    Great experience from the first hello on the phone to the last good bye as the service was complete in the same day. So glad I called Meetze to install our tankless water heater. Cody was the lead tech and they did not disappoint. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the product and ways to make the product last a long time. We will be using Meetze again in the future.

    Great job, these guys came quickly and waited while I was the one late. They had called to let me have a spot that was a cancellation, giving me same day service!They are reasonably priced and their diagnostic fee was only $49. The guys were friendly and polite; the booties they wear in the house was a GREAT idea and they were very professional!

    I have worked with Meetze plumbing for 3 years now. The company is a great team of professionals. They are dedicated to completing the job in the best possible manner. Most recently, I needed a new tankless water heater which required them to remove a huge bush which I thought was above and beyond. They even hauled away all the trimmings. They are also extremely responsive. I can usually get them within an hour of calling. I highly recommend them.

    I have a contract for annual service with Meetze that I forgot about. They called me to see if I wanted the inspection and service of my tankless hot water heater and they came out withing 2 days to get the job done. The technician was very personable and I was confident in her ability to get the job done.

    Nigel installed our water filtration system and today came back for a follow up visit. Thoroughly explained and demonstrated how to change and clean the filters for reuse and checked the system for any issues.     Josh Cherry and his assistant arrived on time, completed the job and explained if water pressure did not improve there was another stap that could be taken.     My sister had an emergency and couldn’t find a plumber until she called Meetze. So I decided to call them when she raved about them! I asked for Jan specifically because he was the one who impressed my sister. So Jan and Daniel showed up, listened intently and examined everything above and beyond what normal technicians would have done. They explained to my mom and I in a way we understood. They were honest and fair and so considerate. My mom and I have been through a lot with this hurricane mess and this was the easiest interaction we’ve had among a bunch of workers at the house.     My technician Garrett solved my low water pressure problem within minutes. He found the screens I had missed in the shower head hose and removed them creating high pressure once again. He was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I will call Meetze again for any future fixes!

    Meetz Plumbing responded immediately to our call about backed-up sewage lines, arriving promptly to assess and fix the issue. It took two visits to fully resolve the problem. During the first visit, the plumber used a camera to inspect the pipes and identified an unexpectedly extensive blockage. He clearly explained the issue and informed us that a specialist would be needed. The second technician arrived soon after and had everything fully fixed within a couple of hours. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend Meetz Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

    Brian Whitlock was very polite and friendly! He turned all the faucets on and flushed the toilets to see if the rush of water would clear the pipes out! It did the trick! Brian suggested to have a technician come out next week to run a camera down to see if there is an obstruction further down the line so this won’t happen again! I appreciate his suggestion!

    If you need a plumber, call these guys! We had a major tree root issue in our sewer pipe, almost completely blocked. The first technician diagnosed the problem but once the installation crew came out to actually dig the hole and add a new line they discovered the problem was not as extensive as first suspected. They called me out to let me know that the costly solution was not the one I needed, explained to me what was needed, and how it would work and then called the office to let them know my bill would need to be reworked. Amazing customer service for this day and age. Amazing.I encountered 5 technicians on this job because each group has their specialty and every one of them was courteous, kind, well-mannered (yes, I know that term dates me), and made sure I knew what was going on and asked if I had any questions. One if them even raved about the owner. When you gotta part with your money, it makes a little easier when dealing with honest, kind people.

    Meetze Plumbing was my 3rd call for service. I had a fawcett dripping. Within minutes of making the call I had an appointment for that afternoon. I received a call to alert me a technician was available and on the way, making sure that was ok with me? Of course I said yes. Within moments I had a text confirmation that included a picture of who I was expecting! I loved that detail. The tech arrived on time and had my problem resolved within minutes. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he was also patient and kind. Answered all our questions to include some show and tell moments! This technician and his employer exceeded my expectations! I could not be more grateful. I even asked for business cards, plural. I will be making referrals as well as being a repeat customer!     Very pleased with the prompt professional service. While changing out bathroom faucets we had a shut-off valve break resulting in a geyser! Meetze was here within 40 minutes. Dillion was pleasant, professional and did a great job replacing everything.

    Absolutely amazing. I had a Sunday emergency with water flooding into my crawlspace. Jordan and Jesse were dispatched and went above and beyond.They identified the root cause was related to something with the city, so outside of what a plumbing company could address. However, they helped me identify an immediate workaround solution, direct me to the right people, got me connected with a restoration company to drain the water that had flooded my crawlspace, and, while waiting for confirmation that the restoration company could come, even helped me with my makeshift trenches I had been digging to divert water out of my crawlspace.They provided excellent customer service, and I felt taken care of in the middle of a serious crisis. Will be referring this company to anyone I know, and will be keeping them for my future plumbing needs.

    Our technician, Alex and his apprentice, were very thorough with explaining the entire process and fixing a broken water pipe in our yard. Even though the digging fee was extremely high, I felt that it was better for them to dig because I did not want to accidently hit a pipe and make it worse. This is the second time Meetze has done service for us, and the technicians and service are top notch!

    Thanks to Tim Peeler he really helped me with a water leak that I had not idea where it was. He diagnosed right away gave me a quote for repair. As I said okay he went to work. He thought he had to dig up a big block of my grass, he took so much care with my yard. When he left I was so pleased.     Working with Meetze Plumbing was amazing. We had a underground water main connection break in the early morning hours of Saturday morning. After the sun came up, we called Meetze. The female dispatcher was extremely friendly and helpful and she was able to schedule Josh and Julian out that same afternoon to fix the issue. They were pleasant, efficient, answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company (so much so that we are going to call and make sure we are on the yearly maintenance plan).     When I first purchased my house, I realized within two weeks that there were major issues with our plumbing. Meetze was the first company I called and will be the only company I call from here on out (though I doubt I’ll need to after the quality of work). I pretty much gutted the original plumbing and had Meetze redo it all. Kevin Barefoot and the other technicians I worked with throughout this process made the real difference. I feel like a lot of companies will tell you they “treat you like family”, but the crew at Meetze really goes above and beyond to keep you informed, give you the best quote they can, and overall make you feel valued as a person and not a paycheck. I have recommended several others to this company purely based on my experience, and while I hope I don’t run into any plumbing issues in the future, Meetze will be my go to company always. Honestly, I wish I could leave more than five stars.

    These guys came when they said they would, did a massive project on a Saturday, stayed late till it was all completed, and then came back for a follow up a week later to check everything, and tweaked a few things to make it even better. They replaced our 30 plus year old water heater with a better designed new one, (gave me several options to choose from) adjusted water pressure coming in from the city, replaced old plumbing pertaining to that, and rebuilt two toilets. Excellent job, guys! Alex Romero, Chandler, and the other guy were excellent! Alex especially was friendly and made sure I understood everything they were going to do and why.I have one caveat; the price. I am pretty sure it was a good bit more than the average cost of replacing a hot water heater in South Carolina. But they did do a lot of other stuff, on a Saturday, with only a days notice. That saved me a world of worry and was worth the money.

    Here is your response: James Shealy and Phillip Lardieri & helper were all very professional, polite and knowlegable. James had given me helpful advice to pour scalding water down the drain. Pillip found me a Milwaukee Gun Auger at Grainger after I expressed worry about how much snaking would cost me, as I am on a fixed income. I purchased the snake this morning and i snaked the entire drain meticulously at least four times. We flushed the drain over and over again with scalding water. A few flushes of hot water later, the water began to drain. We didnt ease up, flushing hot water down the drain again and again, finally adding Dawn degreaser to the mix. Everything is flowing smoothly now. We have our kitchen back because of the very helpful advice and tips your techs gave us. We will be using Meetze Plumbing exclusively from here on out. Well be needing new gas logs this fall and well have you guys replace them for us. Thank you for all your help!

    Tim peeler has been my technician for both times I’ve needed plumbing work done on my property . Both times he has been fantastic and professional from the first hand shake to the last. I’m a simple southern guy so I don’t trust salesman … but he has always been straight forward and upfront about everything he’s done from pricing to what is getting fixed . He’s always done VERY good work both times he’s come out for fixing my bathtub and installing a PRV to help protect my home from plumbing issues .     First, my water heater died so I Googled plumbers. Based on some of the reviews I read on Meetze Plumbing, I felt confident enough to give them a try, so I made an appointment online. Prognosis, I needed a new water heater. I had no reservations about this since my old water heater was 20 years old. The technician gave me a verbal estimate for the new water heater. The next day, two technicians came and installed the new water heater, which was in the attic. I believed them to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in what they were doing. They took their time to make sure the job was done right! However, when I received the paid receipt by email, there were no itemized prices to show how the estimate was determined. As a consumer, I would have liked to have known how much I paid for the new water heater, how much I was charged for labor, etc. Overall, my experience with Meetze Plumbing was good, and I would recommend their services.

I went to the website and an online CSR began the online chat to obtain needed information. She sent times available and verified that I was within their service range for lower rate; thus I made an appointment. I took screenshot of said information and even got text confirming date/time, in-service area. Ten minutes later another Meetze CSR called to followup. She told me I was not in the service area and my desired appointment time was unavailable. I asked about the discrepancy from online, was told online support doesnt see what is available and the service area. I decided to cancel and give my business to another company. Why does Meetze have both online and human callers following up when they dont know what each other are committing? Hope plumber doesnt show up, Im not paying

    Charlie S. Was our contractor... He was great.He was kind and friendly And he worked very hard. The cost was double what I was expecting but I know that part is out of his hands. The response was fast as was the completion of work.
