    After hurricane Helene went through, we had all kinds of issues - tree on the house, power outage and A/C not working. We called Cassel and Josh Smith is the technician who came out on a Sunday. He was quick, super-informative of the problem and how to fix it. He has us up and running and cool in no time. And he was super friendly.

    We had an unexpected emergency water leak and called Cassell Brothers for service. We have used them in the past and they have been phenomenal. Bruce came out very quickly , same day, within hours, and got us back to normal. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the situation quickly and made all the necessary repairs. I was impressed with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor.

    Cassell Brothers did a very thorough inspection of my pipes, more thorough than others I had come to look at my leaks under my 1972 house. MARK CAMERONS forthright and honest manner immediately elicited my confidence and trust. In a situation where you have leaks in an older home, you are already stressed regarding the state of your home and finances - he put me at ease and Im very thankful for that. Cassells office staff is professional and friendly. The day of the full pipe replacement, Mark Cameron did the work quickly with thoughtfulness and care. (Old-school work ethics.) Aided by his hard--working co-worker JON LUCAS, their work was done quicker than expected with inside home tweaks that are very, very much appreciated.Cassell Brothers was highly recommended to me by my neighbors and I will also add myself to the list of highly satisfied customers, gladly recommending them to anyone.     Bruce was very kind and professional at all times when he was in our home. He fixed a clog in our sink line that had caused water to leak under the kitchen sink. He did an awesome job and we are very satisfied! Would highly recommend!

    We have used this company several times and Jon Lucas is the very best plumber in the world!!!!! Very polite, intelligent and knows aboutEverything there is to know even more things than just plumbing. We have also bought 2 heat pumps from them. We will not use any other company for anything they offer !!!!!! Jon deserves many more stars than 5. So does Cassell Brothers always very kind respectful people even in the office. I cant thank them or Jon nearly enough.

    I will be calling Cassell Brothers again. Cassell Brothers sent us a confirmation email and text after making appointment and then again when Bruce was on the way even thou Bruce called us stating he was on the way. And was here earlier then he told us. Bruce was very accommodating and professional for both visits. One to quote job and the other to do the work. He was very courteous both time that he was here and was asking if we had questions which he answered with no hesitation. Cleaned up any mess that he made removing the old sink/garbage disposal and wires and then installing new sink and faucet. He took the time to show my husband a few things and then looked at a few other small issues and was kind enough to tell my husband how he may fix the issues. if not, to call and he would come back and fix them.

    Rod was amazing and so professional!!! We needed an outlet installed above our fireplace for us to plug the TV into and the whole process was perfectly smooth from start to finish - Iā€™m thrilled with the result!     A great experience with Kevin Salinas from Cassel Brothers Heating and Air. Courteous, respectful, and very professional. Gave a very detailed explanation of the issue with our heating system.     Layton was professional and very educational. He refused to walk inside with his boots on even when told it was okay and took the time to show and explain to me what he was doing and how I could save money in the future by performing my own preventative maintenance. Extremely knowledgeable and genuine person. Layton didnā€™t try and sell me any product or service however I would trust any advice or service he would recommend.

    Jake was very professionally and thorough as he installed, demonstrated and explained how to use our 2 new Google Nest thermostats. He even talked me through setting up the thermostats on the actual app. He asked to get my phone to set it up and talked me through what he was doing every step of the way. He called early to share when he would arrive. When he arrived, he explained what he would be doing. When he was done, everything was cleaned.     We called Cassell Brothers after another major plumber failed to fix our issue. They arrived same day and diagnosed the problem, which was much bigger than we anticipated. Lowery was super helpful in explaining everything that was needed (and why!). They did a minor fix that would get us by, and we scheduled the major 2 day repair job for a few weeks out. The crew arrived when scheduled, was professional and friendly, and took care of everything exactly as promised. Lowery and Mark were awesome, as were the other two men helping. We had our entire plumbing redone and a line ran to city water in 2 days. I signed up for their membership plan to service our HVAC, and would recommend them to anyone!

Spent alot of time detailing every portion of his inspection with pictures, even explaining each picture to my wife and I (including before and after pictures).     I was very pleased and grateful for Cassell Brothers quick response to my lack of heat. Tyler arrived within an hour of my call (after 5:30 pm). He found the issue, tried to fix the motor but it was not able to be repaired. He obtained the part the next morning and I had heat before 1 pm. He was thorough, professional and extremely considerate. I highly recommend Cassell Brothers for their response and assistance.

    First, I was able to get a same day appointment for a service call. The technician(Tyler) arrived 15 minutes after alerting me he was on the way. After checking the unit he explained the problems throughly and gave me options to get the problem resolved. The repairs were completed promptly. Tyler was courtesy and professional.

    Rodriguez was very nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen outlets and got them working in a very short amount of time. He repaired the light fixture in the primary bathroom within just a few minutes. I would happily recommend Rodriguez Bennett and Cassell Brothers without hesitation.

    We noticed a leak and called Cassell to come have a look at it. Layton has been super helpful. We now need to replace our shower and he has answered any and all questions we have thrown at him about the process. We have even bounced ideas off of him for a remodel. He has been super patient with us and has given us so much information so that when the time comes we are ready for the remodel. We appreciate his help with the process.

    Josh did great work, was very professional and was able to get out to my house and fix my issue within only a couple hours of me calling. I will definitely use Cassell Brothers again for my plumbing needs! I will say that I was not impressed by the call center I was forwarded to when first contacting them, however once it was in the hands of the folks that actually work for Cassell Brothers everything went very smooth.

In my experience, it currently appears Cassell Brothers price services much more fairly than other available options.Update 11/19/24: Heating and CoolingWilliam Bower was an excellent technician. He was much more knowledgeable and thorough than any others Iā€™ve ever had in HVAC. He showed me how dirty our unit was and went through the trouble of cleaning it. He sat down with me and discussed his findings in detail with proof. Then, before he left, he did one last check to make sure our unit was good to go. He went above and beyond. I will be requesting William for any heating and cooling needs in the future.

    Lord, when it rains it pours and luckily Cassell Brothers was there with an umbrella! I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and Christian (who are also brothers) when my power went out the day before Christmas Eve. Both of these brothers were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Christian came by to fix my fusebox which we found out was getting tripped by my furnace. He had our power back on in less than 30 minutes and he waited outside to make sure it didnt trip again. Then Kevin came through and fix the furnace problem in about an hour. Our disconnect box was melted!! We are lucky it didnt catch fire. The company only charged us one service fee for both of the technicians coming out to solve the problem. I would highly recommend Cassell Brothers and Kevin and Christian for any of your electrical and HVAC needs!!

    Whiterock, SCMy experience with Cassell Heating & Air replacing my complete duct system was terrific! Doug, the advisor who quoted the job, did great in determining the best size ducting for the unit I have and the layout for the house. His proposal was very thorough and reasonable compared to three other estimates I received. Additionally, David and Kyle, the installers who removed my old ductwork and installed the new ductwork, did an outstanding job. The work required going under the house with only 24ā€ of crawlspace. These guys are hard workers and know their trade well. I cant say enough about the entire Cassell team, from people in the office to the installation experts.     Very pleased with the experience we have had with CB! We have a pretty significant issue- we were ultimately told that our entire master bath and kitchen would need to be gutted.     So I strongly recommend Cassell Brothers. My personal experience is that I had a problem, I reached out to a friend that knows a guy. He missed the diagnosis completely and told me something along the lines of well these newer homes put in undersized units and this is just how its gonna be. I then reached out to Cassell Brothers a while later and I should have done it right off the bat. Every part of the business was seamless. Appointments, parts, dispatch all of it but especially the techs. I made a call, the next day someone was there to troubleshoot the issue. Found out my parts were all under warranty they wrote me up an invoice and had parts to install the next day. Our tech, Tyler, ended up working till 8 to finish the job for us.     Our problem was that our house only cooled about 20 degrees cooler than outside (ex: if it was 100F outside, weā€™d have 80F inside). Overall experience was fantastic, quick, and painless. My service technician was Christian Rickman and my sales rep was Steve Szczerbacki. First of all, want to say that Christian was so kind and such a great person. He was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and just a likable person. Was able to diagnose issues quickly and answered all of our questions. Steve was fantastic as well - he was upfront, honest, detailed, and friendly. My assumption was that Cassell Broā€™s was going to be the most expensive option in the area, but Iā€™m familiar with their training programs, so I knew that they would do an excellent job. Highest service, highest price. So my initial plan was to get Cassell to tell me what was wrong, because I knew that they would be the most thorough in their analysis, then pull other quotes. They did a fantastic job, both sales and tech, and I told Steve where I was coming from and what I had planned and, to my surprise, Steve came in and gave our family an incredible price. Not just that - I gave Steve the green-light on a Sunday evening and my entire unit (outdoor unit and the upstairs handler, plus some extra duct line, two new vents, and new refrigerant lines) was done by Wednesday before 17:00. Took these guys one day to organize materials and labor and one and a half day to execute. Now my house is able to hold a temperature no matter the outside temperature. Again, just want to shout out these guys because they did some amazing work. The speed, quality, and price honestly surprised me. Shoutout to Steve Szczerbacki and Christian Rickman. Both were easy to work with, knowledgeable, kind, and Steve was so helpful and understanding on the sales side - not pushy at all, a genuine values-based salesperson and you can tell. Would highly recommend Cassell at least quote your next project, because I genuinely do believe they have the highest tier service available here, and would even suggest requesting Steve by name if youā€™re in need of a full unit repair - he will be more than fair, the service will still be high quality, and he will work his best to balance value and price for what makes the most sense for you.

First, I called the Cassell Brothers at 8:15 in the morning, got a really friendly woman on the phone who was actually able to set me up for a same day appointment. She answered all my questions and also ensured to make note of my schedule restriction (school pick-up).Fast forward a bit, I receive a call from Viorel letting me know hes nearby and will be at our home in 15-20 minutes. Somethijg great as a woman was that they sent a text with hisnphoto so I knew who to expect and open the door for. He arrived promptly and when he entered our home he immediately went to put on shoe covers which we really appreciate as it shows us that you value our home. He listened to the issue at hand, did not rush me in any way, he went and investigated, found the problem and presented me with the options to repair it.While the price was a bit higher than expected we were at a point where we were no longer willing to deal with the issue at hand so we moved forward with the repair. Id like to stress, despite the cost it was still well worth it. It wasnt unreasonable just frustrating when weve alreary paid to have it repaired (other plumbers).With that said, we now no longer have a bullhorn sound running through our pipes when we use water and the peace we feel is worth every penny and more importantly, the customer service specifically Viorel was so exceptional that I wont recommend or call anyone else!!

    12/7/24 Our heat went out the first cold week of the winter - yikes! Drew is an absolute wizard! He was my second opinion on the (fairly new, under-warranty) unit. Itā€™s a Trane system that needs a new motor. I was originally told weā€™d have to wait for the part to come in to fix the unit (2 weeks). The space heater I had bought wasnā€™t going to carry us for 2 weeks. Drew showed up and said, ā€œIā€™m going to do my best to get you up and running tonight.ā€ Although he agreed with the previous tech about the problem, Drew sat down and explained to me what had happened and how to prevent it from hopefully ever happening again. He then went under my house in the cold and very quickly figured out how to rewire the system to buy some time until the part comes in. I thought it would take a miracle to get heat in my house again. And that miracle was a technician named Drew!! Itā€™s been two days of bitter cold and lows in the 20s and the heat is still holding. The part needed was expedited and will be repaired sooner than the two weeks estimated. 5 days without heat was pretty rough! But Cassell Brothers did honor their warranty, not charge me for these visits, and took care of us the best they could.5/30/24 Our AC went out the night of Memorial Day. Cassell Brothers answered my call late that night and gave me the first available appt. Michael Peel was the tech who came out. He is a well-mannered young man who is very good at explaining what hes doing and works extremely hard. When he diagnosed the problem, he knew hed have to make a return trip. Patrick from Cassell Bros called the next morning to tell me Michael would come back after all his other jobs the next day. Michael did. He worked hard for 3 hours and did a fantastic job. Our AC works better than it ever has! Thank you so much for making sure we had AC before the hot weather returned. And thank you Michael for working late on a Friday night and skipping dinner so that my daughter and I would have air conditioning over the weekend.

He diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC unit in 30 minutes. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend and will be calling Cassell Brothers anytime I experience issues in the future!

    The service technician was promp, courteous, and knowledgeable. Vio, the technician worked hard and got the job done quickly. I called on a Friday and much to my relief my leaking hot water heater was replaced by the end of the day. I have no complaints with any aspect of the service. I must mention that it was expensive.

    Xavier was amazing! Our air went out on one of the hottest days of the year and he came out same-day to fix it. He was super knowledgeable and told us what the problem was within 20 minutes. I was a client with another heat and air company for years for my private residence as well 55 rental properties that I own.Ben was so professional as well Cassell Brothers. I called after 4 p.m. and was told a tech would be at my home this afternoon/evening.....no after-hours charge..which is part of their company policy.. Ben found my problem...had the part on his truck and fixed it.
