RWD did a great job with my house! I needed all of the water and sewer lines replaced. They dug tunnels and worked hard to get my house back in order quickly. They communicated regularly and clearly about their progress, what challenges they encountered along the way, and about what was working at the end of every day. All in all, great experience. A job like this isn’t cheap, so going with an experienced and professional company like RWD is smart. Also, I was impressed to see that when they were done the replanted some of the plants they had to remove to dig. They didn’t have to do that, and it showed me they went the extra mile, trying to intrude as little as possible and return my house close to how it was before.

RWD Services was recommended to me by my longtime plumber when he was not available. We’ve used RWD Services twice for clogged drains/toliets. They usually come the same day and are quick and reasonably priced. The lady who answers the phone and the technicians who have come out both times are very nice to work with. I called RWD after I accidentally popped the fill tank cap... you can imagine the catastrophe. Water everywhere!! I had been trying to tweek it for a week getting only temporary results. I wanted someone local & someone who could fit me in as soon as possible. They came out within 2 hours and had that part replaced & all working perfectly within 30 minutes and has been ever since. In addition, they were friendly, considerate of my home ( wore shoe coverings) and cleaned up afterwards! So appreciated Randy & his son!! Highly recommend RWD Services.

When we discovered the warm kitchen floor was 90 degrees, we knew we had a problem. A excellent plumber we met during a water heater leak was the first I texted Sunday. In 30 minute he called back and said he did not do this but referred me to RWD. My husband had just left town (yeah..). I called Sunday and Austin, Chase, and Eli came out the next morning. Austin really worked hard to figure out the best way to replumb the hot water line back 80 feet to the primary bathroom. He feared 7-15 sheet rock cuts in the ceiling and eventually decided it was best to route it outside the house, tunnel under the porch step and go to the primary bathroom by that way. He also said it was direct vs turning on right angles as the plumbing went through upstairs. I appreciated his logic; he explained everything and the next day, many persons came out, tunneled 1 foot deep and once in the bathroom, 7 feet to the major hook on. They did that without breaking any sprinkler system or exterior lighting wires!! They replaced the soil so you cannot tell it even happened. I was impressed with their skill, courtesy and professionalism. I had never experienced any slab leak and later heard horror stories. This was a piece of cake! Many thanks, Austin, Chase, and Eli

I had the pleasure of having Austin last week, came to my house to look into two issues. The first was a water leak outside of the house, which turned out to be a sprinkler box water leak. The second was a low-pressure water faucet. Austin quickly diagnosed the problems and found that the low-pressure issue was simply due to a clogged aerator, which he replaced for me.For the sprinkler box water leak, Austin informed me that it was a job for a sprinkler technician and recommended that I get one to fix it. What impressed me the most was that he didnt charge me anything for his services, saying that changing an aerator was a very small task.Austins professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness were truly commendable. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable plumber. Thank you, Austin, for your exceptional service!

I cannot say enough good things about RWD!!! I will use them from here on out.-family owned-honest-quality work-fair pricing-great communication-friendly and kind-actually CARE about their customers!!Recently we had a water leak. We paid another plumbing company $1065 just to tell us its a fresh water leak and to locate the leak. We were told it was a slab leak. I was given a quote to tunnel or jack hammer through the slab. I told them I didnt want to do either of those options but to reroute the line through the ceiling (this is how they do it on new builds). I wasnt given a quote for that so I began to shop around. Fast forward researching endlessly & getting quotes. I decided to go with RWD after Chase came out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was giving me quotes for every option I asked for. When they came back to fix the slab leak, they discovered we actually did not have a slab leak at all!! Water was coming from elsewhere. So glad to have the actual problem solved and for their honesty. Brady and Carol, who answer ALL 100 of my calls, were so patient, kind and helpful. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond. Again, I cant say enough good things about them!!

RWD Services was hired to replace and reroute my entire home drainage to get rid of the old cast iron pipes. Issues arose after foundation repairs (nightmares!). Randy and his crew were very knowledgeable and responded to my calls. The onsite crew were very attentive to keeping the inside of my home clean while they performed the necessary work. It took them a little longer than expected but I would rather that than a rushed job that wasnt right. I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend to others as well.

Top notch service! Highly recommend! My entire sewer line needed to be replaced because I had cast iron pipes corroding under my house. I got multiple bids and interviewed multiple companies. I definitely made the right choice on this. They were incredibly efficient and clean! We were without water in my kitchen for about an hour maybe. And then they did one bathroom at a time so that we were never without a bathroom. The team that dug the trenches were incredibly fast and their work was the cleanest I have seen. They even scalped the grass to be able to salvage it after the work was completed. And when they filled in the holes, they placed the grass back on top and it is already rooting in.The owner came out and walked through the entire project to make sure that it would be as efficient and the least amount of impact as possible before the work ever began.The office staff communicated very well all the way through the project. Every single person from beginning to end…owner/office staff/plumbers/dig crew was helpful, thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and nice.

I had a slab leak and my plumber referred me to RWD Services since he doesnt do those repairs anymore. RWD specializes in slab leaks and they were able to help me out the next day. The office staff, Carol and Taya, kept me informed about what would be taking place and called me throughout and after the repair to make sure everything was okay and see if I had any questions. The three plumbers, Austin, Eli and Kyle were awesome! They were fast at finding the location of the leak and explained in detail what could be done to fix the issue and cause the least damage to the area. They diverted the plumbing and fixed everything up. It was alot of work but you could barely tell they made a mark. They were extremely professional and also great with my dogs!! I recently had a slab leak at my home, and I was very impressed with the service I received from RWD services. The team who came to my home, was very knowledgeable and professional. They explained the problem to me in detail and how they would go about fixing it.The most important trait of this company is that they literally feel your pain and look for options to minimize breakage of walls, floors, etc. In my case, they ended up running an entire new line in a 2 story house while cancelling the leaking one (that will require minimal sheetrock fixing) ..they told me it would take a day to detect and repair and it did!They were also very clean and tidy, while I hope I never see them again 😁 -due to the nature of what they fix-, price was extremely reasonable, I would definitely recommend RWD services to anyone....Respect! 🙌

I had RWD Services re-route my washer line to the front of my house and connect it to my mainline. This involved breaking up some of my driveway and tunneling under my walkway. Also they replaced the old 1957 plumbing in the laundry room and underneath the kitchen bringing it all up to code. It looks pretty fancy and it works. The trench was pretty impressive as well. When the guys did the backfill they were tapping the dirt down to minimize the size of the mound. I was very pleased with how it looked as well as the concrete work. The men that worked on the job I got to know personally. Each one of them are solid hard working guys. The person I got to know the best was Carol. She makes sure everything in that office runs like clockwork. Shed text or call me letting me know who was coming out and what that person was going to do. Then there was follow- up communication to make sure things went okay. Needless to say I highly recommend this company. Kirk Arnold

We were referred to RWD by another plumber (who handles smaller jobs) when we had a suspected slab leak. They were fast and responsive, making it to our house in less than 24 hours. They were able to schedule the repair in a timely manner. The three plumbers were professional, efficient, and informative. Personable, neat, and kind (they even took to our pooch), we felt very comfortable with them in our house and the work they did. Additionally, the office staff met all the same qualities. Contacted RWD regarding a slab leak, but ultimately we decided to repipe the house. Austin came out to review the project and was more thorough than any of the other companies we had out. They were able to begin work quickly and were more reasonably priced than the other companies I got quotes from. (Like 8 total iirc)Austin and his team showed up on time and started right away, they were able to repipe the whole house (cold water only, hot had been done in the past) in two days with minimal damage to drywall and landscaping, the amount of care they took to minimize drywall damage was greatly appreciated and made it easier to repair afterwards. (Especially considering the difficulty and how little attic space was available) They also went above and beyond for specific requests (outdoor hydrant that is not typical in the area), and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The amount of care and follow up they showed was atypical (from most companies) but greatly appreciated. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

I have used RWD Services for 2 slab leaks in my home. I could not be happier with their work. Both times they arrived on time and got right to work.On the first slab leak they took special care in figuring out how my water lines run underneath my house. Next they explored every possible way to re-route the leaking line. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. As expected they had to cut into some walls to reroute the line, but they made the minimum amount of holes.On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same. They even remembered how my lines are run under my house, which really helped in deciding how to fix it.These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job. They will respect your home and property. They clean up after the job and put furniture and/or appliances back in place before they leave. They will treat your home as if it were their home.

I had a small leak starting at the base of one toilet. I wasnt sure what it needed, but thought maybe the wax seal needed replacing. I called RWD and spoke with Carol first. After describing the issue, Carol asked a number of questions about the issue to determine if the need may have been more than the wax seal (potentially a blockage in the line). She gave me what she thought would be the estimate based on the answers to her questions and scheduled someone out for the next afternoon. The gentleman arrived right on time, was very professional, covered his wet shoes before entering the house and took care of the problem in no time. He took pictures of the before and after to show me and as a bonus, he loved my dogs and they seemed to like him. He was done replacing the wax seal in short order and the cost was exactly where I expected based on Carols initial estimate. I would highly recommend RWD Services.

I highly recommend this company. We had our house completely rerouted because the underground copper lines leaked. They had all water lines rerouted and back on before they left (very long day) and finished the pipe insulation the next morning. These guys are honest and charged a fair price. Took great care to do minimal wall damage to run pipes. I cant recommend this company enough. Definitely will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Free estimates too.

Called on Wednesday morning to schedule someone to come find the source of a leak that I could hear, but not see. When I called, I was expecting them to say that it would be Friday before they could send someone, but they actually came THAT morning! After arriving, they determined the cause and scheduled my repair for the very next morning. I appreciated their sense of urgency. The actual cost for the repair actually cam in under the estimate, which was a wonderful surprise. To repair the issue was not as invasive and involved as originally expected. I appreciated their timeliness and their honesty. I have now found my go to plumber.

Slab Leak in Tx. These guys re-routed my cold water lines through my attic after a slab leak. It was over 100 degrees outside and most of the work was in the attic.The guys laid down runway lines to avoid dirtying the floors that weren’t damaged from the water. The never took breaks and delivered as promised and with no additional hidden fees.The office staff and owner have been helping me with providing all the detail the insurance company requires for a large repair like this to satisfy the claim for the water damage.I have used their services multiple times and are always my “go to” for plumbing issues.The men who did the work had to contend with my dogs, no one got loose and the guys took time to make sure the dogs were comfortable with them in their space.I can’t say enough good things about RWD. I had the opportunity to have RWD come out and repair a major leak issue under my foundation. After a few different estimates and approaches, from ARS and A1, RWD was selected. They were professional, on-time and more than cost competitive. It was a major undertaking as they had to tunnel 5 down and 20 over under the house to get to the broken pipe. Everyone else wanted to go from inside the house and break thru the flooring, walls and foundation.They found and repaired the broken pipe, backfilled the tunnel and no issues. Since that break, I also had another leak in the yard which they came out and repaired the same day of issue. Gotta love the ground in north Irving, Again very friendly staff. And their costs was significantly lower, 20-25%, than some of the other well known broadly advertised plumbing outfits.Ill definitely use them again for all plumbing needs.

This company was awesome, and I will definitely use them again. Had a hot water pipe slab leak. Austin and Eli came out and found exactly where it was. They rerouted the line through the walls and attic, and it works great now. They consulted with me on every step they took before starting it. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and then went over all their work. They showed me everything they did and answered any questions I had. You can tell that they take pride in what they do.So, whatever plumbing project I have next, Ill be calling this company.

I wish I could give RWD 10 stars because the service I received was TOP NOTCH!I received a water bill that was 3x times it normally is and went into panic mode. After calling a few plumbers, RWD was recommended to me by a neighbor and they came out the same day to figure out where the leak was coming from.They did a great job finding the issue and quickly resolving it. Called on a Wednesday morning and my water line was fixed by Thursday afternoon for a resonable price. When a freeze in Texas occurs, it is nearly impossible to get a plumber right away. After a recommendation, I called this company and they came out the same day to evaluate the work and completed the work the following day. Austin, and Eli were the plumbers that came out to inspect and locate the slab leak. They rerouted the plumbing pipes to keep from tearing into the slab. Their work was excellent. They were experienced and used quality parts to complete the job. To top it off, they kept their work area clean and were professional the entire time. What a great find RWD was for us. We found we had a slab leak and our first worry was the expense, followed by the concern that repairing it would disturb the slab and value of our home. But we had 3 skilled and helpful young men come here and they fixed it in one day, at not anywhere near the costs we had figured. House looks great, problem over. I would recommend RWD Services to anyone.

I was surprised when I came home at how clean my house was. I was expecting a huge mess. They were incredibly tidy and polite not to mention professional and even went above and beyond to answer my questions. We’ve been using this company for years for minor issues but this was a major leak and they responded quickly and repaired within a day. I’m not sure if they are a family owned business or not but that’s what it feels like. Highly recommend.

I had a slow leak @ my meter and called a well known company to come out. They said it could be anywhere in my yard and that it would cost $1,050 just to locate the leak, then an additional amount to fix it. I looked on the NextDoor app and RWD had nothing but rave reviews. I called them on a Tues afternoon and they came out Wed morning. It was a union fitting connecting the meter to the quest line. Easy-peasy fix. The gentlemen were quick, polite, and the cost was reasonable. I was also warned to look out for future leaks as this part is typically used throughout the line to the house. I will ABSOLUTLY call RWD for any plumbing issues I might have in the future and HIGHLY recommend them!
