Highly recommend Tailored Closet of Columbia. Stephanie Green was our design consultant. She was amazing! Took the time to listen to my needs and came up with space maximizing ideas for our laundry and pantry. Shes fantastic yall. Answered all my questions and made the process easy. Danny and the install team went above and beyond. Making sure I was happy with everything before they secured in place. Great experience, start to finish.

I highly recommend The Tailored Closet company! Not only did Stephanie Green (our design consultant) maximize storage in a closet area underneath stairs, she offered several different designs for a master closet. Stephanie provided video clips explaining design options making the entire process seamless and personalized. She met with us twice to finalize and optimize a design that met all our storage needs even mediating a closet disagreement between hubby and myself😂. The installation team headed by Justin was exceptional! His attention to detail, professional manner and clean and knowledgeable installation was greatly appreciated! Highly recommended!

My Husband and I purchased a new home and connected with Stephanie Green who was amazing! They were able to schedule our closet install before we moved in. We had one hiccup on install day and Stephanie called me immediately to explain and took full responsibility for the hiccup which was not bad at all just a small mis-measure that resulted in us having to make a slight change in the design. They handled it on the spot and I LOVE my closet. The install guys were personable and professional and most importantly the were on time! After my install, I received a call from the owner of the company before the installers pulled out of my driveway apologizing the the hiccup and letting me know that they would be issuing me a credit to my final invoice. When I say the service was TOP NOTCH! I am not kidding. Throughout my entire process they were responsive and professional. I cannot forget to mention Ms. Candy in the office who handles all of the scheduling! What a charmer she is. We were moving moving from California to South Carolina so with all the other things we were trying to juggle, The Tailored Closet was one thing we never had to worry about. My closet is BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL. Thank you to the entire team. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for any kind of organizational system installation. We plan on calling them again when we are ready to do our garage.

Contracted Tailored Living to remove and replace 3 car epoxy garage floor. They were extremely professional, on time, thorough. Robin Carruthers communicated with us, worked with us, responded immediately to emails and calls. Just superb service. Very professional crew. Price was very reasonable for the job done and the results were perfect. Absolutely no hesitation hiring them again!!!! best in Columbia!!!!!

Tailored living has designed and installed 2 beautiful closets for me, office space, and organized my garage with slat wall and overhead shelving. Robin is a creative designer who takes time to understand your needs, offer options, and make recommendations that are truly tailored to your needs and your budget. Their services are well priced and she’s skilled at providing solutions that include flexibility for additions or changes should your needs change. Her installation team is talented, fast (and hard) working, and professional. I highly recommend the Tailored Living team!

From initial consultation to final installation Tailored Living nailed it!Consultation.Robin the design consultant is uniquely qualified, she possesses an intuitive sense of customer needs, product design and exemplary knowledge of her catalog that translated into the most enjoyable and satisfying design consultation we’ve experienced. Robin sent us the interim designs with three separate views for our grandson’s closet, our pantry and our master closet via email. We signed off our final design via email which resulted in a functionally ergonomic closet system which met all our needs. They offered a dazzling array of options, the latest finishes and hardware which took our closets to the next level.Installation.The installation team was lead by her husband Robin (not a typo) and was manned by Danny, a second generation master cabinet maker and his assistant. This team took their shoes off every time they entered our home. Who does that these days! Respect! They took the time to lay out protective mats to stage their materials, caucused and reviewed the plans prior to taking a tool to the job and worked like a well oiled machine. Our closets were installed in short order and fine adjustments were made on the spot. They cleaned up after themselves each day and were exceedingly polite. Outstanding! Danny you indeed are a master!Materials and Value.We had several vendors provide estimates and no one matched the quality of their material. Their stock was made in the USA, shelves were thicker and denser than their competitors, Yes, they were slightly more expensive but we could not find another company that matched their quality and most importantly, no formaldehyde in their products.Customer Service.Tailored Living exceeded our customer service expectations. They stayed in contact from the beginning, responded quickly, followed up and more importantly followed through. Robin and Robin have been great for smart custom design and completion of our redone closets as well as creation from scratch of both an entertainment center-wall and garage cabinets. Working with Robin was super easy and 100% stress free. We weren’t sure we really needed help making the master closet in our 41 year old house work harder, but after it was all done... WOW! It may be one of the best money decisions we have ever made. The investment has paid back in spades! We have so much more room now, and I know it won’t fall down. The peace of mind of a job-well-done is huge for us! I should add that the planning was all done via zoom/Skype during quarantine. That should speak volumes about Robin’s ability to understand our needs and fully deliver. I highly recommend these guys!

Designed and installed garage cabinets in a large area, designed and installed kitchen and bathroom pullout drawers in existing cabinets, replaced wire shelving with solid and pullout shelving in kitchen, designed and installed office area with cabinets, desk, work area in an odd shaped nook. Created and installed Master Closet hanging shoe boxes. Also did epoxy flooring in 3 car garage, front porch entry way and sunporch. Also did minor repairs x2 on wire clothes rack in Master closet. Love everything! They get a 5 Star Rating on Quality, Value, Professional Responsive and On Time!!!
