My home warranty company sent Warhold for my service request. My condensation pump wasn’t working and water was everywhere. We were having really hot weather so I needed my A/C to work. They called me the very next day to set up a service call and gave me a 4 hour window when they’d be there. Mike arrived within that time and was wonderful. He explained things and pointed stuff out that he thought I should know. He tried to see if the pump I had was salvageable but it wasn’t so he replaced it. The whole process was painless! I appreciated the initial prompt response from the business as well as the quick repair of the problem. I highly recommend Warhold Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

He was able to resolve my issue quickly and explained it as he went in a way that allowed me to fully understand the issue. He also went above and beyond and checked the outside unit as well to ensure that everything was as it should be. He also didn’t attempt to oversell me on anything and left me feeling confident in my HVAC system moving forward. This is the second time I used these guys (plumbing previously) and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Service and quality like this is incredibly rare to find. From the onset, I was greeted by one of the ladies in the office who was high energy, kind, on top of everything, and truly a pleasure to work with. From there we scheduled a furnace replacement. They were there within a day and successfully got everything up and running. Their team walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They actually overestimated the work were honest about this and processed a refund for me. I would have never known the work was overestimated as I am not an expert in the field. I have never seen a company be so honest. They truly have refined their entire process to absolute perfection and I will be working with them for all my future projects.

The tech that came out looked through the system and added some coolant that seems to have fixed the system for now. He could not replicate the issue but said the coolant will likely solve the issue and the tech provided me a reasomable estimste for a new AC unit. Changed my review to 5 stars.

John Warhold was at my house today to unclog a mainline . He did a great job on a very tough clog. He really went above and beyond what every other plumber I have had here does. This was through home warranty company so he only gets a flat rate but would not quit until sure entire line was cleared. He cares more about doing the job right than anything else. There was trying to upsell or add to the job like others have tried. I definitely recommend this company.

We had the furnace check done through our home warranty and we identified a gas leak in the house. We asked them to come back to diagnose the issue and repair, and they did an awesome job. We have had a couple of hiccups with our new furnace and A/C. Take the term hiccups lightly as I am a first time home owner so my hiccups could be...typical 🙌 The first time their team was out - they did not relocate the unit like they were supposed to but they came back out at a later date and moved the unit where it was to go. We went into our first season using the furnace and truth be told I cant remember what the issue was but the technician came out and made sure everything was running smoothly again. This Summer we went to turn on the AC and it was not starting. A technician came out and said that there was a wire that should have been replaced that wasnt and they fixed the issue. Most recently, our heat would not come on and we found out they do not offer an emergency after hours service...luckily we have a friend who does HVAC and walked us through how to do something and we got it to turn back on. We requested a technician to come out just to make sure everything looked ok. We had Stephen and he was an absolute gem - super personable, easy to talk to, and explained the issue to me in ways my non HVAC mind could actually comprehend and relay the issue to my husband. Even though we have had to make several calls for some issues...their team seems especially friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that. So far...it always gets fixed - hoping for less hiccups in the future but appreciate their team. ❤️🙌🙂

We had a leak that caused significant water and mold damage. Originally, we called another company and were told that we’d have to have a chunk of our ceiling taken out to access the pipe, and would be charged a day rate of thousands of dollars, plus the cost of materials. We then decided to get a second opinion, and are so happy that we called Warhold!!! Dan Wright was able to quickly come up with a plan, and came back with a partner and the necessary materials. They quickly and efficiently located the leak (without tearing apart the ceiling), and repaired it at a very reasonable price!! Communication was excellent! I had a “plumber” sent out through my home warranty. He claims to have unclogged my pipes three times but there “was a collapse in the line.” I was given a quote for out of pocket expenses (approximately $700 not covered by my warranty) - just to find the break, the runaround with appointments, etc. Before the initial plumber even left, I called Warhold’s. I called late on Friday afternoon, and I was given an appointment on Monday. I had phone calls and text reminders about the appointment. I received a text when someone was on their way. John spent a long time unclogging my pipe. He was extremely thorough and filled me in on what was happening. He showed me the camera used so I could see the issue. There was not a collapse. There is waste build up. The other company told me this repair would take weeks to be scheduled, it require a jackhammer, my floor dug up, etc. I’m so glad I went with my gut feeling and called for someone that others trust. I am extremely pleased with my experience, and I highly recommend them!

They repaired our under the floor hot water radiant heating system. The repair was done partly via our American Home Shield insurance. The first company sent tried to swindle us with bogus repair needs that they claim was not covered by the insurance and amounted to nearly $4000 (Comfy Kozy). They refuse to give me a breakdown on what this was for, and in the end, I had American Home Shield send me a second company, Warhold Mechnical who then came. They were upfront and told me exactly what the problem was, and what is needed to fix it. This was covered by my insurance. I did pay $500 for adding in a valve to prevent backflow which the previous owner never installed, and I opted to put in (and is now required as code). The work was done efficiently, and they cleaned up such that it looked pristine. I also had some strange noise in my water pipes which the lead technician spent time helping me diagnose it, and showed me where the problem was. This was not part of the service call, so he did not need to spend time to help me diagnose the problem! I would use this company again.

I needed a new faceit for my bathtub.Elected to get advice from the plumber on best choice. My bathroom tile is like new and the original faucet had three knobs. The tub filler was too close to the knobs to use a one knob system to cover the holes from the 3 knobs.We decided to replace with a 3 knob fixture.Al did a great job installing using compression fittings rather the old sauder method.I also had a new pressure regulator and expansion tank installed on my hot water tankI got great service. Al came to see what was needed. Went back to the shop, picked up supplies and an extra helper. They finished the job that same day. The completed jobs look neat and professional.The price was much higher than l expected. Guess plumbers need to have a living wage too.
