie preferred installer which is one of the reasons that led me to their business in the first place.I could not be more satisfied with my customer experience. From Dejan, the face of the company, to Momo, the work site supervision lead, to the individual crews that work for D & D, you will not find more competent professionals. I received several quotes for my project and D&D was by far the best value in terms of price, workmanship, responsiveness, and customer service. Their attention to detail was exquisite and I couldnt be happier with the finished product.

I would highly recommend D&D Construction Services to anyone needing new siding. They worked diligently and the crew was knowledgeable and polite. They took the time to clean around the house during and after the installation. I also want to recognize the man who delivered the dumpster—he was very polite and made sure not to damage my driveway. They also replaced our gutters, they were equally professional, and the job was completed quickly. I whole heartedly recommend D&D Construction Services and rate them a perfect 10!

Six siding companies checked out my home and I wasn’t happy with any of them until I met D&D Construction Services. Momo (Project Manager) is the BEST! He goes the extra mile which makes him extraordinary. He’s very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and explained everything so we could fully understand the process. He truly deserves a medal, he always answered our questions and calls and did everything he said he would. Eni the supervisor was nice and the crew was clean, fast, and professional. Like a well oiled clock! Materials arrived early. An hour later, the dumpster arrived and was set up with care for my cement driveway. Soon after the “team” arrived with all the equipment. They immediately began to tackle the task at hand. Everyone was busy and it was quite evident they all knew what they were doing. A supervisor and foreman were always present and I was kept informed of progress throughout the project both verbally and with pictures. Finished the entire job with professional, care to detail. Clean up was outstanding. I would recommend D&D Construction Services to anyone needing a quality experience, without hesitation. Thank you to an excellent crew!

We got many estimates in an attempt to find a contactor we felt we could trust that was knowledgeable. It was a big job and we wanted it done right the first time. Once we found D@D they got in touch with us the next day . Two days later we met them and knew this is who we were going to use . Dejan handled every aspect of the job from explaining the processes, to the cost, and the permits that were needed.He went above and beyond to contact and communicate every step to us. Momo, the project manager, kept us in the loop of every aspect once work began. They were professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. Cleanup of the site was left better than they found it. We recently met with Dejan at D&D Construction Services to get our roof replaced. He explained costs, process and all the details with ease. Not too much time passed before Momo communicated with us about when the materials would arrive and he worked with us to get things in the right position for our parking needs at the house. Zdravko was the site supervisor and was incredibly helpful & courteous. He called in advance, texted as needed and on site was always available. The work crew had to put up with incredible heat and a very steep roof yet, in a few days they were all done! Cleaned up nicely & after an independent inspection we are very satisfied with our new roof & the overall process at D&D Construction Services. We Highly recommend them for your roofing needs. We will definitely use them for future remodels!
