    These guys are honestly the best by far! I used their online messaging system and they called me promptly the next morning. Two gentlemen showed up to see what was going on and were up front and honest with their findings. They took the care to get the job done right and are very affordable. Plan to use them for any/all plumbing needs in the future.

    Brandon & Nick and their team have been phenomenal to work with the last couple years. Their team is always responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. They just installed a new sump pump for me today and I could not be happier with the entire experience! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

    DuoPro is great! I was in a pinch when my water heater was leaking and couldn’t schedule my regular plumber. I called around but nobody was able to give me a confident answer in what they would have to do to fix without charging me to come out. Brandon asked me to text a few pictures, knew exactly what the problem was immediately, looked up my hot water heater tank’s serial number and found it was still under warranty. He then was able to get someone out with the new warranty replacement tank and have it installed the same day. Everything was back to normal in record timing thanks to Brandon and his crew. Reach out to DuoPro Plumbing the next time you need a plumber!

    Brandon and Nick came out to look at some things I was concerned about. I got a quote within hours and set up an appointment a few days later.Two other workers came out, I got my hot water flushed and new pipes for the water to my refrigerator. They were fast and efficient. I did have an issue with my faucet pressure but someone came back out within an hour to fix it (only due to turning my water completely off). Customer service is great! Pricing is reasonable and affordable, I would highly recommend DuoPro for any plumbing needs.

    We had already started work with a separate plumber on our property. We had some questions about the work being performed and were looking for a second opinion. After explaining the situation they were very open and honest about their perspective, stating the service and price I was receiving was fair. I cant speak to the physical work they perform but really appreciated their timely communication and honesty, both of which are very hard to find these days.

    This company recently replaced the water main for an older house I had just purchased and I highly recommend them. They were professional, polite and absolutely knew what they were doing.     They were in and out in under an hour. Very fast at figuring out the problem with the back up in my basement. Very reliable and effective work. Triple checked that they cleared the backup before finishing the job! They even cleaned up around the drain where it had backed up! 100% will be using them again!

    Wonderful experience I had with Duopro Plumbing. My toilet backed up, called the company and made an appt for that day. Gehrig arrived at appt time and was very polite and professional. He provided me with an estimate, went straight to work and within minutes had my water flowing again. I will definitely be using this company again!!     DuoPro has been SOOO helpful with all of our plumbing issues and there were a LOT. We had a ton of issues all of a sudden come up that required us to replace our basement piping, unclog the main sewer line and then replace our main sewer line. The basement pipes were leaking everywhere and Brandon the owner helped with the issue AND called a water remediation service to help remove the water on a Friday evening! Before we got the sewer line replace, We had 3 other plumbers take a look as well to get a few quotes- but we went with DuoPro.Nick has been super professional and helpful through the whole process. He was always available and addressed all of my questions and concerns every week I called. They are great, honest guys and I’d call them with any plumbing issue in the future. Thanks so much for being a trustworthy, professional, and awesome company!

    We had Duopro out to fix some gas leaks in a house we had just moved into. Not only did they fix the leaks, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They spent multiple hours on the phone with the city to get an inspection set up and even more hours on the phone with the gas company getting some kinks worked out so we could get our gas turned back on. They were even kind enough to have someone give us some electric space heaters in the meantime since it was below freezing at night during this time period. I highly recommend these guys! Super professional and friendly and they get the job done right!

    After almost 10 years of listening to the wife complain of having to drag heavy water hoses all around the house and yard to water all her (numerous) plants and gardens, I finally gave in and asked for help. Having a narrow crawl space (which I cannot go under) It was recommended I contact Brandon of DuoPro Plumbing to see what it would take to have a outdoor hose bib installed on the north side of our house.Brandon came out and made the perilous trip under my house, took measurements and gave me a bid that fortunately I could afford and agree to. Within a day or two there was a man named Ross at the door to do the work and might I say, He was pleasant and answered my questions and explained what he would be doing and even took pictures of the work completed.     Gherig and his crew arrived onsite ready to work. While this was OK in this instance, I would have preferred an appointment be made first. There were a few unanticipated challenges, but Gherig overcame them before the job was complete.Brandon (business end of the company), came onsite to see how the job was proceeding. In working through the challenges, I felt that Brandon and the others were very respectful to me and showed great patience while attempting to treat me fairly. At the end of the day, I feel I can recommend them to others!

    As a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues I had a backup happen on a Friday morning. I called Brandon at Duopro and he squeezed me in and had a technician out here with in a couple of hours. Fred was the technician that came to the house and he did an amazing job! He was not only efficient, but his personality made the whole situation easy and lighthearted. He was also able to make me laugh at this situation, while also being determined to get the clog cleared. I would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs.

    My grandmother had some problems with her sink getting clogged. I gave her the number for Duopro plumbing and we couldnt be happier with the results.     I don’t even know how to express my gratitude to this company . We had only been in our house one week when we came home from celebrating our new house . And walked downstairs to a river that was a huge huge mess . Let’s just say imaging what backed up sewer looks like times 5 . Yeah that gross . I called this company and they were here bright and early Saturday morning . And showed me what real customer service looks like . They’ve been back two more times to continue us taking care of what was obviously a pre existing condition . As they went down 100 feet with the snake pulling out tree branches ,limbs and other nasty stuff . And sadly we don’t have any remorse against the sellers to cover our cost of the money we have put out so far . All I can say is thank you thank you to this wonderful company . If you have any plumbing issues they are truly your guys to call. Hands down :)
