    Tamika with Castle Services recently started helping us keep our house clean and we are so grateful! My bathroom and tub shine in a way that we have not seen since we moved into this house. I didn’t even realize that some of these water stains could be removed from the jacuzzi style tub given I have scrubbed at them for over a year, but Tamika removed the stains in one visit. You can barely tell that we have two extremely furry children running around the house all day. Great service and peace of mind!

    Tamika cleaned for us last week. She did a terrific job. She arrived exactly on time. Since it was her first time at our home, she spent time learning about our priorities and then went to work. Tamika did a thorough job, probably the best cleaning service we have ever had. We would be happy having Tamika work with us on a regular basis.

    We have a newborn and decided to try out having a cleaner come to help us with keeping the house in shape. I am pleased every time that Jackie cleans and I look forward to having the house in good condition every time she leaves. She is prompt, friendly, and does more in an hour and a half than we could in a whole day. Her first visit was enough to sell me on this service. Ive heard from some friends that Castle may not be the cheapest option in town, but I have been so satisfied that I havent bothered to look elsewhere.

    Castle Services has done some long term work for us, and we are very happy with all of their services. They are very attentive to all of the tasks we ask for, and complete them on time, with thoroughness. Brandon and Rachel are excellent employees, and Janie is a pleasant to work with.

    Jackie did a great job! We’d recently used six star maids for a deep clean and they charged a lot more but did much worse. Got in contact with castle and they charged a fair price and did a much better job. This was also just a standard cleaning (not a deep clean). Super happy and would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services.

    Were very happy to recommend Castle Services. Rich recently installed a screen door in our home. This is the third one weve had for that entryway, the first two being installed by other contractors, and Rich did the best job by far. We couldnt be happier with the work he did for us. Rich and Jane are great people and a pleasure to do business with, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

    Great service, good people. Someone always responded quickly at their phone number and was polite and friendly. Rich was knowledgeable and fixed up some of our plumbing and an electric switch, including coming over the same day for one of the fixes when I unexpectedly ran into an issue trying to repair it myself. He does his work quickly and efficiently. Rich and Janie are clearly kind humans and hard workers.

    I cant say enough positive things about Janie and Castle Services. I live in the Albany area and my very independent (and stubborn) 83 year old mother lives in the house she bought 53 years ago. Recently she got a compression fracture in her back and finally agree to let me have some people help her. She was very hesitant at first and I was also, as she has some memory impairment and is very leary of letting strangers in her home. Janie not only made me feel at ease with the emails that we sent back and forth, my mother LOVES her! She keeps mentioning her when we talk on the phone and cant wait until she comes back. The companys work is excellent (and Moms house needed attention desperately - Mom would fight me on trying to help her) and I am thrilled. Janie was so kind to Mom and her two cats. This is a very, very strong recommendation to hire Castle Services - you will not regret it.

    We got a referral from a friend about Rich and the high quality work hes done at her house. We had a plumbing issue at our kitchen sink. He came right over to assess the situation. We needed to buy a new faucet and he came right over the next day and installed in and replaced some corroded pipes. He said, If theres any issues, please let me know and Ill make it right. There is a slight drip - no emergency - and hell be coming over in a couple of days to fix it. We are impressed!

    Restored my faith in contractor help. Called Rich in to help with a leaking expansion tank on our hot water system and he turned up as he said and got the job done - no fuss no drama. Then jumped onto an electrical problem I had and same thing. Job well done. Great guy, great service, great value. Will use this service again.

    Right from the start and throughout the entire project Castle did an outstanding job communicating. They asked questions and offered suggestions for resolving our plumbing project. Prior to their arrival I asked for some additional work, which Rick came prepared and took care of everything in one visit. Rich showed up on time, shared insights on how to save money, and quickly took care of each project.We had one minor issue with the plumbing after Rich left and he returned promptly the next morning to resolve the issue.We wish we had found Castle Services prior to now as they are efficient and communicate well, which we have not found with any previous contractors. Great Job!

    RIch came out and replaced a toilet for us. The bolts rusted to the point they needed to be cut and we could not do it ourselves without buying new tools. Rich was extremely nice, befriended our dog and did great work! He even took all the empty boxes from the new toilet away as well as the old toilet. He was extremely professional and deserves 5 stars or more. We will use Castle Services of Ithaca for all our plumbing needs from here on out :)

    We love Castle Services! Its so very wonderful to have our house cleaned, and the cleaner is always very nice and puts up with our mess. Theyre very responsive and always get back to me within the day if I call in. On the handyman side, Rich has fixed a number of things in our house. They communicate well and always show up when they say theyre going to. I cant say enough good things!
