    Highly recommend!! Had a slab leak, my home was flooded!! They came out as soon as they could. Detected the leak and closed off the pipe. I would’ve been lost without them! Thanks again!!

    I called Alvarez plumbing for what I thought was a leak from lawn to water meter.I was pleasantly surprised that it was a much simpler problem. It turned out to be a leaky sprinkler and a leaky sprinkler valve, which my gardener will be able to fix.I appreciate the honesty and help detecting the problem.Signed ,Ruth Turner

    What an amazing experience! I called Alvarez Plumbing to complete an additional inspection required by my home insurance underwriting. (It is a robust policy specifically for short term rentals). Not only did he come out and provide what was needed for my insurance, but the few issues I asked about during the inspection, he fixed on the spot! So grateful! They have fantastic customer service, very responsive, respectful, and the prices are honest and reasonable! Will only use Alvarez Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

    We have used them twice. The first time was through our home warranty company to fix a clogged shower drain. Jesse came by and had the problem fixed in no time.The second time was today (July 4). We woke up to find a sizable leak in the our main water pipe near the shut off valve. We were worried that with it being a holiday that we would have no hope getting the problem fixed quickly. Called Alvarez Plumbing at 7:30am and Frank was over here within 45 minutes. He took care of the problem right away. Additionally, we asked him to fix a faulty hose spigot. He had to get to another job at 9am, so he came back afterward and took care of the spigot. Awesome service. Awesome company. Awesome prices. Highly recommended!

    Alvarez Plumbing Service or APS came in and saved the day. I originally went through my home warranty and received service from a lackluster service company who was unable to solve the problem. I was then redirected to APS. The young gentleman took care of things quickly with no issue. I have not had an issue with my repair since and in the future may not waste my time with my home warrant company and go direct to the real deal. Thank you APS!! I will be sharing your name any chance I get.

    Jose came out and installed a brand new water heater for us after our original one of over 12 years sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Our home warranty referred Alverez plumbing and Jose came out right away and completed the work on time very professionally. He answered all questions and made sure that the work was done correctly and showed me how to work the new unit without issue. I highly recommend them and Jose!

    The plumbers was quick and very reasonable with the plumbing that he was working on. Definitely recommend this company. He explained what he did at the end of the job and asked for any questions...Very young man and know his job....he had a trainee with him and both very respectful and he explained to the trainee every step on the repairs.....👍

    We had Troy & Jose come to our home today to fix 2 leaks, one of them was a bathtub leak. They were very fast to respond to our problem and fixed it in no time! They were both very professional and kind. They also left without leaving any mess behind. Im beyond happy with their work ethic. I will definitely use their services in the future if need be.     Alvarez Plumbing was selected by my home warranty company to repair/replace my garbage disposal at my new home. Jesse quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my garbage disposal within minutes. I couldn’t believe how fast he got it done, and everything was cleaned up and working right. I would definitely recommend.

    Troy and Jose came today and did a quality job! They explained the issues and told us the best way to fix.We used APS for a bathroom addition also and had a great experience.     We used Alvarez plumbing through our house insurance... Eric was courteous polite and took care of all of our...we had a leak under the house and I felt bad for him in this weather for him to go underneath and I asked him to take pictures before and after and he did as such... Major leak underneath our kitchen sink was repaired... the line had a strange angle so he corrected it.. as well... I had a toilet issue where it was leaking from the handle due to the pump over filling the tank and was making a really loud whining sound so he replace the pump and the waterline that brings the water in cuz it was leaking as well... Very good work overall

    We have had a few issues with our plumbing like tree roots growing up inside our pipes and we have been happy with the work. Theyve also come out to fix our dishwasher clog and a garbage disposal clog, the employee is always within the time window allotted, polite, and efficient. :)

    Selected this company after declining the first company selected by the home warranty. I compared reviews and found APS to be ahead on positive reviews. I have a problem finding people who I can work with in my home. APS was able to appoint me the same afternoon. The problem was toilet leaks clean water. The competent, phone contact was able to schedule me with ease. I received an email confirming my appointment. The technician was prompt arriving at the front of the window of time. He assessed the problem within minitues. Returned to his truck for tools and went straight to repair my leaks. He was patient with my curiousity and he educated me on the procedure requirements. Completed the work in very, very good time. Little Troy was easy to work with in my home. I really considered him a friend by the time he left. He said all the technicians at the company will offer the same customer service that he did.
