There is absolutely nothing i could say to show my appreciation to South end! They were the only company that could guarantee a technician would make it out the same day right before Christmas. They were courteous from the first call to them, to when the technician showed up. I want to say his name was Bradley, but I might be mistaken, nonetheless, he was very informative and polite and respected my home. Common courtesy goes a long way, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know. Thank you very much!

Can’t say enough good things about SouthEnd HVAC. They nursed our old AC along til we were ready to replace our whole system. When you’re spending that much money, it’s good to know you’re getting it’s full value. Tyler and Jose spent 2 days replacing our heat and air, taking great pride in how clean and tidy the conduits and mechanics were. I cant say enough about this company! I called on Sun September 1st, and the sweetest young lady answered the phone. I explained my situation, and she said, someone would be calling me same day. I never expected this to get rectified in 1 day. This totally surprised me, being Sun. It wasnt long before the nicest gentleman called. His name was Dimitri, and said, he would be at my house around 3:20. Now, my call to the young lady was around, 2 maybe 2:30.Dimitri arrived, and was very professional, friendly, fair, and knowledgable. He quickly, and professionally rectified my issue. Before he left, we chatted about a new unit. They will be here coming week to install. I cant stress enough, how smooth this process went. The crew he sent to fix leak was a crew of young men that not only knew what to do but was VERY Nice, sweet, polite, professional and on top of their job. Had two Plumbers come out. First one was very nice and professional and had to leave the job to get more stuff for the job. Very impressed by detail and service. However, second plumber needed to be called to handle a small leak. It was not an issue becuase the second plumber who came is the best plumber Ive had in 30 years. Personable, Efficient, and provided me all kinds of expertise into my home and what I still needed. Ralph Rivera will be the only plumber I ever call.....Period! I cant say enough about the service from South End and Ralph specifically. This will be my plumbing service as long as I own a home. But please keep Ralph available, as he is the man for the job!

WE WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACING OUR FLOORS! 😭 but of course the universe always has a curve ball. Found a leak in the wall which brought us to calling south end plumbing. We had Paul as our plumber and he was amazing. He got the leaked fixed for us incredibly fast and was out the door. What’s a second curve ball?! Lol another pipe started leaking a few hours later, he came back out the same day and took care of that one too. Even filled the slab back in for us so we didn’t have to stress about it.He even politely endured my singing while I was working with headphones on. He said he didn’t mind and that meant I just have a good spirit. Well I can say the same about him, only good spirits know other good spirits.Hopefully we don’t need any further work. But if we do, we would continue to call them.

They had availability next day and arrived on time with a call ahead when they were on their way. I want to personally thank Blake for coming out and looking at our system. Our Aux Heat kept coming on and we did not know why. We called another company that we had a maintenance agreement and they wanted to replace the coils for almost $3100, with a discount. I needed a second opinion and we called South End. Blake came out and told us that the coils were not leaking and we did not have to replace them. He also educated us on my the Aux Heat came on. He did all this, as they advertised, as a Free Estimate and put our minds at ease. I can say that South End has earned my future business.

I called them Sunday evening and they were at my house first thing Monday. Chad and Frankie installed a new direct vent water heater. A few days or so ago, we encountered some issues with our central air to where the A/C was no longer working. Our thermostat was glitching, and the unit wasnt responsive at all.We reached out to South End Heating & Air (this was our first time doing so) and from the moment we got a hold of them, they provided excellent service and got our AC running again! They were professional, they were thorough in diagnosing our issues, affordable and responsive, and thanks to them, our A/C was up and running again and still is! Renee was very helpful on the phone and connected us with techs that would come out to help us.Blake and Eddie were both very helpful in guiding us in the right direction, got the job done, and provided input as well with the details I provided as to what the issue could be. Im definitely grateful to Eddie, Blake, and the South End team, and recommend them if you have any issues to repair! Well be dealing with them for any issues we may encounter in the future as well. If you dont read the whole review at least know this... I Highly Recommend South End Plumbing! I truly cant say enough about South End Plumbing! My family and I are going through a relocation and unfortunately ran into an unfortunate plumbing scenario where the seller just really misrepresented plumbing issues. We had an issue where no water was draining from the home and we quickly learned this was going to be a very expensive problem to fix.The issue still remained expensive but South End did everything they could to help make it as less painful but the job wasnt going to be cheap as we had a big time problem.I called South End after another company initially came out and from the initial call to the follow up conversations they have handled this with expertise and time.Jason and Justin came out first thing the next day shovel in hand and they busted their butts out there digging a tight area around the affected area and did everything they could to minimize unnecessary landscape damage. They showed us the break in our line and kept us in the loop on when we needed to go without water and worked quick to limit impact. Jason and Justin were polite, respectful, friendly, and experts. Thank you for your quick work, expertise, and just demonstrating what working with a trustworthy company looks like. Highly Recommend!

We called South End Plumbing in the morning, and they had a service technician to us within three hours the same day. The technician, Chad, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected the toilet requiring repairs, and walked us through our options in terms of repairing the toilet. Chad was detailed in the work and repairs performed and even took the time to explain to us potential issues or signs to look for in the future. This was our first time using South End Plumbing, and we could not have been more pleased in our decision to utilize their services. The team is top notch, from the service center scheduling, to the on-site technician. We highly recommend South End Plumbing and will undoubtedly continue to use them for our plumbing needs in the future.

✨great experience✨ both times i’ve used them.last night was my second time using their emergency service for a backup (black water).they’re available after hours.the techs will give you an idea of cost when they call before they come out.they have lines long enough —the last time i used them we couldn’t find the clean out near the street so we needed 200’ line but other plumbers only had 100/150’..AND they found the buried clean out before they left)and the tech last night really went out of his way by clearing a lot of the sludge- this is *priceless* level of customer service 😅🫠.

Our pipe leading from our meter to the house broke, leading to thousands of extra gallons of usage on our bill before we noticed. Within 4 days of quoting and price checking with others, Robert with South End Plumbing was by far the most cost-effective and confident with their provided solution .Paul and Bradley came to fix the problem and were super friendly and knowledgeable. Their work was precise, they made as minimal of an impact on our driveway that needed to be cut, our slab that needed to be cut through, and our walls. They had to remove some brick pathing to run their piping, and when they were done, placed each brick back exactly where they were, you wouldn’t know they moved. They cleaned up the edges of our driveway they had to cut, they leveled and laid gravel in the holes in our driveway to minimize impact until we repair. They laid seed and hay after they were done. They went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended.

My downstairs toilet tank has been making that running water sound for weeks after flushing & trying to tap it strategically thereafter to make it stop (which it didnt). I then noticed my floor wet when no one even used the bathroom. It started leaking from under the tank now. Getting paranoid that I most definitely had an expensive plumbing repair to deal with, I broke down & started researching local plumbers near me. I came across South End Plumbing & truly based on the many positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment. Mr. DANIEL (who was Outstandingly Professional & HONEST) arrived within 2 hours of the estimated time frame given. He assessed the situation, tightened two places & voila, within like 10 minutes he resolved my weeks long (wasting water) issues. (Believe me, my water bill reflected it $$$) & he said it was good to go. I asked him how much the bill would be & he didnt even charge me for the adjustment. Praise God! I could not even believe it...... Mr. DANIEL, you do not know how you have made my day!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. There is no charge for them to come out to diagnose what needs to be fixed, and the final price is not more than the estimate. No plumber is cheap, but the prices are not exorbitant.

The diagnosis by the South End Plumbing team was a break in my sewer system and the pump needed to be replaced. When the team of James and Donny came to look at this problem, they found that the sewer pump only needed to be repaired and not replaced, saving me 1,000 dollars on the price quoted by the first plumber. They were efficient, thorough, and very easy to work with. The sensitivity of my emotions and barking dogs kept them right on track. Most companies review with 1-10 being the best. This team was over the top 10 plus. I pray to never have to have a plumbing problem again as a house owner, but if I do, I will reach out to South End Plumbing and my two experts, James and Donny. I found the name on Nextdoor and read the great reviews and I’m glad I scheduled the estimate (which is free by the way - already a great start as other companies are charging $99 just to come out). During a storm my thermostat stopped communicating with the AC (compressor working as well as furnace but I had to control it by the breaker) so Jason took the time to troubleshoot the thermostats all the way to the furnace, and also explained to me what he was doing which was really helpful and was very genuine. He determined the zone board was the issue and needed replacement, and had one on the truck which was great. I appreciate that he made sure everything was working before he left. I thoroughly agree with what everyone has written so far! I cant say enough great things about South End Heating and Air. I have been a huge fan of Eddie, Jason, and Josh and have followed them since we moved to NC in 2012. The communication is open, honest and frank, with no agendas except to fix the issue. I recently had a coil failure in my heat pump, and the unit was running constantly and blowing cold air. I had another company come out which had purchased the company that did the original install, and they told me that the part that was supposed to be covered under warranty was no longer available, and they recommended replacing the system which was not even ten years old. I called Eddie as he did the original install, he made a few phone calls, and quickly confirmed that the part was still available and he would get it on order. They completed the repair, and everything is working great. It is so quiet in my office from the system not running constantly. I found out later through my own investigation that the company that told me the part was not available did not carry my line, and therefore tried to sell me one of their systems. Nice! Needless to say theyre no longer in my contacts. If youre having trouble with your HVAC, and you want an honest assessment, call South End Heating and Air. I highly recommend them.

Hands down the BEST HVAC company we have worked with. Our furnace was on its last legs (after 26 years) and it was time for a new one. There was no pressure and great consultation and guidance from South End. They came only a few days later and installed a brand new furnace for us in a matter of hours. They emailed a reminder the night before to let us know theyd be here the following morning, and - other than letting us know they had arrived - we barely even knew they were here. They just got to work, removed the old furnace, and then got the new furnace and thermostat installed. It was truly effortless and so happy we found them! They are now our HVAC Maintenance providers and we wouldnt want to work with anyone else.

As a single working mom waking up to find a clogged potty before work was not a great way to start my Monday. After several attempts to fix it myself I decided to just spend the money required to have it unclogged professionally. I called South End about 10 minutes until their listed closing time. The woman I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. She assured me that someone would be there between five and eight which seemed like a big window. But I got a call around 5 oclock saying that they were already on their way. When the two gentlemen arrived they were polite and courteous, fixed the problem within about 30 seconds, and then told me there was no charge. This left me free to have the time to make dinner for my boys and didnt put a dent in my budget as I thought it might. I cant thank them enough for the peace of mind, excellent service, and compassion! Its rare you find that these days.

Our house had the water pipe leaking under the garage and no water inside the house. We called South End Plumbing and Stan stopped by to evaluate the situation and explained to us how to do the repair work with minimum breakout on the outside sidewalk. There were many utility wires under the ground. Tyler and David worked very hard and pay attention in details about all kinds of lines and wires underground. Due to this repair involves lots of work, they temporary got us to use the water on the first day. On the second day, they came out again and continue to work on the repair work and clean up the affected lawn area and covered the lawn with straws. I own a business with multiple buildings so there are inevitable plumbing issues that come up. I had my first (very good) experience with South End last year and when I called South End again for this recent ‘emergency,’ Renee, who answered the phone, was super helpful and worked her magic to get me someone asap. Robert actually arrived earlier than the estimated time because he had been told that it was an emergency. He remembered his work there from last year on a different office suite. The problem was actually fixed by the handy tenant just as Robert arrived, but Robert looked at it anyway and said everything was working fine now and gave me a free estimate for a more permanent fix if the problem arose again. Robert also took notes for reference on this problem for future visits. South End is definitely our new go-to plumber for the entire Office Park. Thank you!

Since it was an older unit, the knowledgeable technician explained our options, without any pressure as to repair or replace. I called Southend plumbing after paying $500 dollars to another plumbing company (ER plumbing) who only capped the leaking pipe and stated that they would have to remove my garden tub to actually fix the leak. I was concerned with the amount they had already charged without actually fixing anything so I called Southend. Larry came out but wasnt able to see the issue since the line had been capped so he had to reopen the line (undo the work ER plumbing did) to see the problem. Larry identified the problem and was able to fix it without removing my tub or cutting anymore holes in my wall! AND he did all of that work for less than the price they quoted to repair the line (not including their charge to remove the tub and). Southend Plumbing undid the work that ER plumbing did and then fixed the problem for only $600! I wish I had called them from the beginning--I wouldnt have thrown $500 away on ER plumbing.Also, Larry was very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!!!

I am VERY HAPPY with the services rendered from South End Plumbing. Technicians Kody & Austin came out and installed a whole new plumbing line because I had a slab leak. From the very beginning and dealing with Kody, he gave great feedback and suggestions. He along with his team, were VERY professional, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, attentive, made sure I understood the process, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area safe (which is not always the case with other co.) and I now have a new line. Im excited to be able to see a normal water bill next month. The only reason Im giving Southend Plumbing 4 stars instead of 5 is based on my first experience not being so great. After coming out to fix my kitchen faucet and taking care of my sink being backed up I was told by Jeremy I would be his first appointment the next day to complete my bathroom plumbing that he had taken apart (so I was not able to use my master bathroom sink). The whole next day went by and I did not hear from Jeremy. I called Southend Plumbing and they were able to send team Matt and Robert to my house, they were very professional and were able to fix the problem I was still having from my kitchen faucet and the job Jeremy started on my master bathroom sink. Great job guys! I would definitely use them again if I can get team Matt and Robert.
