Matt did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Before the replacement, he went through the options: repairing the old gas water heater or replacing with a new electric water heater. The estimate was given late on a Friday and he was at our house early Monday morning to do the replacement. Matt also coordinated with Chad Price Electric, who was needed for the job. He and the electrician were on time and the estimate was the final cost. We had hot water by noon. After the job was completed, Matt sent several text messages to make sure we were satisfied.Highly recommend.

I found Master Tech Plumbing on a local Facebook group, and I saw nothing but stellar reviews. I submitted an inquiry on their website on Wednesday night around 7PM after noticing water leaking from my water heater. Matt texted me asking he could call me after his dinner, and we spoke that night.While on the phone with Matt he had me send pictures of the old tank, and he was able to put together an accurate quote that night.36 hours later, Matt and his employee were at my door ready to work. While he was assessing the job, he immediately noticed that the water pressure regulator was extremely loose. He tightened the regulator and my wife and I are shocked that we were living with the low pressure we had before.So thankful for stellar service that went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend

Kitchen sink drains were leaking, called that morning, they came out that afternoon. Quickly identified the leaks & resolution to fix issue, gave a reasonable quote to repair issue. Had issue resolved in less than two hours. The two technicians were very courteous & professional, they were very mindful in wiping their shoes off on door mat as they came in & out from their truck, it had been raining. In reviewing their work under the sink, all work was done in a professional manner. They left no mess. Great job!

We’ve called several different plumbers for various issues over the past year. Master Tech has by far been the most responsive, quickest service. When we initially called we were able to set up an appointment for the next day for a non emergency repair. The technician was friendly and communicated when he was on his way. The final repairs were just completed today but so far, I’m very pleased. I highly recommend them.

We called Master Tech on Wednesday with an immediate need to replace a leaking water heater at our daughters new condo. They were out there the next day and took care of the water heater and a handful of other items that needed to be fixed. We were traveling so the tech kept us updated throughout each repair with pictures. In this market its hard to get someone to call you back let alone take care of your issue within 24 hours AND not charge an arm and a leg. We highly recommend and thank them so much!

I called with what I thought was a leaky valve issue. Matt came out within an hour. The problem was a crack in the pipe inside the wall. He was able to repair it. Master Tech came out for a bad valve from street to house for water. While fixing our 20 yr old valve they looked at water heater and said it didn’t meet code. Parts were sitting in corner, never put on by Rock Hill company. It need work not done at install 2 yrs ago.Carbon dioxide from gas heater was going into our garage; not good. Gas line had 3 splices in line which there should be none. More parts put in up side down…I asked about water softener? Matt showed us a Filter for much less cost. Tested water we could see differences in color and taste. Matt fix my water heat; put in water filter that’s giving us great clean water. Excellent work on time, price right. 5 stars.

Very impressed and pleased with the service I received from the folks at Master Tech. I had a water main supply line rupture, they came out and set up a temporary water line until they could dig up the old line and install a new main. They even adjusted the cost down when the job did not require as many hours as was originally estimated. Since the first repair job, Ive had Master Tech out two more times for other problems which they promptly took care of for me.

Matt came less than an hour of me calling at 8pm. Diagnosed my shower drain was leaking due to workmanship of the builder of the house making a bigger hole than drain size. Even though he couldnt fix the drain as other things need to be done to get it fixed. He explained what my next steps should be and helped give a few references for what needs to be done.

Do not look any further for your plumbing needs. From the first phone call to the final inspection by the county, Matt was professional, courteous, and transparent. He and his team of professionals are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. The county inspector was also impressed with the job done replacing our tankless water heater gas supply line that was not within code, as well as bringing in a licensed electrician to repair the 220v wire and replace it with the appropriate 110v outlet. He fixed someone elses mess that was potentially harmful to my family and we are grateful to have met Matt and his team!

Mike and his crew the past 3yrs has installed a new toilette, added a water pipe to the back of our house, and last week put in a water purifier system in.The response time is quick and sometimes on the same day.Our water smelled like it was full of mold and bacteria. You couldnt drink it. I was always afraid to use my dishwasher and cook with it. The waster made my skin dry and itchy. Actually came to the house twice to fix the leak. He was persistent, and actually came the second time after emergency dental surgery.
