We started using Wheeler Electric recently with some home projects because they are the only ones who answer the phone, have electricians available, and show up when they say they will. While that may not sound like a great review, let me tell you about the most recent experience. Carlos from Wheeler Electric came to give us a bid for adding can lights in our kitchen, living room, and basement. While this wasnt a huge job, it didnt matter. Carlos treated my husband and I as if our job was huge. He was so professional we immediately felt confident in the work. Carlos got us on the schedule and told us he would be bringing someone else with him the next week when the started the job. Carlos arrived early on Monday morning and worked all day. He was very aware of the animals in our home and made sure he and his assistant did not allow the cats to slip outside. He made sure to move or cover furniture and cleaned frequently. When setting up the grid for the lights, he noticed something that we hadnt planned for and he made a suggestion that allowed for the room to look aesthetically correct while also allowing the function we wanted. In the basement, Carlos knew he needed to make an access hole we had not planned on but he found a way to make the access hole in an area that would then support a new can light to provide better lighting and again it is aesthetically pleasing. Carlos and his helper worked ALL day, rarely taking breaks, except a very quick lunch break, and did a fantastic job! We will be calling Wheeler Electric again in the future and I hope we get Carlos again!

Kudos to Carlos, Tanner and Caleb! Recently they came to install a fiber-optic cable with a modem in my condominium. These fellows were professional and courteous.I encountered a problem with the system and so I called Wheeler Electric headquarters to have them return to fix it. Caleb was amazing. He worked so hard many hours fixing all the electrical outlets and lights outside.He even brought a new bulb to put in the fixture for me. Installed two controllers for the fireplace, fixed and repaired mini outlets and outside light fixtures I would recommend his work , He was very nice and very professional

Fred was super helpful on the phone - answered all my questions and worked me into the schedule quickly. Technician came out to install additional Ethernet ports in our home - he worked quickly, was polite and professional, offered suggested fixes - but we didn’t feel pressured to buy “extras” that we didn’t think we needed. He was very thorough and did a fabulous job! We couldn’t be happier with his work. We are new to the area - but highly recommend Wheeler Electric!!!

We had been told by another business that we needed to replace our electrical panel. We got a second opinion from Wheeler electric and were delighted to find that our issues did not require a new electrical panel and actually were super easy to fix. Our technician had us fixed within the hour. In addition, the expense was minimal! Would most definitely recommend Wheeler Electric!

Dwyte Miller was excellent in completing the addition of a new 20 amp circuit breaker and a new wire to my kitchen allowing for a new freezer installation. He was personable and professional in his work. I highly recommend him and Wheeler for any electrical jobs.

Not sure who the electrician was who did work to my house but it was great work. My outlets got done, my wiring in the attic got checked and he even made a panel himself for my fuse panel. Good price for the work that was done.

We are in the process of finishing our basement. The Sheetrock crew was coming on Tuesday, November 3rd. We needed a canister light installed in the closet with its own light switch. We also needed a separate light switch installed for the theater room. I had another electrician scheduled, but he never did show up. I called Wheeler, and they sent out Carlos the next day at 8 am. Very happy with the service, and the price. They do not charge a driving fee. We live in Rigby. Thanks so much!

He was so friendly and informative when i called in looking for an electrician for some AC problems. He got me scheduled within 2 days and the only reason I dont give 5 stars is because my landlord went another way about fixing the AC and I didnt need wheeler electric to come out. Great friendly service from what I could tell and sometimes businesses forget thats a big part of satisfaction!
