RAVE RAVE RAVE!!!!!We bought a new house here in Imperial and everyone knows how hard and crappy the water is.I wanted Softwater and drinking water installed and the quotes were from 7k to 10k.Those quotes were through sales people from places like Home Depot and Costco.Called “The Water Heater & Water Softener Pros” and spoke to the owner Greg last week, his prices were almost scary low compared to the big places.He explained that was his business in the past and the commissions were huge.We scheduled an appointment for yesterday.They showed up and installed the water softener and the drinking water station on the sink.Greg has been at this a long time and recently opened up the new company.Long story short, Softwater and drinking are way more affordable than using the big stores.

Great prices with clear and consise communication. Needed a water heater fixed right at the worst time when the weather started to get cold. They were very quick at answering and getting an estimate. Everything went very smooth. Definitely recommended. Easy to pay for service with online invoice too.

Rheem tankless water heater was displaying error codes and turning off intermittently. Called for service, they showed up same day exactly when they said they would. Service repair man actually checked for warranty coverage on his own without being asked to, which speaks to the companies integrity. Service tech diagnosed the issue, corrected it, cycled the unit several times to confirm the fix, and showed me what to keep an eye on in the future. The company charged me a more than fair price, I couldnt be happier. It really is nice to see honest businesss being ran responsibly here in the valley.

More impressive is he can navigate warranties, manufacturer part numbers, and home warranty policies. Thanks Hot Water Heaters Now and I hope I dont have to call for another 15 years!
