I cant express how happy we are with the job the Cargan team completed for us. They installed a new paver patio, walkway, fire pit, retaining wall and landscaping steps at our home. The added touch was the installation of infrared heaters on the patio along with landscape lighting along the wall, patio in-lay, and steps. Mike, Carmen and Jackson are true professionals and top-notch experts in their craft. They were extremely meticulous with their process and focused on each detail to truly transform our space. From the planning process to the completion of the project, the Cargan team worked extremely hard and communicated daily to ensure we were up-to-date on the workflow and progress. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike, Carmen and Jackson for any potential outdoor living projects.

Mike, Carmen, and Jackson installed a beautiful new paver patio with lighting that transformed our city backyard, handling limited space and tricky access seamlessly. Their innovative thinking also solved an existing drainage issue while enhancing the overall design. It’s hard to put into words just how good they are – true professionals who are rock-solid reliable, meticulous, thoughtful, and also just genuinely great people. We have been so impressed by the professionalism of Cargan Landsculpting. When I asked for an estimate Mike came out the very next business day and had a quote for me and hourish later. Mike was very communicative about colors and design I wanted for the end of the wall. The work was so meticulous and they took their time making every detail right. They even took the time to replant my shrubbery and ensure we were completely happy with the final product. Everyone who was working at the house was so friendly and even befriended my hard to please dog.

CARGAN made our dreams come true!!! Carmen, Mike, & their crew are the Best!!! They designed a complete back yard, removing 4 terraces,numerous retaining walls, hedges and steps, and that was just the beginning. They also designed a Beautiful patio, walls, flower boxes, 2 sidewalks, & privacy fence. The finishing touches were the lighting in the patio, the walls, the privacy fence,and around the whole back and sides of our home, the steps, grass, trees, plants, and flowers!!! We were looking to add a parking pad to our existing driveway and had several ideas for it that included hardscape or concrete in various spots off the main driveway. Cargan Industries stood out in coming out multiple times to meet with and talk us through the options, giving their insightful perspective while leaving the decision to us. We decided on a different path after the first quote due to some new information provided us and after a second quote, Carmen and crew came out and built us a concrete parking pad connected to the existing driveway, replacing a portion of landscaping (i.e. not flat). It was clear they cared about their craft and did a great job with the details matching the level of landscaping on one side and the garage on the other. They also shared with us the process along the way and answered our questions. Thank you for a job well done!

Mike and his crew worked hard and diligently to transform our driveway and front yard. He made our vision come to life and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike is honest, genuine and also gave great input when we needed it on certain decisions. We recommend Cargan Landsculpting to anyone, without hesitation. Here are some photos of our project - as you can see, we had old steps removed, new steps put in a completely new space, a beautiful new retaining wall to replace our old railroad ties and new lighting installed to go with it all. They showed up on time, went straight to work, kept the job site clean and stayed on the job until it was complete. They not only completed the wall exactly as we wished, but once the work was done did a thorough job of cleaning up. I would recommend Cargan Industries and Carmen very highly.
