Isaac from Geiger Plumbing solved my sewer line issue in short order, and I can’t say enough about how polite, professional and able he is. I spoke to Tyler when I made the appointment, and he was polite, professional and helpful as well. Communication with them is excellent, and that is particularly important to a non-plumber like me. My problem is solved, and I will call Geiger for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

Best in the business hands down. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and to be honest accomplished the dirtiest job no one else could. These are the kind of guys who are going to keep this country running when nobody else can or will. They weren’t afraid of anything. I had three other plumbers try and fail. One guy even left a whole reel of drain snake stuck in my pipe. Jake found a way to pull it out and solved my problem. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Had one of their plumbers come to the house to unclog a drain line in an emergency situation.They were able to get somebody there very quickly and the work was completed quickly. The gentleman who did the work was extremely courteous and professional.

We had a leak in the drain pipe going into the floor from the furnace and washer. They had to do a small removal of the concrete floor to remove the old pipe. The pipe was replaced and the hole was filled in. With how hard its been to have any type of service work done, I was amazed at the quick response time from Geiger plumbing. They were professional, neat and friendly when they came to the house and they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We have used Geiger Plumbing twice in the 6 years we have lived in our home. Both times were for service on our hot water tank. First time was to replace the gas control valve and the most recent was to stop and fix a leak from the pipes coming into the water tank. Both times the tech that was sent out was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The techs were not working for an extraordinary amount of time. They knew what they were doing and got the jobs done in a reasonable amount of time. The tech this most recent time even went out of his way to provide a recommendation on a warranty company to contact due to the age of our water tank. My only draw back this most recent time was that I was not contacted to let me know that my appointment had been put on the schedule and that the tech did not call when he was on his way like I was told he would. He was already in the area so it really is not that big of a deal. I will definitely recommend Geiger Plumbing to friends and family who are in need of plumbing assistance.

I had a gas leak and my gas was shut off on a pretty cold day. I called my warranty company and they sent out Geiger plumbing. They came same day even though it was a Friday afternoon. They dug up only what was necessary, called the gas company to turn the gas back on, waited the 2 plus hours it took for the gas company to turn the gas on and filled up my yard to the best of their ability. They made a horrible situation a million times better.

Geiger Plumbing is awesome! A couple months ago, our hot water heater went, and Mike came within two hours to put in a new one. Great, fast work. We called them again this week for a clog and back up -- they were here within the hour of our call!! We have been happy with both visits! We would recommend them - they are great, know what they are doing, clean up after everything, and are super professional. Call Geiger Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Geiger was the only plumber who would tackle the job. Jake, Isaac, and Zak did a great job on my sewer line repair. They were friendly and efficient. They took care of all the details,such as notifying the Health Department inspector. I highly recommend this plumber.

I had a problem with my water heater and called a handyman. Two weeks later, I sill had no hot water and the handyman gave up. I called Geiger who came out in a reasonable amount of time and within fifteen minutes diagnosed the problem (water leak under the mobile home). The office employee, Nancy, has her act together and was as nice and helpful as can be. The technician was also great. I will use Geiger Plumbing from now on. Renee Hill

FAST and Reliable service, Nancy dispatches and runs the office and phones and is very good, communication was superb with me and when Mike showed up 30 minutes earlier then I was told, he promptly assessed the problem and fixed my plumbing and drain. We had Columbia Gas shut off our gas line due to a leak. We called our line insurance (if you have an older house, get the line insurance from Columbia Service Partners) and they called Geiger. Geiger was here within two hours. Unfortunately, there was a snafu with the insurance, so they could not get to work immediately, but they were back at 9 AM the next morning and replaced the gas line coming into the house and moved two gas meters. They did an amazing job doing this work without digging up my yard any more than necessary and left things looking at neat as possible. I highly recommend them.

Peoples Gas turned off my supply do 2 leaks in line at the house at 12:30 PM Wednesday afternoon. Called Dominions and they dispatched Geiger Plumbing which is in Irwin, Pa. My residence is in Gibsonia, Pa. Talked to Nancy who by the way is the BEST, understood exactly what the problem was and arranged the proper sign off form and emailed it to me so that I could sign off on repair and not need to miss a days work. The crew showed up performed repair with minimal damaged to yard which they agreed to repair in Spring, contacted People to have repair inspected and gas turned back on. I received a text from Nancy at 11:00 AM Thursday stating that the repair had been made and Peoples authorized repair and all I needed to do was to call Peoples when I got home from work to have gas turned on. I also received a call later in the day on Thursday from Nancy to check in and to make sure that we were back up and running again. So in less than 24 hours going from gas shut off, and line repaired was a Godsend.... Thanks Geiger Plumbing!!!

Amazing customer service and experience. I was desperate with a leaking main gas line and had it shut off for a week. Another plumber gave us an eta of a week then got pushed back to the following week. I called them on a Wednesday and they were here on Friday. It didnt matter to me but during the digging process they even saved a plant for my wife. They arrived promptly at 8am and gas was back on at 10am. They only have to throw grass seed down but had an emergency to go to. Will be using them in the future!!

Geiger plumbing is a very good company, Steve came out a few monthes ago and took care of my bathroom sink that wasn’t going down and he came out a few weeks ago to put a new drain on my kitchen sink that was leaking, and I called them because the drain was going down too slow and within 2 days he was back out here to correct the problem, now the water is flowing good on both sinks, if anyone needs a good plumber Geiger is very good

My kitchen sink was backing up into the dishwasher and the dishwasher was backing up into the sink. My basement toilet was bubbling when we would use water in other parts of the house. This is a problem that comes back every year. Ive been in my home 14 years so Ive had 14 plumbers out. Geiger plumbing sent Mike who was highly professional and knowledgeable. He listened to everything I had to say about what was tried in the past and then quickly he resolved the problem in both areas. The office staff was great! No matter who I spoke to they were professional kind and responsive. I was sick the morning they wanted to come and had to reschedule due to covid restrictions. After I got a negative covid test and my symptoms were gone they came out the next day. I love Geiger and will be using them again.
