Thank you to gravity drain for helping me out with what turned out to be a more serious problem with my DIY project. Tried to put in a new faucet and drain in my bathroom sink. I ended up with breaking old pipes and found out i had other possible issues that had not happened yet. Thanks to my service guy Chris, he took care of all issues and was very professional about the whole process. Thanks to gravity for being a very great company to have do service on all your plumbing issues

Called them out to replace a broken/improperly installed toilet flange. They arrived 5 minutes early, took care of it quickly even with having to chip out the old one, and replaced it with a better quality flange without me even having to request it. Will definitely call them again in the future.

Ive used Gravity Drain Services Twice in the last two weeks (for different reasons) I would use him a MILLION times!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company who needs any work done. Despite having a busy schedule he fit me in twice because I am in the inspection process of my house. Amazingly so, his rates are absolutely affordable! He is super kind and remembered my husband and daughter by name. I could not say more nice things about this company!

Found a pipe leaking in our basement Saturday. Gravity Drain Services was the only company that answered our call (even though there were others that stated 24/7). Lethon told us what to do to stop the leak Saturday and then set up a service call for Monday. Jeff and Sam were the two technicians that came to our home. Both were very polite, professional and efficient. They answered all our questions, completed the project in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. We now know who we can call when we have a plumbing issue or project. Thanks for handling this issue for us, we certainly appreciate your help.

Lethon was amazing. He saved us a LOT of money too! After another rooter company failed to clear our backed up sewer line and recommended a $5K fix, I called Lethon on a friends recommendation for a second opinion. Not only did he quickly clear the line, but he also found a clean-out in our yard that we never even knew existed!!! In the past, we had always had rooter companies run a 2-inch cutter through our basement stack. Now, thanks to Gravity Drain Services, we can run a bigger cutter through our outside clean-out. I cant say enough good about this fine man and his Company. I will always return to Gravity Drain in the future!!! He was fair, honest, skilled, and very helpful.

Our washing machine drain pipe backed up over the weekend. We were looking for an appt on Monday. This was the only business that actually called us back on the weekend to set up an appt. The technician(Seth) arrived on time, wore a mask, was very professional and nice. He was efficient and quickly remedied our clog. Priced was reasonable/competitive. Very happy with our experience.

I called Gravity Drain Services, at 9:15am by 11:00am, Seth had called, came over and fixed the draining issues, He was very professional, quick friendly and informative on ways to prevent this from happening in the future as well. If any future plumbing issues arise, they will be the first call.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! We had repeated issues with a backup from the kitchen line in our basement, which impacted our ability to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. Other companies tried and failed to resolve the issue, but Jeff at Gravity Drains came up with a solution that was cost effective and actually worked!! From start to finish, the process and communication with Jeff and Lethon was great!!

Had a stopped up kitchen sink, requested a quote and within minutes Lethon had responded. He gave me a very fair quote, and then provided me with excellent service. He quickly diagnosed where the clog was, and then cleared it. He did a fantastic job cleaning up after he was finished as well. All in all, I was extremely happy with the professionalism that Lethon showed, today he was a life saver, and I would call him again in a heart beat if I needed any more service.

I was extremely happy with my service from Gravity I had dealt with 2 different plumbing companies coming out and both of them tried to get me to pay an arm and a leg for a bunch of different work which for the longest time I believed the 2 companies. I called Gravity out and they were able to quickly tell what the issue was which wasnt the issue the other 2 told me and they were able to get my kitchen sink running. I feel like there isnt many trust worthy plumbing companies out there but im glad to know that i can count on Gravity. Im finally able to have home cooked meals and clean plates and silverware again Im so happy with there service and Ill definitely be going with Gravity for any future issues

Lethon is a very nice guy and explained how we could prevent future problems and fixed the drain. Gravity Drain Services is the first call next time we have an issue. Met the Owner, Mr. Bayne. He answered my call for services and was here in twenty minutes. When I explained that I had a clog in my sikitchen sink drain he immediately diagnosed the problem and went to the basement to work on the pipe that leads up to the sink. It took maybe about 45mins to clear the drain. He was very professional cleaning up what was only some water that got on the floor. We highly recommend Gravity Drain Services. Will call them from now on.

Had a terrible smell coming from upstairs bathroom and needed to see if my vent stack was clogged. The vent stack was located on the roof of my 2 story house. I probably called 15 different companies and nobody would get on my 2 story roof. I called Gravity Drain on Friday and they said they would do the job and could come on Monday. The 2 technician arrived on time with an advance notice by text on their way. They both got on my 2 story roof and went to work inspecting my vent stack. It was very evident that they were very proficient in their job and wanted to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and correctly. As a first time customer I was very happy with the service I received from Lethon (owner) and Levi. I had an excellent experience with Gravity Drain and will definitely use this company again and highly recommend to family and friend.

My laundry room drain began to back up so we called our normal plumber, he came out and after 30 minutes of doing whatever he informed me my drain was busted or broke. Broke? This is going to cost me? I decided to call some one for a secound opinion. I called Gravity Drain Services LLC . Busy schedual? need not worry he came the day i called to look at the problem and schedual the services for a later day.. We first thought it would be a 2,000 to 2,500 to fix it but after realizing where the clog was he managed to only charge us $225 for fixing it. We have never been more happy. Lethon and his crew came and was unsure if was i was home because i told him i would be there a tad later so seeing a car at my home and my door open he texted me askingn who was at my house. I thought that was very thoughtful for him a stranger to us is thinking of intruders and texting me. My overall experience with this Company was spectacular! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future Services.
