I needed a main shut off valve in my home that was leaking. Devin was my plumber, he was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and also worked with the water company so everything was done right. He also had the water company change my water meter to a new one, plus called them to turn my water back on. Devin was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me and showed me all the work that was done. He checked everything after the water was restored to my home. He was very neat and cleaned up everything when he was done. This is my third time using Roto-Rooter and I never had a bad experience with them. I will continue to use them when needed.

I contacted Roto-Rooter to install an outdoor water faucet, tired of dragging a hose through my garage for outdoor tasks like watering the garden or cleaning the driveway. The company responded promptly, scheduled a convenient appointment, and communicated effectively throughout the process. When technician was on route and one technician arrived at the property. Technician Matthew Cooper arrived on time, was professional, and offered a reasonable quote. The installation was done with high-quality parts, resulting in excellent water pressure. What stood out was Matthew’s honesty; he offered a discount because the job required fewer parts and less time than anticipated. We had agreed to a price we were happy with, but his gesture reflected the company’s integrity and showed they’re genuinely committed to providing fair-priced services.My parents are my next-door neighbors, and when my dad saw the plumber at my house, he asked if Matthew could look at a drainage leak they were experiencing. Rather than showing any frustration at the extra work, Matthew seemed genuinely happy to help. He quickly diagnosed the issue, discovering that old, rusty, leaky metal pipes in their ceiling needed replacing. He offered another reasonable quote, and to our surprise, he started the repair that same day. Matthew replaced the deteriorating metal pipes with high-quality PVC, ensuring that the leakage problem was fixed. My parents were very happy with his prompt service and the quality of the work.Matthew’s willingness to help, professionalism, and honesty left us all highly satisfied with Roto-Rooter’s service. Your serviceman Casey did a great job unclogging my kitchen drain. He arrived promptly and had it unclogged in about an hour. My only concern was the price. Even after a $75 coupon, it still cost me $367. Casey explained the price is dictated by demand at that time. Had I known the cost upfront, I would have gone with someone local.Rick T.

Their plumber came to our home for a sewage blockage problem on a Saturday morning. He checked our septic tank to make sure it was not full. He looked over our basement and ran some water through our system. He verified that a blockage had occurred but had cleared itself and was no longer a problem. He did not charge us for his visit and recommended their cleaning and restoration service. He was forthright in his evaluation of the problem.We were contacted by the roto rooter restoration service and they came out right away to estimate the damages. We did not want to deal with the cleanup ourselves due to the health risks of a cat 3 water hazard. They anticipate sending a crew out Sunday or Monday to start the cleanup. They worked with the insurance company to set up a claim and have taken over the whole process.This was a pleasing experience overall and we dont have to worry about a thing and we dont have to deal with the mess. I called for a toilet repair after 5 pm (due to my work schedule) this place was amazing since my initial phone call. The receptionist that answered the phone was happy and pleasant. Was able to send a tech out within the hour and followed up by phone with an ETA seeing through the entire process of dispatch. Once the service technician arrived, (Scott) he was very friendly, professional, and inspected the job free of charge. Once he diagnosed my problem, he was up front about the cost of repair and was able to fix it on the spot. I do not have enough good things to say about this company. Not the first time I used them and will never call anyone else.

Roto-rooter to the rescue!!! Between a guest checkout and a guest check in that night on a holiday wknd - I found the sewer line had backed up in the basement. I called another company I used a few years ago. No answer. I tried rotorooter. Immediate answer and they were there within the hour. Darren was an amazing positive professional that took care of the problem, provided insight and some simpleclean up support and helped put me at ease. The cost was $100 less than the one other company that called me back while I was waiting for the rotorooter tech to arrive. Plus they wanted to charge an additional $200 for camera which was included in this rotorooter price. It was not much to clean up so didn’t use that service but was equally impressed with the response time of the secondary service tech that was sent to provide quote.

Jermaine Anderson provided fantastic service, not just replacing two toilets but also attending to a host of plumbing upgrades I didnt think would be possible. He scheduled service on days that were convenient for me and stayed until the work was done (it took a total of two days, I had a lot of deferred maintenance on a very old house). He was efficient and thorough and explained everything he did at every step of the way, and did not just do the cheapest possible repair, he made sure everything was up to code. His welding handiwork was actually nice to look at (not something I imagined Id ever say about copper pipes).It was expensive, but it was done on time, when I asked, up to code, no surprises, and I am willing to pay for the peace of mind of having it done right the first time.Also, again, Jermaine was very personable and friendly and clearly knowledgeable.I have always been satisfied when I call Roto-Rooter for service, your people are great. But even in a field of great plumbers, Jermaine was easily the best.

I discovered water flooding my basement/gameroom. A Roto-Rooter plumber came right out, and found my sewage line was blocked. He cleared a bunch of roots that were clogging the sewage pipes and set-up an appointment for another Roto-Rooter supervisor to run a camera through the sewage lines and see if all the problems were fixed. I watched the video of the inspection and saw what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate of repairs and setup for the scheduling of the excavation and repairs. They were all very professional and did a great job, for a reasonable price. Im very happy with the job they did.

Had to have them out 4 times over a week to snake lines until they could come to do the necessary fix, but all technicians were friendly and professional. The call center staff was friendly, but clearly there were several instances of miscommunication that caused service delays...waited 4 hours for someone who will be there in 20 to 24 minutes. (Apparently one technician just disappeared and so theyd be having a talk with him in the morning. ) Lesson learned: once you get their business card, call their cell instead of the call center.
