The delivery team was unable to cap the line and had to take the dishwasher back. I urgently needed a plumber to cap the line so the dishwasher could be reinstalled. It was recommended that I use a local plumbing service. They dispatched Donovan within an hour or two. He was highly knowledgeable and quickly capped the line, enabling the dishwasher to be reinstalled the same afternoon.     These guys are fantastic! Theyve carried out several plumbing tasks on our vintage home (1939), all with great success. Weve recently needed five different plumbing services (toilet replacement, water heater replacement, faucet replacement, pipe repair for the washing machine, and external sewer vent repair). Jacob and Donovan were both super easy to schedule with, always arrived on time, and executed the tasks we needed in a professional and fitting manner.     Had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service. I was dealing with a couple of different plumbing problems. Jacob took care of an incorrectly sized sump pump discharge line, removing it and fitting the right one in its place. He also took out a toilet and sink, installing new valves, which allowed me to carry out my renovation plans, including painting and laying a new floor. Once I was done with the renovation, Jacob was back to install a new toilet and faucet. Meanwhile, Donovan handled an outdoor, underground sump pump discharge line that had become fully blocked due to silt accumulation.     Jacob found time to swing by and assess our toilet that was leaking into our crawlspace. he promptly identified the problem, explaining the situation and the necessary remedy. once i approved the solution, jacob quickly fetched parts from his truck and had the toilet reinstalled and functioning in no time. my spouse and i were particularly impressed by his meticulous workmanship, especially his use of caulk around the toilet base - a detail other plumbers have previously overlooked for us. his rates were very reasonable too! we will certainly be reaching out to this plumbing service again in the future!

    Jacob, donovan and their team were stellar to collaborate with! Their professionalism and politeness were commendable, and they went above and beyond for us over a fortnight to assist us in every possible way. They managed to ease the distress of our main drain pipe collapsing just shortly after moving into our new home. jacob was frank and truthful, providing us with priceless guidance and recommendations.     Tomer C Plumbing is fantastic! We were facing an unusually high gas bill and an inspector suggested we might have a slab leak. So, I began my search for a plumber and Jacob got in touch with me, arranging a meeting for the following day. Jacob and Donovan arrived within the scheduled time slot and quickly established within 5 minutes that we didnt have a slab leak. Jacob was excellent at presenting his findings and explained everything in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. They also took the time to inspect our water heater and heating unit to ensure there was no gas leak. Their honesty was refreshing, avoiding any unnecessary testing or work.
