Awesome job. My kitchen sink from my seventy-year-old house has been a nightmare since I moved in (leaky pipes and backing up constantly). Austin fixed everything in a few hours and was very accommodating and professional. He even brought treats for my dogs, which was a lovely touch. Will be using their services in the future.

I had just about given up on finding a trustworthy and competent plumber to help me with my sewer leak in my crawlspace when I called Roto-Rooter. I had two different companies out prior, but neither could give me a firm quote. And one company never even returned my call! When I filled out the online request on a Thursday afternoon with Roto-Rooter and got a call back at 7:30 the next morning from Maria, I was feeling hopeful. David arrived later that morning and was ver professional and communicative from the start. He did a very thorough inspection under the house, took pictures, and worked up a very reasonable quote. He then explained in detail what he would do and how long it would take. He completed the job that day. He answere all of our questions and was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He definitely earned our trust and confidence. We have several other plumbing jobs we need to have done, and we will definitely be using Roto-Rooter and asking for David!

Had to call to replace my water heater, walked me through all of my options and made sure I felt comfortable and not pressured to work with them. Lucky for me I was able to have it replaced quickly and had hot water in no time. Also used for a kitchen drain backup. Both 5 star interactions. They’re not my go-to for bathroom, kitchen, water needs!

We had water line break loose under the house and 2 technicians were onsite within 2 hours and had the issue repaired within 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend calling Roto Rooter with any of your plumbing issues! They did a great job in such a timely manner. 😊
