    I have so many great things to say about this company that I almost don’t know where to start. I left a message through their website and received a call the next morning. The people on the phone were incredibly nice and made me feel like a neighbor, even though I had just moved to the area. I highly recommend considering their memberships.The technician, Joe, arrived within two hours of our call, which was a pleasant surprise. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail—he put on shoe covers before entering the house without being asked and did so every time he went in and out. Joe completed the installation of a new smart thermostat efficiently, and we had a great conversation throughout. The entire experience made me feel like a valued customer.     Keith came and did a flush on my 6 year old water heater. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He even gave me and emailed me quotes on 3 different plans for a new water heater. He recommended a new expansion tank, but I declined at this time.

    Matt was polite and tireless in working out very difficult water drip problem (spill from condensation tray). He was well equipped with a shop vacuum and other tools. He was meticulous in discovering the source (dust, etc in the pump). Im so doing, and teaching us the importance of cleaning our air filters, he made sure we wouldnt have a repeat of this problem. Bravo Parks: excellent training, tool readiness, and hiring the right talent!

    I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the service call. My technician, Patrick, was not only very knowledgeable, but professional and service-oriented. He explained the service plan in a way that was clearly understood. We had a conversation. I wasnt being talked at. The recommendations were very reasonable. I could not be more satisfied.

    Our technician, Keith, called and let me know what time to expect him. He showed up when he said he would and got right to work with our plumbing inspection. We had a low water pressure issue on our hot water line to our kitchen sink that he was able to clear up. He then flushed our hot water tank in order to stop the blockage from reoccurring. He was very friendly and polite. Excellent service! I will request that he be sent out again should we need service in the future.

    This was our second time using Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing a d Electrical, and all I can say is Joe with A/C division repaired our A/C unit a few months ago.He was very professional and polite. He repaired the A/C with in no more than an hour and had cold A/C again!Fast forward to todayTuesdsy, August the 13th. Owen with the Plumbing division was on time also very knowledgeable; professional and kind!It took a little bit longer for him to complete the repair because he had to return to the shop for more items to complete the job. He kept me informed with the necessary trips hed have to make for supplies etc; etc.He completed the repair an hour & 1/2 roughly. He cleaned up the work and tested for leaks.     The best! Julie was so helpful on the phone - got us scheduled right away for a plumbing emergency. Owen was at the door within an hour and a half. He was able to identify and fix the problem without issue. He was so patient answering all my questions and helped us with some additional items that needed to be addressed.     The service people at parks are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t wait to use my new hot water tank that is 80 gallons yet only cost $130 a year. It is a highbred heat pump water tank. I switched from propane to this. With the tax credits and utility company rebate, it ends up costing you very little. finally, there is an answer to climbing utilities for people that live in low density areas. My house originally had 2 40gallon hot water tanks one on each end of the house. Their technicians were able to reroute all my plumbing at a very reasonable cost. It took extremely intelligent plumbers to redesign and install it in one day. Electrician was also very knowledgeable and I learned of safety concerns that my 30 year old house needed. I could not be happier! I get to use my soaking hydrotherapy tub on my achy body for next to nothing. Thanks Parks ! I definitely am using you again. I sleep so much better now that my bottled propane, hot water tanks on the second story and furnace in the attic are not allowing Propane leaks to affect my oxygen level. For the health of your family, check into this. Parks cares!

    We had just moved into a new townhouse. Richard Krisalny from Parks Heating, Cooling and Plumbing responded very quickly after some electrical work happened to cause our thermostat to not turn on. In less than 10 minutes, he found the problem, a blown fuse and replaced it. It wasn’t even a unit they installed. He stayed to make sure everything was working. He was very careful, professional and friendly. We will be calling him again for any further maintenance and repairs. Great job!!!!

    Ive been an on and off customer of Parks since 2016. They were the vendor our builder (Pulte) chose to install the HVAC system in our new construction home. This review only pertains to my encounter the tech, Phil, who came on a ticket I initiated to have our air flow checked and balanced in a few rooms downstairs and entire 2nd floor. Phil was prompt, courteous, listened to all my concerns and took many notes on all the areas of concerns. He took his time and addressed every single concern, even made diagrams on a paper to help explain and took many photos. All of which was put on the portal so I can reference later. He truly took the time to understand my frustrations and saw how I have had other techs come out to do this work before. I have never had this kind of experience from any other tech in this company. Frankly, I stopped using this company several years back for my regular maintenance because I felt they misled me in selling me to upgrade my systems when they found a leak but when I had 2 other companies give a second opinion, this was not the case. I took it up with the supervisor but nothing came of it. Over the years, Ive been sold some things that I did not need. Im not happy with the company but Phil, is a gem there. Thank you Phil!

    If you dont want to get over-charged by the big company (Morris-Jenkins) while still going with high-quality service, Parks is a must-go. After getting an evaluation by several companies, I went with Parks. And, Im glad I did.Our service tech (Mark) came to my house, did a great job with the diagnostic, and took the pictures for me. Mark and I discussed various options for me to choose from (i.e., repairs vs. new installation). Thereafter, he connected me with Pax who came to our house the same day to perform engineering calculations (i.e., to get the right units for us).Morris-Jenkins charges us with $35K for new installation of both upstairs/downstairs units. However, Parks charged only $24K. They also back their product and service with a full refund if youre not happy with it for any reason for the whole year. Then, of course, you have the 10-year warranty etc.Two service/installation techs (Lee & Spencer) came the following day. They covered our floor to protect the carpet. Communication was excellent. Service is highly professional and top-notch quality.All in all, I highly recommend Parks for great quality at an excellent price. This is a stellar company with people backing up their work. You can trust these guys to give you the best deal and great quality HVAC service.

    I thought I had a great service “UNTIL” I checked after about the price charged for the part they installed. The price for the part on line was $25 BUT the price they charged me was $434!This company may be fast and the repair may work but expect to be really taken to the cleaners for the parts they install.I tried talking to the owners or manager by phone but they did not talk to me and I was told they would call back which they never did. I then sent an email to the company and “STILL” they refused to call.At this point will never use this company again!

Barry came out and gave us a quote and discussed options for placement, and was open to our suggestions too. Chris was helpful answering additional questions we had prior to scheduling the work to be done. Ezequiel was prompt, friendly and kept us up-to-date on anything to do with the plumbing portion. Franklin arrived to work on the electrical. Chris and his partner showed up to assist with putting the roof vent in. Everyone knew their job which made switching out the old water heater and giving us our new gas tankless water heater a pleasant, relaxing experience. We use to run out of hot water, NOT anymore!     Last night around 10 pm we discovered our upstairs AC didnt rwork rght. This morning at 7 30 am I called Parks Cooling/Heating and I got an appt for today right away. They told me they would let me know when the tech was actually on his way to my house and they did. He arrivedr rght on time about 12 30 and was very polite and friendly. He explained everything once he had looked it all over and fixed it. He was done and saying goodbye by 1 30. Very satisfying experience. This company is very user friendly and respectful.     Had the AC go out and in less the 24 hours parks came to the house gave us a estimate and installed the very next day!!!!! hands down the best customer on the east side of the Mississippi!!! Would recommended them to everyone I know for any home maintenance!Pax the customer sales representative came to house and went over the steps of doing the estimate. After doing his estimate he sat down with me and the wife and went over all options and found out what best suited our needs and budget. I never felt pressured into buy something that wasnt needed or felt like I was being up sold on something that wasnt needed.The very next morning Nick and Bryan showed up to the house for the install. Both installers was super polite. They kept everything neat and tidy and respectful to the family and dogs.Parks will be doing all AC, electrical and plumbing in my house hold from today forward!!!!

    The 2 years old heat pump in my house had an issue with the blower fan. One my coworker recommend, I called Parks Heating , Cooling to fix. Richard Krisalny is really expert & professional. He explained & gave me the free & reasonable estimate to fix it. Because it is in warranty time, He called & pick up OEM parts then replace them to solve the issue. I was only charged for labor. In addition, he recommended me of Parks membership a family plan with many benefits for HVAC system, also electric system and plumbing of the houses.     I called one day for a consultation after a few weeks of off and on suffering with an off and on cooling condition in my home I decided t Parks a call.They came out the next day, went through house, assessed the situation and told me the problem and have 3 options.I chose the best option this day and the matter was solved the very next day.It took the 2 man team 6-8 hours and I have an entire new system from top to bottom and inside and out of my home.Now I have years round service, the upkeep of my unit and a well satisfied customer.The price was steep but I was in a 80 degree home suffering and I’m disabled so I had to make a choice. A fan cool only one room and I was suffering therefore I made the call a to Parks and I’m happy.They have given me serious in the past 1 to 2 years as I dealt with a flood.

    I am giving hi 5 to Shawn (AC tech) for outstanding customer service. Recently Shawn completed AC maintenance on my 2 units. Very knowledgeable and thorough. During the process he took the time to explain every step in the process. He showed me pictures and videos how my units were working and then explained how they should be working. If a unit wasnt functioning properly, he made recommendations to get the unit in top shape for the summer. Previous techs used pressure techniques to get you to purchase expenses parts by telling you your AC could fail in the hottest part of the summer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Parks for your cooling system maintenance.

    My AC gave way on the hottest day of the year so far ( of course ) and I called Parks to see what could be done. The technician came on time, did a thorough inspection and showed me pictures and videos showing the state of my HVAC system and ductwork (not great but expected given that my house was built in the 1980s).He was honest and told me that based on the age of my unit, it was likely to go out in a year; and that all of what I paid to get cold air work again would be lost. I later learned from their AC salesman that in doing this he lost the commission he would have normally earned. Honesty…✅. Integrity…✅The AC salesman told it to me straight ( which I appreciated ) and backed up his recommendations with tons of photos and videos he took in my attic and crawl space ( not easy to get to ). He patiently answered all my questions about the unit, potentially setting up a dual zone, features of the thermostat, financing, etc. I ended up pulling the trigger on a new unit (and ductwork); and although my wallet is smarting, the experience was as pleasant as it could have been. Couldn’t recommend Parks highly enough.

    Parks went above and beyond to make what we wanted for our new, very old house happen. We wanted to convert our upstairs to HVAC instead of baseboard heat and window AC units, to replace our HVAC system on the 1st floor, and to convert the old oil furnace heat to forced air heat. It was a large project, that also included a lot of electrical work, and they got it done in just a few days. There were a few adjustments that needed to be addressed after the project was completed, and they came out promptly to address. We are extremely happy with service, installation, and having HVAC through our entire home.

    After receiving time after time, terrible work from companys who promise ethical service, I became reluctant to hire a company to fix my electrical problem. I took a chance and hired Parks Heating Cooling and to my surprise, I was pleasantly surprised by their outstanding performance. Not only did they keep me updated through text and phone calls about our appointments, they also showed up on time. Wilbert Escobar was an outstanding electrician who not only fixed our problem but was so professional and patient with our needs. He showed up on a timely manner and even contacted Duke, our power company, on our behalf to ease our overwhelming feelings after they gave us the run aroundabout turning our power back on . He also gave me his number and responded to me in a timely manner because Duke was so unresponsive. This wss so reassuring because I was becoming frustrated with our power being off as long as it was. But what I truly appreciated the most was after our long and drawn out situation with Duke, Wilbert came back at night just to follow up, and make sure our system was running because Duke was being so unresponsive. Because Duke didnt have a timeline on when exactly they could fix the problemMe and my kids waited in the car for hours to charge up our devices. He reached out to Duke again that evening, and followed up with his boss to reassure use that he did everything correct. He even check our unit again to make sure Parks wasnt at fault for our power still being off. I truly appreciate how Wilbert did and outstanding job, finished the work and even came back after hours when we were still having problems with our power company. He could of just blew me off or not responded or just came back the next day. So it was so refreshing to have this company stand by there work and put the customer first.     We were in a bind with our HVAC breaking down unexpectedly. We had six (6) companies come out to assess the issues with four (4) of the companies accusing the very first company of intentionally tampering with our HVAC two (2) months prior when they initially came out to service our HVAC. When Parks Heating & Cooling came to assess the HVAC, being the sixth (6th) company that came out, they handled the matter very professionally and explored all possibilities of what could have caused the long cut along the bottom of our system as well as the two (2) puncture holes above the slit. Parks acknowledged the tough situation we were in and was willing to work with us to figure out the best solution forward.We felt quite comfortable with the sales representative, Marquis Gilmore, who was very patient and personable. He had excellent people skills and was very professional in handling the matter. Parks Heating & Cooling was also the only company of the six (6) we contacted who did a more well-rounded inspection and also identified further issues with our ductwork that no one else pointed out to us. AND, IMHO, it wasnt done in a way to convince us to buy more from them, they approached it in an educational-manner wherein they said wed be ok if we chose not to replace it right away but it was something for us to be aware of in the future.We ended up also replacing the ductwork and putting in two (2) systems for efficiency; one (1) for upstairs + one (1) for downstairs. ALL of the work was completed within two (2) days; it was a pretty big job and an entire fleet of the Parks team showed up to get the job done. Every single one of the crew members was incredibly friendly and you could tell they really busted their bums to get the job done as efficiently and quickly as possible to get us back up and running.The one thing that was not done correctly was the spray foam they used to seal the unit from the outside, which was not fire resistant (I think thats what the inspector said, but I could be mis-recalling what was pointed out). The inspector did catch it after the install and Parks apologized for the mistake and sent a crew member out to resolve the mistake immediately. It passed inspection shortly after. While the mistake may be cause for concern, I dont blame the team as no one is perfect and I wouldnt want to nose-dive the overall experience because of this. I only point this out for the Parks team to be reminded of this + to be transparent and honest in my review.With the above aside, I want to thank the entire Parks team for doing a great job overall and I wish I remembered all the names of the people who were involved because each of them deserve a 5-star-rating. Thanks to Marquis Gilmore, Wilbert Vasquez, Victor Lopez, Brian (I think?), Ashley, and the owner for all your help (+the rest of the team)! Id recommend Parks for your next HVAC project or repair.

    Thank you for sending RJ Fernland to tighten the toilet tank that was installed by Matt on August 30th, 2022 at my home. Matt noted upon completion of installing the toilet, tanks with that model # had a loose tank due, to the number of screws (2) that are supplied to install them. He noted it was normal for the tank to be loose on those models. When he finished installing the toilet the tank (upper part) could be separated from the bottom part of the toilet; allowing water to leak out.After further investigation of the situation, I noted this was unsatisfactory work. Therefore; I contacted the company and requested an emergency 🆘 visit from Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumming & Electrical Inc. to correct the problem. I received a visit within hours of submitting my complaint from RJ Fernland; who is extremely knowledgeable and a master of his craft! He throughly investigated the situation and make sure the toilet was installed according to the manufacturer’s specification.I would recommend this company due to their responsiveness of correcting a problem.

    Parks Heating Cooling are amazing to work with. They are very professional and responsive to customer needs. The plumber, Troy Smith and electrician, Shannon Moree, both visited my home this month for routine checks and were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They were great at explaining everything they checked for, what they found, and what they recommended. Both came across as genuine/honest about recommendations and provided pictures/videos to support what they discussed with me. I highly recommend them and the company as a whole.

    Parks is my go to HVAC as of 2022 when they replaced my central AC system, and the professionalism at the office level was bar none. The service technicians were intelligent, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the process. This made it a no brainer to go back to where I received great service. The plumbing issues that arose recently was diagnosed and properly repaired in a timely manner.     Called for plumbing service (leaking faucet and bad expansion tank). Our Technician Troy arrived on time and performed the service very quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend Troy as he was professional and very knowledgable. He also performed a quick inspection of our home to determine any other problem areas. He was able to work with us on pricing as well. New parts were installed and he threw in 2 valve replacements at no charge. 5 out of 5!

    The electrician Casey was able to diagnose 3 separate issues while he was here. He was able to determine that we had a faulty underground connection from our transformer to our garage and we were able to get Union Power out here quickly. He was technically sound and a really great guy, very personable and genuine. The cost was very reasonable and it was stuff that I did not feel comfortable doing myself. Very happy with the service, we will use Parks without any hesitation in the future.

    Brian inspected our furnace and was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and provided a detailed report afterwards.We also had plumbing work completed by Vitalie, who was also very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. The price to install a basic garbage disposal seemed a bit high, so definitely recommend calling ahead for a quote before scheduling. I needed work completed quickly and scheduled my appointment online because it was after hours, and was not able to get a quote before my next day appointment.

    I replaced my 10 year old HVAC this past weekend on 2/10/2024. Parks did a great job in terms of overall service. My HVAC (Carrier) that was 10 year old had to be replaced with a new one and I received quotes from a few companies. There were two that I really liked - Parks and Travis Crawford. And I decided to go with Parks finally and got Lennox system installed. The specialist Pax was very professional, patient and explained the details very thoroughly. The pricing options and negotiations process was a bit painful though. Another sales expert or a manager was brought into the discussion (over the phone) whom I felt was rude and openly expressing frustrations and questioning me about why I am choosing a specific price point etc. I was almost ready to stop the discussion and walk away from deal if not for Pax who professionally handled, reviewed and worked through some options with me. After accepting and signing the offer, the installation was completed the next day. The two installation technicians were very professional and courteous. They put drop clothes to protect the floors and was removed all debris after the install. They also explained the new system and did a walkthrough of the controls. Great job! So overall I am happy with the install. Choosing 4 stars instead of 5 as I feel they have an opportunity to improve their customer interaction and handling during the pricing and negotiation process.
