    I’m so grateful and thankful for AAA AUGER Plumbing services! They responded quickly and with true professionalism. Daniel, the technician and his coworker got right on the job… Found the leak in no time and when it was all said and done, the leak on the side of the house was repaired in no time, and the price was very affordable! One year ago I was scammed on a plumbing job, and then I called out a “ legit” plumbing company, who I won’t name; And that ended up being a disaster. Totally different experience with AAA. They have a lifelong customer now with me!

    The plumber came right away. It’s Sunday morning at 6:30 in the morning. He went straight to work and got us taken care of. He was very professional as well as very kind. The charge was not outrageous and was fair. We appreciate not only the person answering the phone who was also warm, welcoming and understanding of what we needed, But the quick response, the professional attitude and behavior. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

    AAA Auger, but especially Daryl Robinson , have been outstanding on fixing my plumbing issues. They have always been responsive and accurate in diagnosing and remedying the issue. I’ve had them on 3 plumbing issues and Daryl on 2 of them. Daryl is a top notch troubleshooter, extremely careful and cleans up thoroughly after the repair is done. I have total confidence in his work, ethics, and professionalism.

    Plumber Ramiro of AAA Auger was very knowledgeable and carefully checked what could be causing my toilet lines to be stopped up. Turns out the camera view inside the sewer line clearly revealed roots and once Ramiro fitted the Auger ends with 2 half-moon cutting bits it didnt take long for the toilet line to be completely cleared. And Im having AAA Auger come back to replace the cast iron pipe fittings with a pvc boot to stop roots from entering the line in the future. Perfect plumbing work at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

    Last Sunday I called AAA Auger Plumbing company for a plumbing issue we had in our house. Eugene came to our house in 45 min after I placed the call and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. I will definitely call him again if I have any plumbing issues in the future and I strongly recommend him whoever wishes to get any plumbing problem fixed.

They also suggested we have his restoration specialist assess our damage. Although this ended up costing more money, we trusted Tim and his expertise. The potential trouble we could have had has been alleviated, and we have the peace of mind that we have a top-of-the-line tankless water heater expertly installed, and no worries about water damage.     Jon Eisen has worked on several plumbing issues at my house. Each time he has met or exceeded my expectations. That’s saying a lot since I’m a little OCD. Jon is a “no nonsense” technition when it comes to solving a plumbing issue. His work ethic starts with doing what’s best for the customer and not how much he can overcharge the customer or sell him additional services that aren’t really needed. His plumbing charges have always been reasonable and fair. In the service industry these days it hard to find good work at a reasonable price. That’s why I will always call Jon first.I personally enjoy Jon’s positive attitude, friendly disposition and intellectual wit. We joke around and share a few laughs at times.     I’m more than happy to recommend this outstanding level of quality service, integrity and punctual expertise. A Mr Eugene Williams, Jr arrived quickly, unraveled a complex water leak, identified and corrected the broken hot water pipe all in about 2 hours. I’d been told to expect thousands in slab leak repairs yet Eugene Williams saved me from disaster charging a fee I could afford and leaving my garage dry and useable again.I was truly at the mercy of this company since I didn’t know about the location of the leaking pipe, only that there was streaming water in my garage which I could not stop.So many thanks to AAA Auger plumbing services, the only plumbing company I’ll ever use and recommend.     On Saturday, May 4th, we heard water and did not know where it was coming from. There was no water anywhere in the home, but a noticeable noise. I called our regular plumber, who had us on a “priority” plan, but when I reached out to them for emergency help, the best they could do was come out on Monday, the 6th. My neighbor suggested AAA, and they had a very helpful plumber, Ramiro out to our home within the hour. While it was late in the day, they needed to come out on Sunday the 5th and fix our problem. Both Ramiro and Eugene did an outstanding job at a fair price. I highly recommend AAA for all your plumbing needs. They run a first class operation.

    Jesus and his partner were awesome. Very professional, knew exactly what needed to get done and articulated it well. Very positive experience overall. This is the second time we have needed them in 5 years. Both times the team went above and beyond to assure the issue was resolved. They were also able to save me a ton of money when compared to other companies that couldnt even make it to me as fast.     Called them for a small fix to a bathroom sink and the serviceman was able to come out the same day. He diagnosed the problem but didnt have the part on hand, so he told us what part we needed and how to fix it ourselves, then left without taking any payment.     I discovered a clogged main drain in my house about 5:20 a.m. Before 8 am, AAA Auger had sent David, a master plumber, and Romero, to fix the issue. David quickly assessed where the clog must be in the line, formed a plan, gave me an estimate, and then completed the job. He was a great communicator and very professional.     Our experience with Daryl on a gas line replacement was first class. He was thoughtful in trouble shooting the issue without jumping to conclusions and was great at sharing the process he was taking. When it came time for the repair, it required digging through landscaping and grass. He took amazing care to not simply dig a hole, but separated the dirt on plastic to limit dirt remains on the grass, replaced all landscaping rocks and leveled back grass the did need to be removed as well.Next time I have a plumbing need, I will be going to this company and asking for Daryl by name.

    I called AAA Auger Plumbing because they were on a list of approved contractors for my Downtown Dallas mid-rise condo.I needed two new toilets installed and my water heater flushed.David, a Master Plumber, came to my condo to give me a quote. He then came back the next day with an apprentice to install the toilet and flush the water heater.David answered all of my questions. He and his apprentice installed the toilets. The job was an A+.Here are some of the details:* Plumbing is a high-stakes job in a mid-rise condo such as mine. One leak could destroy multiple floors beneath.* My HOA requires proof of insurance that covers multi-family. AAA Auger had that proof, which is how they got on our approved list of contractors.* David has 40 years of plumbing experience, so he was well prepared to manage the complexities of working in my mid-rise condo.* AAA Auger sent a text message before the visit with a picture of David and his bio. I think thats a nice way to introduce a technician before they arrive.* David easily found the building and parked in the loading dock. I didnt have to call him once before he arrived. What a relief - sometimes this can be hard to explain how to get here.* Along with the new toilets, I purchased an artificial wax ring and some new hoses. David evaluated those, but given the placement of the toilets against the tile, recommended a different wax ring and different hoses. He had the recommended products in his truck. I trusted his judgment and went with his products.* After installing the toilets, David flushed my water heater.* Ive gotten my water heater flushed by other plumbers each year for the past three years. Each time, it takes the plumber only 15 minutes. David took 30+ minutes to drain the water heater. I asked why, and he showed me thats how long it *actually* takes to drain all the way. In other words, the previous plumbers were cutting corners and not draining the water heater all the way.* After flushing the water heater, David checked the toilets and found a few drips under the new hoses. He discovered the hoses had a manufacturing defect and replaced the hoses again during the same visit. HIS PROACTIVE APPROACH SAVED ME FROM HAVING TO CALL HIM OUT AGAIN.* The next day, the dispatcher from AAA Auger called me to follow up and see if I had any questions. I told them everything was perfect.* Im writing this review a week after my service call, and the toilets are working perfectly. Theres no leaks on the hoses. The water heater is performing well.* Im very happy with the service I received from AAA Auger. I would recommend them.* 1 big thing - I paid a pretty penny for the service. It was worth it because of the quality of the install, the experience of the plumber, and the insurance they carry thats compatible with my HOA requirements.* 1 more way to look at the cost: I dont expect to call a plumber to service the toilets for another 10 years. So, the way I look at the price I paid today is to divide the price by 10 - thats how much per year the job cost me.

Tim was able to unblock it and we did not have to buy another toilet. He saved us a lot of money. . The other company could not get it unblocked, but Tim was able to do it.     Daniel (Invoice # 381. 14699 on 2/10/22) repaired a gas leak at the pack nut at our fireplace cutoff/on key switch.He was very professional, honest, worked very quickly but thoroughly and explained every step of the process to repair our problem. He stayed and waited for the gas co. to come back and turn our gas back on.He spoke very highly of the company and stated he had worked for them for 20 years.     I have used AA Auger for years and they are like family to me l have gone through 3 pipes breaking in the front yard to my whole house flooding and it has always been on a weekend.I called and they responded has fast as they could.......on the flood the technician was at my house until 10:30 Saturday night.. Today (9/17) they replaced my hot water and an old faucet. They arrived on time and l had a courteous call before hand. They give a quote before doin anything. Their prices are very fair .... not cheap but then you pay for what you get. Ruben and his team were very nice and friendly and very aware of the protection needed with virus. They a beautiful job and even answered any questions l had about what was going on.They were so great but then so is the company. I highly recommend them!!!!

    Had a gas leak outside. Another plumber told us we had to replace the entire line from the meter to the house because “if it was rusted at the surface it would be rusted the whole way.” That didn’t make sense to me so I called AAA on a recommendation from a friend. Daryl came out early in the morning and said he would dig up where the leak was and see how much had to be replaced. Turned out only the riser needed replacing as the rest of the line was fine. He finished the work in one day. It was cheaper than the alternative and much less invasive to my home and property. Definitely will use them again. Daryl especially was professional and knew his stuff.

    Recently I had one of those unexpected, unsettling plumbing emergencies. Came home to a busted water main and water gushing down the street. After calling numerous plumbing companies and waiting three days for their same day emergency service, I finally found AAA Auger on the web. I called, and within several hours Peter came to our house. After he discovered the source of the problem, he spent a long time answering all of our questions. The next morning he and his crew were here bright and early and quickly completed the complicated repair that even involved pulling a new line under our concrete driveway. Peters estimate was fair and accurate, his work was excellent, and the cleanup was well done. I highly recommend Peter and AAA Auger.

    So of course on a Sunday morning my sewer lines decide to back up. We called AAA Auger Plumbing Services because for one they are open on Sundays and two because they dont charge a weekend fee.
