    Fantastic service! My AC unit went down on a Saturday. 106Ā° that day. They had a tech here within the hour. Very professionally. He went over everything with me in detail. Once he diagnosed the issue he brought the part to me and showed me what the problem was. He didnt have the right size component with him but he did have one that got us through the weekend. He said theyd be back on Monday with the right part. A tech showed up Monday afternoon. Installed the right part no extra fees. Highly recommend Granger. Reasonably priced emergency service. Both techs very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again. A+++

    Called to have to gas pipes replaced and a valve installed. Service was 6 hrs earlier than originally scheduled. Mike did a great job in half the time he quoted me. Came back early the following day to finish the job after so-cal gas signed off on the work performed. I never leave a comment unless Iā€™m very satisfied or extremely dissatisfiedā€¦fortunately I was very satisfied with the entire experience!

    Brandon has been at my house for 2 days now working on several electrical issues Iā€™ve had on my punch list. Heā€™s made multiple trips to go get items to try to troubleshoot the issues and stayed late to make sure it was all completed and checked his work to confirm all was working. If you have electrical needs heā€™s fantastic. Iā€™ve already had neighbors who have called to book him!

    Outstanding in every respect. We had our 24 year old AC/gas furnace package unit replaced with a high efficiency heat pump.From the sales advisor who provided helpful answers to our questions to the technicians who left the work site cleaner than they found it, and went above and beyond in doing the job right, you could not ask for a more competent and friendly group of people to entrust with a major investment in your home. We are SO glad we went with Grangerā€™s.

    I donā€™t consider myself a handyman thatā€™s for sure, so these guys are great for someone like me! We have used Grangers for everything from small repair type work, up to having them install a whole new heat pump unit for us. I donā€™t mind spending a bit more to be a ā€œpreferredā€œ member, because the feeling of concierge service is nice, especially when you really need their help!

    I recently used Grangerā€™s to get a Tesla wall charger installed. Brandon showed up right on time and explained a few options. I ended up just getting a 240v outlet installed as it was much cheaper and looks cleaner with the mobile wall charger. I appreciate the honesty up front on the costs and ultimately saved money.     A1 is very responsive - always letting me know when technicians were coming and who was coming. Sam and Luis were excellent! They were super nice and polite and went above and beyond the scope of work. They moved my AC unit and it was a long day of work, but they were very thorough and professional. I especially appreciated that they fixed a hole in a duct that they came across even though this wasnt part of the job and Sam even put my outside gate back on its track for me!! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend A1 and I would call them back again for any future work most definitely.

    Our A/C broke down last eveningand I phoned and left a message as it was late. I followed up with a call at 9 am. An appointment was scheduled for 3.     Mike came out to do a consultation only 2 hours after my call to have service. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quoted me on the spot for a new tankless water heater installation. After I agreed and signed electronically he began working to remove the old water heater. He then went to get the new tankless water heater from the warehouse. When Mike returned he arrived with Mark (very professional and extremely knowledgeable) they were efficient and work with extreme precision on their installation. They were very kind and had detailed explanations to all of my questions. I would highly recommend their service. I couldnā€™t have ask for more. Thank you Mike and Mark!

    Louie has our technician several times. Loves his job, always pleasant and on time. Installed surge suppressor for our Bosch heat/pump. Grangers called ahead to let us know he was on his way.     Jai from Sunnys (formerly Grangers) was the installer of my tankless water heater today. I believe he did an excellent job! He arrived on time, immediately checked out the area and began installing. He estimated. about 6 hours and thats what it was. He encountered a few issues he had to work out (getting electrical to the unit and venting) but he solved it all. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable!! I would recommend him anytime šŸ˜Š

    David Gaeta performed the standard 2 year maintenance on my Champion Standby 14kW Backup Generator. David was kind, responsive and patient with me as he answered my questions about the system and its operation. I learned a great deal from Davids expertise.     Jay & Sam did a great job on our new system installation. They work very well as a team. Their focus was on getting the job done. Clearly this wasnt their first install, very little wasted movement. They were respectful of my property, my home is actually a little cleaner now than when they arrived.Zane stopped by as the job was nearing its close. He did a visual inspection of the install, which I appreciated as well. Zane took the time to review paperwork with me and answered my last minute questions.Overall a positive experience.

    These guys are the best. I have delt with 4 or 5 of them over the last 15 yrs , they are all good. It dont matter who comes out. YES, I have preferred techs but never a problem with any of them.ā— Prices are fair for the most part. But everything is expensive now.ā— They clean up there mess.ā— Well dressed and clean company vans.ā— They will spend time and show you whats wrong with the system and explain it to you. If you ask them. They dont hide anything from you.ā—ā—At least give them a chance to work for you. I think youll be impressed.

    The Granger tech was very prompt and conscientious. We called him in for a possible gas leak and although he did not locate any issue, he took the time to seemingly perform a thorough review. He treated our issue seriously and was not rushed to leave the premises after his initial review, and seemed responsible in his approach to ensure all areas were checked.

    I was pleased with the overall knowledge that was given on initial inspection of my ac unit. The news was not good but Gabe gave me all possible outcomes even possible routes to go to avoid replacing the unit but he highly did not recommend that route.Gabe saw my frustration and listened to my deep concern of not being in a position financially so he recommended calling in an associate that deals with that aspect of care. Soon Zane was at my door and assessed the situation and came up with a good plan. My overall experience was good and ended with a positive outcome as well as peace of mind.I was also very impressed with how fast everything seemed to move along and the care and concern to keep my family as comfortable as possible was above the standard. Zane provided a portable air unit that kept things tolerable during the peak of our heat.Overall I was completely satisfied. The installers Robert and Bryan work hard and diligently to get things up and running ASAP... within 24 hrs from start to finish a new unit was installed. Thank you A#1service heroā€™s.     I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the experience I had. Every single person in the company I interacted with from the dispatcher who first took my call, (I am so very sorry I canā€™t remember her name at the moment) to our wonderful tech, JP was competent, courteous and beyond professional. He was thorough and even checked for any extermination needs (thank goodness there were none). I needed an air gap vent installed plus the dishwasher drain hose wasnt long enough to reach the air gap vent; Mark was able get the work done without a hiccup.     Tankless water heater installed by Sam C who did an excellent job. He kept me continually informed of the works progress. He had to crawl under the house and unexpectedly deal with old plumbing issues but he solved the problem, even though it took some time. Office personnel were courteous and responsive.     Iā€™m new to the desert, so when I saw a clean cut young man coming in to a lunch restaurant out of A #1 service van, I asked him for a card. He was very respectful and went to get his card out of the van. He returned to tell me about his company and their services.After lunch I called and was told about their two year service program that I thought was very reasonable.We are all busy, so I liked that they would call and set up regular service calls. The lady was pleasant and professional on the phone.I received a call from A1 before my service date and the day of, with a picture in my text of my service provider. Gabe showed up on time and spent three hours working on our two A/C units and heaters.We were able to identify some preventive maintenance and parts that would save us dollars in the future that we appreciated. We bought this house not knowing how old our AC units were, and Gabe was able to call the manufacturer and sign us up on the warranty program that the original owner had not bothered to do.     4/16/19 Sal is a great asset to A1 Service Heroes. He came out today with Vanessa to see why our furnace and a/c wont come on after an electrical neutral outage on 4/11. As in the past, Sal is professional, personable, and quick to assess the problem. Our transformer was bad so he and Vanessa replaced it and installed a surge protector on our furnace. He explained exactly what he was going to do, told us the cost and had the parts on the truck. Within an hour, everything was running smoothly. Sal originally sold us the 2 year service agreement over a year ago and we have not been disappointed at A1 Service Heroes great service. The office staff responds quickly and they fit us in on a same day appointment. Excellent!

    Daniel headed up an old tank removal and install of a new Navien system at my condo. Fair pricing, a willingness to help out with questions, and overall a job well done. Finding a contractor that was willing to do this job for a price that didnā€™t pay for their kids college tuition was a frustrating experience. New system replacement is clearly seen by large contractors as an opportunity to make the big $. No one will simply install an owner supplied unit. If they do - the labour price quoted is laughable. But this company was fair in their pricing - keeping in mind that the $1000 rebate helps bring things down to a reasonable level. Job well done, good use of technology, and a ā€œcan doā€ attitude. We have a had a few vendors come out and they varied from PUSHY ā€˜You have to replace this unit today as itā€™s about to go outā€™ to another who looked at the same unit and said, ā€˜it just needs topping upā€™Well, I have found one Company who fits the bill as described above. On a home warranty service call, A#1 Service Heroes came out to assess what was my then current vendor told me was a ā€˜replace the unitā€™ problem. Sal, A#1ā€™s technician, told me, there is nothing wrong with the unit, it just need topping up with coolant.A year later, I called them to have an annual maintenance plan put in place.     Joey from A-1, the service technician who came to handle an air conditioning water drainage issue at a condo we own, could not have been nicer to deal with. Because the repair was going to be an HOA issue, he wrote an extensive email and included pictures and sent to the HOA on our behalf. It was really helpful, and above and beyond service!

    Awesome service. Special order part, which was hard to come by, was installed the next day. My only unhappy comment was the insane price for the part. $900.00 seemed insane, but these guys really came through when needed. Not having ac in 110 degree heat is not an option.     A#1 Service Heroes Plumbing bid on install of a new hot water heater set them miles apart from 2 other companies. Sketchy info on scribbled bids screamed unprofessional compared to fully typed A#1 bid. A#1 itemized not only the specific water heater we chose but all the new ancillary parts to meet current building code. Office staff was professional & info requests promptly met. This attention to detail led us to choose A#1 in spite of being the high bid. Our expectations were exceeded with an on schedule & first class install by Kyle. After our former HVAC maintenance company was unable to diagnose furnace issues, we also signed on to the A#1 Club Service for twice year HVAC inspections, cleaning & evaluation of HVAC units.     Grangers was able to price Bosch HVAC system within my budget. All 9 other companies that tried were not. If you are not familiar with Bosch HVAC systems.Not only are they the only German engineered package units available the market...they are much better than all other units. Trane, Carrier, Lennox, etc. are the best of the American design. Bosch is much. much better.
