We had a new roof put on about a month ago, by Ron Russell Roofing. What a pleasant company to do business with. We went to Google to search for Roofing companies and a lot of good and a lot of bad. But Ron Russell Roofing had Nothing But Good reviews. That is what made us decide this is the company we want. We was very impressed from the very start. We talked with Melissa Russell his wife that works in the office and she was very happy to help us. Ron sent out his estimate guy that was name Chip, so nice and friendly and easy to talk to, he knew his job and was very helpful. Then Ron sent out his crew. His top man was Ramone and his crew. The hardest workers we ever seen. They was so good at their jobs. When the City Inspector came to make sure everything was good, he talked to my husband and said that he Never had a problem with work done by Ron Russell Roofing and if he ever needed a new roof for his on home his first choice would be Ron Russell Roofing. Sure made my husband feel good that heade the right choice. He paid for the job and then later, got a phone call from Mr. Russells Company and it was his wife saying that there was a error in the payment that we over paid and they wanted us to know we had a refund coming. Very honest people. Nothing But Wonderful people and Wonderful work, our roof is Beautiful. Thank you, Ron And Melissa Russell.

I had my roof replaced 9 years ago by another company. Last year it started leaking around the chimney. I called that company since my roof was still under warranty. They could not figuar out why it was leaking. I had another roofing company look at it, they couldnt find the leak either. Finally Ron Russell Roofing company employee Dut found the leak. The original company had no choice but to repair my roof. Thank you Ron Russell and company for helping me to get my roof repaired, with no money our of my pocket.

From start to finish they stayed in contact. Mike the roof estimator gave us a fair price without trying to sell us something we did not need. They installed a skylight and replaced some rotten wood as well (pictures provided to you of what was damaged ). They did a fantastic job with cleanup as well .

During the last major storm a tree struck our home.. I had tried to call a few other companies but none of them were even working during this time, I was so afraid that we were going to be in our home with our 3 small children and have no shelter in half of the house. I was also afraid that our structure wasn’t strong anymore from the damage and the size of the tree that struck our house.. THANK GOD they not only answered but had a crew out within 2 hours to inspect the integrity or our home and Patched the roof temporarily so that were sheltered and worked with our insurance for us to get us back to better than Within a week. I highly recommend this company. I will never forget how caring and responsive they were. Everyone from the lady that took our call to the crew that came out to the owner who personally called to make sure we were ok and happy.
