EDIT:Hired Buford again when we had a sump pump that failed in our home. Once again they exceeded expectations with their professionalism and kindness. I had LEO and DYLAN came to our house and quickly installed the sump pump without ANY problems. RYAN also diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the issue to Leo and Dylan . They have continued to keep us happy. Will always recommend BUFORD PLUMBING!!!!Buford because we had a pipe burst in our house. They did not have anyone available at this time, but would send over when the appointment was done. To our surprise, Ryan showed up at our door with in a half-hour! Found out he was in the office and our call sounded pretty frantic so made the decision to come to our house!!!! THANK YOU RYAN!!!!! He quickly found the problem, and fixed it. Ryan gave us some tips to prevent this from happening again. Wonderful company and wonderful employees!!!

Thank you Burford Plumbing and Heating! I have used their services 3 times. I am glad I did. :) the first was too install a water heater.... did an excellent job and was a fair price. Second time was a pcv pipe again fair price and good service. Third time was too look at my sub-pump.... looked at it and said it was fine. 100% honesty LOVE IT! I really appericate EVERYTHING you have done for me and my home. I FULLY recommend Burford to anyone as I would always use them.

Always a pleasure doing business with Burfords. They have replaced a water heater and high efficiency furnance in the past several years, and now all the plumbing in our basement. They were prompt, easy to deal with and completed the job in the time frame specified. We would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Ryan, Colin (I think....) and to Dylan, Derek and Leo who did most of the work. Very polite young men who do great work!

Derek and Dylan were the two young men who did the repairs after a pipe burst in the upstairs shower. They were thorough, did a great job. What impressed me most was how respectful they were. They cleaned up, closed doors behind them, communicated what they were doing, and represented their employer very well. They also found another issue, and fixed that while they had everything opened up and accessible. Burford has a new customer for any future needs and their price was fair.

Had them quote a replacement for my 20 year old furnace. They were by far the lowest quote by well over $750 less than the others. Within a week of making the 50% cost of service deposit I had my new furnace installed. It took them only around 4 hours or so to remove my old furnace and get the new one installed. Furnace is whisper quiet and even gives my old central air a boost with the higher efficiency blower. So far I am ultra happy with the install and I do not anticipate any issues this winter. Highly recommended.

Burford has always given excellent service whenever needed! Work on my boiler and water heater after being completely submerged in a flood in my basement saved me from needing to replace either unit. Also work in my kitchen installing a sink and faucet as well as fixing a clog in my drain line. The list is long, they have always given wonderful service when needed!

Professional, compassionate, punctual, informative and always willing to go above and beyond what the average company would do. Customer service is hard to get now days, but they did all they could to give us the best service 5 stars!!

They are the best! One winter day I woke up to a cold house. 60° and I couldnt get my furnace to work. Someone came right out found what was wrong, went and got the part that had gone bad and had the furnance up and running in the matter of hours. They are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Update.12/17/2021 They are still the best. After a power outage my furnace would not work. Within 2 hours of calli g them. they we at my house and found the problem, got the part and had me going again. Everybody is pleasant and friendly. They were responsilible of my property and of me. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I had a truly great experience working with this company and they will have all my future business.I needed a new hot water heater and main water value. Ryan came out quickly to give an estimate, he was thorough, honest, and gave a reasonable quote. The day of installation was delayed due to the city having trouble turning off the main so the valve could be replaced. Bulford added a third person to complete the job in one day, which Im very grateful for since it was a Friday and I dreaded the idea of being without hot water all weekend. Dylan, Derek and Leo worked hard to get it done and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Great guys, great company. Thank you so much!!
