    After over a few days of contacting multiple handyman and electricians directly with for whatever reason the job could not be done right away, due to they were booked up , or due to safety concerns with no success.I finally got lucky when I reached out to Electrician Pros office manager Giselle Tuesday who assigned and scheduled me an appointment 9:30-11:30am with Ochoa Electric on Wednesday, and I am very pleased with assistance I received from Ed & Phil who came out , inspected/evaluated what was required to have my old cheap light fan exhaust removed and replaced with my brand new AKDY 30 inch Ducted/Ductless Island Range Hood and quoted me a very reasonable competitive price which I was very happy with, informed me that I had a ducted system that vented to outside of home, and was able have Giselle scheduled the job for the very next day (Thursday).Today Jose and Alvin from Ochoa Electric promptly arrived as promised 9.30am. Both Jose and Alvin were very patient, professional and respectful while providing outstanding customer service going above and beyond ensuring the job was done safely and correctly.They exhibited dedication in every step they took to safely, carefully and meticulously remove the old exhaust fan light which was definitely a safety issue. I am grateful for all their attention to detail, hard work going above and beyond what was requested of them from start to finish of the job even though it was a bit tricky taking til 3:39pm , and eagerly assembled newly purchased range hood, and always keeping the work space organized, neat, and clean.Jose and Alvin are a great team and accommodated all of my requests and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend and use both Electrician Pros and Ochoa Electric services again.

    We had Ochoa identify issue and repair two broken outlets in our home. Miguel and Phil were extremely polite, professional and efficient and didn’t leave until issue was resolved and repaired. We have had them come back several times since, to assist with additional needs. Fast and successful service. Regina schedules and updates you during your service and is delightful to work with.

    We were really satisfied with the service that Ochoa Electric provided. I got a text message about 10 minutes before the appt. saying they were on their way & they arrived on time. We had 4 outlets replaced & 1 had no power which needed to be troubleshooted and replaced. They took their time testing & making sure everything was working fine before they left. The job took less than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend their service to my family & freinds.

    Technician Jose, Victor, Armando did a super great job install our EV charger in our garage today. They worked very hard for 4 hours and even clean up at 7:00pm after finish the job. They are very professional and knowledge. The company charge very reasonable. Definitely will use this company again in future and recommend them to our friends.

    I’ve used Ochoa electric a few times in the past and have always had such a great experience. Miguel and Felipe came out today and installed a new outlet for me. They went above and beyond. They were communicative and asked my opinion on placement before cutting into the wall. They were on time and cleaned up their mess before they left. I will continue to use Ochoa for all my electrical needs and highly recommend them.

    This is a very reliable company. From the nice lady named Regina that took my call to the 2 technicians that fixed my electrical problems, all went well even far from expectations. Regina is very polite over the phone and set an appointment right away. Techs Francisco and Ed are very thorough doing their job and got the problem fixed. I am very satisfied with Ochoa Electrics great customer service and professional way of treating their customers. I recommend them 101%.

    I found Ochoa Electric when I needed an electric panel upgrade and they gave a competitive bid and fit me into their schedule in time for my SDG&E appointment. Other electricians had said it was a difficult installation but Ochoa has a can do attitude. Their crew is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and found creative solutions for obstacles that troubled the other bidders. They even provided input and votes from several crew members to help me make tough decisions like where to position the new light switch or fixture in a complicated room situation.I was so happy with their work that I hired them to rewire my old house! They grounded all the outlets, solved the mysteries of my circuits which caused power outages last winter, added new recessed lighting, and created a map of my circuits and then dedicated one for the kitchen and added a few new ones that I needed for modern appliances. They also sorted out some anomalies, such as the microwave being on the same circuit as the laundry room, and paired it more logically with the stove. Then last week when my water heater exploded, they found time to come on short notice to set up a new circuit for my new electric water heater.What I love the most about this team is that they alert me to problems and ask me before doing anything thats not in the plan. Then theyre willing to troubleshoot problems and find a variety of solutions if I dont like the first idea they offer me, versus so many contractors who just do whatever without even alerting me to an issue and asking my opinion. They show up on time in professional-looking uniforms.I recommend Ochoa Electric wholeheartedly for any electrical situation!

    Edward is a consummate professional who takes pride in his business and who remains accountable for the work completed. Really impressed that he came out himself the very next day to talk us through what can be done with our nuisance tripping of the breakers and how to remedy any safety concerns.Note that we are young veterans in our first home, and we have been the victims of predatory contractors in the recent past, so this was a very refreshing experience. Thank you for being honest and fair! Highly recommend!

    Edward was great! Since Sunday, we lost electricity to half our house. Regina contacted me through yelp and was able to recommend I speak to SDGE first. When SDGE determined it wasn’t the breaker box, we called Ochoa Electric. The owner, Edward came as promised and restored our power asap and was honest and did not charge us excessively. We recommend you to try them out. I think we found our electrician! With prior military background, he was very respectful. Five stars times ten!!!

    I selected Ochoa electric because I liked the owner, Edward Ochoas personal story of how he got into the business. My Moms Dad was also in the U S Navy and he too took training as an electrician. I needed some work done to replace a defective ceiling fan and a GFI outlet which was installed wrong by an OTHER COMPANY. An electrician called Jose was able to respond quicker than we had planned. He was also properly dressed for work, something which too many contractors dont bother with anymore. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left me with some happy tenants. I will definitely keep them in my book for the next time I find myself in need of a professional master electrician.

    All I wanted was a 50 amp line in the garage. I had 2 other bids that wanted to replace the breaker panel. But they said to do it theyd have to replace conduit from the street to the panel and move the panel to a different location. $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 for the job.Ochoa looked at the box and was able to move a breakers around to free up a spot, put in the 50 amp breaker, ran conduit to the garage and bingo got the job done for less than $1,000.00 saving me thousands of dollars. Friendly, expert work. Would refer anytime to anyone.

    Very professional and completed the big rewiring job on schedule and for agreed to estimate. Costs are reasonable for electrical work. Very flexible to incorporating job changes without major impact to completing the job on time and within the agreed to cost. Definitely will use again in the future for electrical work.     Let me first start off by saying I found this company through someone else. They came highly reviewed and I completely agree with them. If there ever was a high bar for service they have surpassed it. They came to my home for a free quote to the service I requested and an addition they offered me alternate solutions at a much lower price. These guys are true professionals. Probably my most favorite thing though is I felt 0 pressure. In todays world where everybody wants to pressure you into the service immediately, these guys must know that customers will call them every time over anyone else.
