    Called them all the way from Atlanta to help service a family member who is a local. Awesome work. I spoke with Maurice and all I can say is he kept it professional and made me feel like family.     Update: I was going to delete this, but I think it’s better that I leave the original review up to show that the company is responsible and cares about its work. After, getting in contact with Maurice, they sent out an excellent (different) team of workers to fix my ceiling and I can’t even tell that it had ever been worked on. They were communicative and professional. Now, I understand why they got so many good reviews. They earned them and the latter work was more indicative of that. I’m not sure what happened initially, but I’m glad that they took responsibility for it and fixed the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. See a before and after photo below.OLD REVIEW:These guys are shady. I hired them to repair some drywall. The price was high, but they were nearby, and they said they could start the next day, so I was like fine. Let’s get it going. They did a really shoddy job on the drywall. Left spaces of over an inch in some places. The tape fell off after they left the first round. Fell off! In addition, I’ve been waiting over a week for them to come finish the job. I’ve called and they don’t pick up. They did not, however, hesitate to cash my check without the job even being finished. If you look at all their positive reviews, they all occur within the same 2 or 3 week period. Nothing really in the last couple months. It’s a scam job for sure. Reviews don’t occur like that. I’m still waiting for them to come and finish the job. One week and counting. I’ve called the last two days in a row and they don’t even pick up the phone.

    Ithaca Construction is quick to respond and very professional. I am thrilled with my new hardwood floors and two custom built-in shelving units they did for me. They got the job done fast and I can’t wait to start stacking my books!

    This company is filling a market gap In the residential housing market in this town by offering quality labor at decent prices. If you need a quick job done that the larger contractors are telling you is a 6 month wait, this is the company to call. They will quote you, purchase materials, and just do the work and stick with it till it’s done.
