    Overall great experience. When I called to make the urgent appointment they told me exactly what to expect. They arrived within an hourā€¦.just as they said. They reviewed our problem and gave us a guote before starting the job. I had googled what to expect for our cost and they were right within the range. Ray was our technician. He was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly to me. He went above and boyond to help try to diagnose a water pressure issue we were having. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing services!!

And while I wish to never need to call Roto-Rooter again, Ill ask for Van if that occurs ;-)

    While I did not expect immediate service on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and professionalism of Roto rooter, and specifically Stan. Stan was extremely prompt, incredibly professional, and suffered through all of my questions with some being on the specific call and others being general plumbing questions.     Roto Rooter was the only company that could give me a time with a window of when they would be here and I had water running that I couldnā€™t stop. The other companies I called that claimed to be 24/7 either didnā€™t have someone they could send at all or they put me on stand by which meant I would be seen that day but they couldnā€™t tell me when. The guy from Roto Rooter that came got here within 26 minutes of my window and he was very very patient with me asking tons of questions and talking me through why he was doing certain things.     I am very impressed with the service. Jeff Ramos showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He not only repaired and reconfigured the pipes that were leaking, he also tightened the hot water lead and went above and beyond when installing a new kitchen faucet. The old faucet had rusted bolts so he had to call someone in with a grinder to pull it out. He stayed until the job was done. Incredible dedication and professionalism. I have some other plumbing jobs coming up and will definitely be calling Roto Rooter again. I highly recommend them!

    I called at 6am on Sunday no emergency but Stan was at the door within 2 hours, with no extra charge for the weekend visit. Stan was great. Very polite and patient and educating. We tried to replicate the issue of gurgling toilet and when we couldnā€™t after a few tries, he gave us the steps we could try before moving to the more drastic and expensive options. If we do have to call back, Iā€™ll definitely request him again and Iā€™ll be prepared because I know whatā€™s happening in the drains.

    Great service! We had sewage backing up into our main floor shower drain and called Roto-Rooter at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. They were there within an hour, and Van, our service technician, was GREAT! He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff! He came in, assessed the situation, did a little troubleshooting and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved immediately, and has not happened again. The fact that they dont charge extra for evenings or weekends -- and theres no trip charge -- is the icing on the cake. Great service and great experience!

    Called Roto-Rooter in the morning, and the technicians (Dalton and a coworker - sorry I did not get his name) came same day in the afternoon. I had low water pressure in the whole house. They went around the house and inside the crawl space to locate the pressure regulator, and turned out it was buried in the sod with lawn grasses grown on top. They were able to locate it pretty quickly, and adjusted it so my water pressure became normal. They also explained to me the plumbing fixtures around the house. Very professional and friendly. One of the best service experiences I ever had (compared to not only plumbing, but all types of services). Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

    Roto-Rooter sent Stan to my house to clean out and scope my main drain line from the house to the street. It had not been touched in 21 years since the house was built. He understood what I was trying to do and went right to work. When he cleaned out the pipe he found a few things but nothing major.     The pipes in my house are very old. When the garbage disposal and sink were backing up I called them to make sure it was a drain issue and not a whole house issue. They came out very next day identified the problem and said it would be a simple drain line cleaning and treatment. They actually went an extra step to help with fixing the line from the garbage disposal to the main line so it donā€™t back up into the other side of the sink. They were in and out and it didnā€™t take all day and I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was due to the 24 hour turn around time. I highly recommend and will no longer fear the big name plumbers with the fancy trucks because I didnā€™t need a loan to fix my kitchen sink.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the dispatcher very much overestimated the speed of the response and told us 1 hour when it took 3. I think that there was an employee out and a mechanical issue on another vehicle so the tech who came was carrying all the load. The dispatcher should have had a better idea of resource availability. However, we had the problem at an inconvenient time and are grateful that anyone could show up at almost any time frame.

    I had a back up main drain line on a Saturday morning. I called in to RR at 845 and a technician was onsite (Stan) by 11:45. Stan was very professional and unclogged the drain line very quickly. He also recommended a drain line maintenance treatment once a month that he had on his truck for purchase and he suggested other preventative maintenance measures I should take. RR was the only company who I contacted that would come out on the weekend. I would 100 precent recommend them to anyone.

He ran a camera in our line, explained he wasnt able to get visibly all the way down, explained diagnostic options and was honest and upfront about potential additional costs if they retain into certain things and committed to same day work. That included pumping out the basins and hauling out 3 huge tubs of soap bubble filled waste water, a ground up plastic spoon and who knows what else. I had really made a mess. I thought Dawn would cut the grease from the hamburger meat that stopped it up. Dont try that. Call Roto-Rooter! Ask for Sai! You wont regret it!!

    It can be pretty stressful when youre having a plumbing emergency. Everyone we dealt with at Roto-Rooter, from the person who took the call to the service technician that showed up, was extremely professional yet very compassionate and kind at the same time.     We discovered sewage backing up into the house and called Roto-Rooter right away. Van arrived in a timely manner and got straight to problem solving. Tyler came out to run a camera through our sewer line and showed me the tree root causing the problem. Meanwhile Justin was inside evaluating the water damage for our homeowners claim. It was cold and snowy, but Tyler, Van and Zo dug up the broken sewer line and replaced it that same day.     Unfortunately I had to have Roto Rooter out again for a different leak. The leak started in my upstairs master bathroom and ended up in our attic down to the garage. The garage ceiling was about to fall in when I noticed it. These guys worked so hard to get to the leak. I really appreciate all the hard work they put in.
