    Billy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that I asked him to, and he addressed all of my concerns towards replacing my old water heater. He kept me updated on the arrival of the plumber as well. The process was easy from start to finish, and he and his team had our water heater replaced 24 hours later.

    Shane arrived as scheduled. After I explained the problem and showed him the location of the clean outs he went right to work at opening my kitchen sink drain. A short time later he came in checking the water level in the drain. Since the drain was empty he ran water down the drain then continued running the snake through the drain making sure the water washed any remaining stuff out of of the pipes. He also checked the flow out of our main clean out pipe. Shane was very professional, hard working and likable. I just wish I could have more stars to rate this service.After having ARS Rescue Rooter handle many plumbing problems weve encountered, I have had nothing but good things to say about them.

    Today, we had small water leak and I called few companies and no one was able to come out until I called Rescue Rooters. They were able to get someone at my home in an hour. Sixto T was amazing, very friendly. He took his time to do the work correct. Wish i had pictures of before. Please recognize Sixto for us because he is an outstanding guy and best technition.

    Zak was very polite, professional and explaiined clearly. First, He told me what he was going to do and the price and then he did it and reviewed his work with me. He fixed the plugged sink and discovered a perennial problem with a leak on one of the pipes and repaired it. He worked carefully and checked all the pipes and connections thoroughly. He also worked intensely and not checking his phone. I am extremely satisfied with his conduct, knowledge and skills. If i owned your company, i would give him a raise and talk to him about training new hires. He represents your company very well!

    Very nice and capable plumber named LaVonte showed up at the beginning of the arrival window (which was appreciated). Asked a few questions, did a walk-around inspection, then got to work. Our older house doesn’t have clean outs, so he had to get up on the roof. Had the clog cleared 10 min later. Big relief. Well done.

    The technicians with ARS are very professional. They diagnose your problem and then present available options. Very attentive to your needs and kind. Went over and above to make sure I was happy with outcome.However, their call center certainly needs some help. Dispatcher was very condescending and rude. Kept interrupting me when talking. I’m sure you can listen to it because it was taped. I can give you the name if you contact me. But didn’t want to name in this post.

    I got excellent service this morning. My kitchen sink was stopped up. The technician (LaVonte) arrived on time. He was friendly, diagnosed the problem, and explained it carefully to me. He fixed it, and explained how I can maintain the drain going forward.

    Good installation. Good quality. Should advise the Lowe’s Customer to verify their Lowe’s card wasn’t deactivated because of inactivity. Could even be done while they were installing but can’t be fixed on the spot when discovered too late.

    Installers were amicable and knowledgeable about the removal and installation of hot water heater.They did, however, leave a small mess in the kitchen and nearby bathroom and also left door to utility room open and door of power distribution box open.New water heater seems to be working well.Price gutted by David on 9/17 was $2800 but final billing was for $297x , which did not sit well with consumer.Other than those things and arrival @ 11:30 , job went as well as could be expected.

    Mathew and the other guy. Sorry I forgot his name but they both were very professional. They came in, diagnosed the issue. They let me know the line had a pin hole leak. They had it swapped out in no time at all. They guys also sealed the exhaust giving my wife peace of mind. That in itself makes life better for me.     Plumbing issues can be a nightmare. I called Rescue Rooter and they sent James out. What a Godsend he was. James came in politely, introduced himself, pin pointed the problem area and got right to it. My leaking pipe was fixed in about 30 mins.     Took 1:40 to drain the tank as their extractor pump died. Put the new tank in, in 1 hour after that. Generally clean except for a purple oily substance on the carpet in front of the closet, which cleaned up alright. Good communication, respectful, and polite.

    Hot water heater replacement. Very professional. Same day service. One Lowes sold us the hot water heater and when the tech went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it in stock.     The two guys who came were professional. They got right to work to dispose of my old hot water heater, cover the floor so no mess would happen, and then installing the new unit. Afterwards we took a look at what had been done. The new unit, expansion unit and all the piping was much better than my original hot water heater.     This is the second time I have used ARS Rescue Rooter for plumbing work. The first time, James Neugin installed a new water heater for me when mine failed (and flooded the floor!) He did such a good job that inspector from the city was amazed! This time my shower faucets (and valve) failed (hey, the house is old!) and once again, James bent over backward to do the best work he could. And bent over backward (on the floor!) is literal, bless his heart. I cannot recommend these folks more! Excellent plumbing work is not cheap, but with someone like James, you know you are getting an honest quote and an above and beyond performance!

    Contracted to install water heater purchased through Lowes. Communication was very fast and was able to get same-day appointment for install quote. This took place by phone b/c company located an hour away in Dallas. Quote for install was about 3x cost of water heater; pricey but seems within the range of what can be expected. Actual install took place on first business day after purchase - techs were early and had to wait for me to drive home from work, but they were very polite and friendly about it. Removal of old unit and install of new one took 2 hours, with techs very respectful of property and polite and friendly throughout.So overall, communication and professionalism of all involved were excellent, price was a bit high, but Im happy with the quality of work and the customer service experience.

The city line shifted upward with hydraulic pressure in last August rains , even the manholes rose up in the street 6 inches .Which bent our line into a 4 inch bow with a belly that holds water (and toilet paper). So they will come back to estimate the fix, If I can’t convince the city it is their fault.

    Very prompt response initially. Used them for hot water heater installation in coordination of Lowe’s purchase. Communication from service team was great; however the technician who performed the installation never followed up for permitting appointment. Upon calling the city on my own accord, was informed nothing had been submitted. A 3-4 hour install took almost 6 hours. After observing the technician sitting in his truck for 30 minutes we asked if there was a problem to which he responded he was waiting on another technician to bring a tool and assist in lifting the water heater. Guess service isn’t what it used to be but all in all the heater was installed and hot showers were in effect!

    Installer was incredible, he was professional, on time, skilled at his work product and at the end of the day a very good representative of the company.. To be honest, the supervisor doubled the price of the hot water heater from what they paid for it at the distributor. I purchased the hot water heater directly from the distributor and saved myself $1800. I’m always willing to give a little bit of leeway, but I really felt that the supervisor neglected the fact that it only takes a couple seconds to figure out how much they pay for the product and then when they double that product without even happened to store it or even pick it up it can be For free, there may be a little bit of price gouging involved.

    ARS is a Great company however I did have a bit of a problem with the quality of ARS. First, plumber was Chris who did a great job very professional and works fast. Then had a main line back up again same problem but more then likely was a big clog that just didn’t clear all the way as it should of(in no way a reflection of Chris work-He did amazing). Then Brandon came out to “Fix it” and did the exact opposite took 1-2hrs then gave up told me he makes commission and wasn’t getting paid because this was a job already paid for backed by warranty then tried to get me to pay him under the table got mad and left my house worst condition both toilets both baths clogged backed up with poop/pee coming out everything he left knowing my house was in this condition, had to shower and use restroom outside in back yard. Finally Gladimir E Segura came the next day to clean up and fix Brandon’s disaster which he did amazingly very experienced completed the job extremely fast very efficient and effective definitely a professional his work ethic shows his experience truly a master of his craft was able to troubleshoot and problem solve then tackle the task head on which was impressive Gladimir E Segura is definitely a man of integrity with great work ethic and lots of experience should be a manager or supervisor or have his own company!! Chris and Gladimir are the only reason this company got 5 stars even after the disaster Brandon left us in.
