I have had the softener before years ago in Nevada and wanted that same feeling in Indio CA. I was referred to Social Water Solutions from Loews. Norma, the owner, was our sales person. She is a totally genuine person, tested the water, gave use many options and ste up the installation. She is so personable and knows her business. Her installers were great. They arrived on time, were organized, clean and taught me all about using my new system. I love the way my skin feels now, the taste of the water is better yhan bottles. Plus my plumbing has a better life expectancy. I would recommend them to everyone.The pictures are after I I put everything up.

It started with sweet Vickie at the Lowes store. She explained what SoCalLLC Solutions had to offer and gave me a brochure to take with.Norma, followed up with a phone call and home visit. She tested my water and educated me on all the products they had and what they could do for me. I want the soft water for my home , as I know what a difference that makes on my appliances and my cleanliness. But settled for clean drinking water to begin with. No more lugging those heavy water jugs for me!Shortly after I requested the reverse osmosis system the crew arrived to install it. I was very impressed! They were efficient and explained everything to me. They even showed me where my water shut off valve for the home is! And left the things under my sink, cleaner and better organized, than before they came. Such gentleman!Overall, I am extremely pleased with the product and the service was impeccable. My wife and I recently moved into our home in Imperial, and noticed how hard the water is in this City. The damage the water had caused to the pluming in our new home was very noticeable, so we decided to reach out to SOCAL Water Solutions. We ended up getting a water softener system alongside a water osmosis system for drinkable water, and the difference of water quality is night and day! I have been suffering from eczema for all my life and moving from El Centro to Imperial had only made it worse, but since we got the water softener installed, I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin!

I can’t give enough accolades for the service and support Sales rep Norma and her installation team provided for Hague water max and reverse osmosis systems. Norma came to my home and quickly provided options. She noticed a neighbor had the same system, and she immediately identified a problem that a previous installer had failed to correct on his system. She immediately corrected the problem and my neighbor is very pleased. The installation of my system went smoothly and I am enjoying much softer and better tasting water.

I made the first available appointment for (1 week from time of call) annual maintenance. Approximately 30 minutes after making the appointment I received a call asking if the technician could come immediately due to a canceled appointment. I agreed and am glad I did.My service technician was Jacob. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism, service, attention to detail, and quality of work. This has been the best service experience I have ever experienced. Jacob was awesome.The speed, price, and quality of service is top notch. I am very surprised at the level of service I received from a local company here in the valley. Too many times am I disappointed with our local service. Trust me, So Cal Water Solutions provides fast, reliable, and friendly service for the products they sell and service. Just had our water softener and RO system installed this week and I already love it! Definitely an awesome change--the water feels amazing and as far as the drinking water it tastes great and saves us money on buying bottled water every week! Our experience right from the start with Maria was extremely pleasant, she was so polite and even made conversation with my almost 4 year old :) Once the time came to install it, there was a minor issue with the location of our main water line, but they were able to get approval to do a modification for customer satisfaction. The installers were very cordial and answered all my questions! And Norma is quick to answer texts or calls to assist in any way! I look forward to experiencing the difference using this system makes overall and receiving GREAT customer service along with it!

I have had their system for months now and I am very satisfied with the product. We have stopped buying bottled water because everyone enjoys the taste of the drinking water. The soft water has reduced cleaning frequency on glass showers (no more CLR) and has reduced our families use of most soaps (laundry, shampoo). Even washing the cars has been helped by the system. The installation job was outstanding. The attention to detail on all aspects was much appreciated. Norma and the Hague team hit a home run with our family. We look forward to many, many years of enjoying our system and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their water situation

I am completely in love with my Hague water systems, both water softener and RO drinking system. To anyone looking into purchasing a water system PLEASE meet with Norma. Hague offers an amazing warranty and the quality of water is simply the best, not only for our bodies but the house as well. This is by far the best investment I have made into my house. Not only does Norma offer the best customer service but it is equally matched with a team of curtious and professional staff members that came into my new home to install both systems. Great care and detail was put into the installation to ensure no property was damaged and everything was placed so discreetly you cannot see any pipes or wire, super solid and clean looking. The entire team and product are simply outstanding. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I started researching water filtration systems last year and I have found SoCal Water Solutions to be all that I could have wanted. Norma Lara Leep the owner of the company was great from start to finish. She was there for the initial (free!) inspection and provided a clear and complete explanation of the issues with my well water. After chemical analysis she designed a system to solve my particular problems. Brianne Recendez, in the front office, was great answering questions I had along the way. And Brian the technician who installed the system was prompt, professional and expert at his work. I went from having water I was not able to brush my teeth with to water that tastes great. I would recommend this company unconditionally!

I dont usually leave reviews but due to my experience with WSIV I felt compelled to share my experience. We have had the reverse osmosis system for years but did not want to commit to the water softer system due to the cost. However, our home is 10 years old and have found myself replacing faucet fixtures and drains due to the hard city water. Since installing the system we have noticed no calcium build up and no more bad smells from our drains. I would recommend this system to anyone considering a water softener. In addition, WSIV customer service is great.

We have had our system for aout 2.5 years and would never go back to bottled water or tank. The water taste great and is very clean. We also received home cleaning supplies with our system. We have not purchased any of these items since we got our system and by the looks of it we will not have to for another year. The service is great, they come out every year without fail to service our unit. In the long run this will save you $$$.

Ive had my water softener and reverse osmosis system for about a year now. I really love how clean a pure my water is. No calcium, magnesium build up or damage on my pipes or fixtures. I dont have to go to the store and buy water. I have equal quality to aquafina or even better due to the reverse osmosis. The best part is the reliability of my system and the yearly customer service, once a year maintenance... Thats all! Haque makes sure I have optimal quality in my household! Was shown a demonstration by your representatives RAY and TERRY SABLAN at my home. He did some water tests and the results blew me away. I had no idea my water had so many pollutants and chemicals.The HAGUE WATER SYSTEM is amazing. The water tastes sooooo good that i drink more water now. The water feels silky smooth while showering that i find excuses to get dirty and take extra showers. I highly recommend this water system.

Jerry and Stephen could not have been better from SoCal Water Solutions. Before we contacted So Cal Water solutions, it was ominous: Ours quit working - so we called several places and got several bids and comments - oh, you need to replace - it will be $8,500K; oh this isnt a good brand, theyre out of business etc. So Cal Water Solutions came out the next day and fixed the broken part - instead of spending $2-8500K - they fixed the part for $260.00. Thank you for your honesty and great customer service!!!
