Good”s plumbing is above and beyond the best people. They are awesome in one week our toilet started leaking and they came put a temporary toilet in and then came fixed everything. The next day our water heater died I had a warranty thing with AHS they sent a plumber that wanted to charge 900 over the warranty work plus 250.00 to move the dryer. I called Good’s and everything included it was 1,400 out the door. They came at noon the next day. I love Good’s and trust them. If you want good service and pleasant people call Good’s

In general, I tend to basic home plumbing issues on a DIY basis, however, Goods Plumbing has been the choice when an outside plumber is needed to complete work. I have found all of their team members to be courteous, competent, responsive, and professional when called upon to do plumbing work.In particular, Zak has been servicing both the heating and air conditioning units on a regular basis under a pre-planned maintenance plan offered by Goods. As these are now older units and out of warranty coverage, there is a need to technically inspect the systems on a regular basis to make sure they are operating at their peak efficiency.In addition to being super courteous, responsive, and arriving on-time with the pre-scheduled appointments, Zak has demonstrated he definitely has the tools, the expertise, and the attention to detail required to make sure these units are operating at 100% of their capabilities given their age. Each time, Zak has taken the time to thoroughly clean and check the units, and he makes sure that any wear parts beginning to fail are detected and are replaced before they become operational issues.Zak also takes the time to answer all questions. That is appreciated. He represents his company very well.

Within 2 weeks of buying and moving into my new house in North Huntingdon, the main sewer stack was leaking... I was so upset, but called Goods and they were able to see me the same day and fixed the issue. The plumber answered all of my questions and explained what to look for in the future. He also didnt have the item on hand that he needed for the job and went out to get it and came back very quickly. I will definitely be calling Goods again if I need them. Thanks guys!

Needed to put a new water shut off valve in my house as mine was rusted. My water pressure was dbl what it should be. Coordinated with MAWC to turn off the water outside and fixed everything. An honest plumber that does what they say! They guarantee their work and do it right. We have had many plumbers come to our house and provide unsatisfactory service but not Goods.They have fixed our leaky bathtub, changed our faucet and spray gun in the kitchen. Shower head was upgrade and they added a spigot in the garage. The last upgrade was a tankless water heater and we love it.These guys are top notch. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

I called Goods for a dye test/private lateral after another company cancelled their standing appointment and didnt call to reschedule. Dee (I think that was her name) was polite when I called, and helped me get scheduled ASAP. Chad and JP came out at the earlier end of their window, and they called 10 minutes before arriving. They were very friendly, and they werent bothered by my pets (or myself) around the house. They were very knowledgable about their profession, which helped me out because I know so little about plumbing that I couldnt even tell them where the correct drain was. They were in and out within an hour and a half, the pricing was exactly as I was quoted, and they were helpful with supplying a little information as to what happens after the test and prior to closing. Im definitely keeping this number in my contacts.

They are the most responsive, on time professionals I’ve ever dealt with. I have rental properties that I’m always dealing with and wanting to keep my tenants happy. If I have a plumbing problem in any of them, which happens because the apartments are in old mansions so the pipes are older, they are there quickly. They get the job done same day, reasonably priced, are courteous and professional, and will work directly with my tenants if I am unavailable to let them in, out, etc. Highly recommend them.

Her furnace came one before the technician arrived, I called Chad Sr back to cancel the call for Sunday. The office called the next business day and set up an appointment. Excellent service, very nice, professional. They take their shoes off when they come in your home. I work in the HVAC industry. My daughters house is out of our service area and I am not a technician. I was no help. Except for paying for the service call

My furnace was not working after an unsuccessful service call, and I was told I would need a new furnace. In shopping around, I contacted Goods, and Chad, Jr., came out that day to check my installation and give me a price quote. Before we talked price quotes, he checked the old furnace over free of charge and found that a piece was disconnected. After some looking around, he reconnected it and the furnace turned on. I went from needing a new furnace to being able to utilize the old one for at least another season. Top notch customer service that won my business! I highly recommend contacting them.

But I was so glad we called Goods for the job! They were friendly, answered all my questions as well as doing quality work. Chad was knowledgeable about the furnace and helped me open a vent to my Master Bedroom that had been closed by previous owner free of charge. Called goods to come out the day after the laundry room flooded from a icemaker line bursting in it. Warren came out and literally saved our lives.
