    Oscar did a great job and I was impressed from the initial appointment (same day) , assessment of the problem to fully resolving the multiple issues. One call was all I needed to solve my plumbing issues. Fixed my Dripping broken faucet, replaced the 20 year old leaking garbage disposal and also cleaned out a clogged bathroom sink.     We had been without a hot water heater for four days and had never used Vally plumbing. I called them 7:30 in the morning they answered. They sent a technician out at 9:45. Connor and Jonathan were the two technicians. I cannot even tell you how much they went above and beyond to hook up a brand new water heater they clean the area and hauled the old one off. they are absolutely the best ever that I have seen. I would definitely use this company again without a doubt and will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you again Connor and Jonathan for an amazing job. Well done.

    Jamie was great. He was here quickly, got right to work and knew exactly what to do. Jamie explained everything to me in a way that made it easy to talk to my landlord about plumbing concerns. Jamie is a 5/5. The -1 star is because itā€™s an emergency call it was a little pricey.

    Robert, Nick and Oscar were professional, pleasant, quick and thorough. They installed a new gas water heater at our condo.     Old house with failing plumbing system. Valley is always responsive, even the day after Thanksgiving. Michael came out and after some sleuthing, diagnosed a cracked cast iron drain pipe in an interior wall. He arranged for the drying contractor to come out same day. When they are done, Valley/Michael will come back to do the repair work and patch things up. Great service; Michael and all technicians we have encountered are professional, explain everything in great detail and do solid work.

    Valley Plumbing is a top flight professional organization. We had a p pool heater gas leak that caused the entire house gas access to be shutdown. Called my usual plumber but they couldnt get to me for 3 business days. After calling two other plumbers that were not responsive I called Valley Plumbing and they promptly responded in 2 hours. Their tech service guy, David, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. It was obvious he was customer sensitive and well trained.     Valley Plumbing immediately responded to my online service request, even though ours was a routine issue--no emergency. They sent a plumber to our house within an hour. Domingo was super-friendly, was happy to answer all of our questions, and did great work. Wed definitely call Valley Plumbing again, and wed definitely request Domingo again. Im not surprised theyve been in the business for over 50 years. UPDATE: We had another issue and Valley Plumbing sent out Michael. He was great--took his time, explained everything.     Our filtration s system is working great! We love the water quality. But, we had some questions and Robert M came out to go over the system with us.     I was having issues with my hot water going in and out, so after paying several other professionals to come out and diagnose the problem with no results I decided to call Valley Plumbing. Scheduling was easy and the lady I spoke with was very nice. My service guy, Brian, came out the very next day and immediately showed me what the issue was. I ended up needing a new water heater and he took care of everything for me. I had a new water heater and hot water within a few hours. Brian was awesome! He kept me informed letting me know what he was doing every step of the way and was very helpful, efficient, professional and courteous. Iā€™m extremely happy with the service I received here and will be referring them to friends and family. My only complaint was that I didnā€™t call Valley Plumbing sooner!

    Our water heater stopped working and the VP supervisor came out same day to assess the situation. He gave us options and estimates same day. The new water heater and recirculating pump was installed the next day. It was very expensive, much more than we were expecting, but we checked with 2 other sources and it was the same price and would have taken longer to get the parts. The price we were given included tax and installation so there were no additional charges thank goodness. The installation took all day but we were not charged any extra for labor. Everything was done very professionally and cleanly.

    We had experienced an overnight leak under the sink and were having water damage. In the morning it was very apparent my attempts to shut off the water wasnā€™t working (the shut off valves for the faucets ultimately failed). VP called me first thing in the morning after leaving a 24 hour text for service and an early morning call with their after hours call center. I was disheartened to hear they were unavailable after calling the call service based on their scheduled appointments but after the office opened they called me and said due to the situation (canā€™t stop the water even after shutting off the house water) they were sending out Mike right away. I recognized Mike from a previous plumbing issue and knew I was in good hands. Mike fixed the problem immediately. He was professional as always and asked if there were any other issues he could look at or address. To my wifeā€™s request he took care of an on going backup in the other restroom sink by simply adjusting the sink plunger. He checked the other valves and gave me a quote for future change outs of all the remaining shut off valves for the remaining sinks and toilets (as theyā€™re of the same age, cheaper make and hard water build up). He also completed a pressure check after fixing the valves and recommended a replacement to the outside intake with a new regulator (my PSI was high), a new turn valve to a better quarter turn lever (gate vs ball) and spigot. He also gave me some pro tips on future faucet changes and things to look for when checking other valves and plumbing concerns. I feel that because he went out of his way to provide excellent service again the $7 I pay a month to keep Valley Plumbing as my preferred vendor has paid dividends. I had them replace my water heater not to long ago and they were the ones that reminded me and scheduled a standard maintenance on the water heater 6 months later (how often to any of us as homeowners really are good about that). Great job as always Mike and VP! They also had placed a call for Rapid Dry to come out and quote me for the water damage caused by the leak (see my Yelp, but RD came out an hour after the call from VP was placed to evaluate the damage and gave me a quote. With in an hour after that they had guys at my house opening the walls, piping base boards and lifting the rugs to get to the padding setting up they fans etcā€¦clearly two valued companies partnership if makes for smooth transitions for customers).

No call from anyone. I tried calling, no answer. I received an email stating that your phones are down. When I had the water heater installed last April, the tech ADVISED me to do the flush annually. Never mentioned that you had a program. I asked David if I could sign up now and apply todayā€™s charges towards that. He couldnā€™t do that because it wasnā€™t in place prior to the service call.
