The sewer line from my house to the town sewer needed to be replaced, and Josh did a fantastic job. He was very communicative and easy to work with, consistently providing updates and photos since I wasnt on the Cape. Josh coordinated with the town and DigSafe to complete the job quickly, which was crucial because I had renters in my house. He quoted me a price, and that was exactly what I paid—no surprises. Typically, getting someone to call you back can be a challenge, but I really appreciated how professional and easy to work with Josh was. I highly recommend him and JMB Septic.

Stevie and Bobby were prompt, polite and did a great job locating and pumping our tank. Additionally they made the suggestion to add a riser to the tank so future maintenance is easier and the sidewalk over the lid is better supported. Would highly recommend.

Four houses on our street joined together to have JMB pump our septic tanks on the same day. The crew, Bobby and Steve, did a great job. They located the covers quickly and even provided some valuable insight about a couple of the systems. Josh, the owner, communicated in a very timely manner, scheduling and coordinating a whole operation.Other companies couldnt come for a month, but JMB came the same week we called. The only issue was caused by the town dump stations that are keeping shorter hours and delaying the septic companies from quickly turning around after emptying their trucks, affects all septic companies.

Highly Recommend!!!We have used Josh for the past 10 years for our septic care and have always been pleased with how he leaves the lawn. Josh and his team recently replaced our distribution box and replumbed/connected a drain to our septic. They did it with less than a weeks notice and completed the job in a professional and tidy manner. We needed to add the second job at a later time and they just adjusted their schedule to get everything done in time for us to list the house. Josh is super polite and very professional to work with. He also had an excellent contact for title 5 inspection to get us rolling.

10+++ is what I would give JMB Septic! I called them for routine service but told Josh I was not sure where the septic cover was because we had a new deck and porch built a few years ago. Within a week of my call, he sent Jared, one of his team members out to locate the cover and Jared painstakingly attempted to find the cover based on where I told him I thought it was. He even went to the trouble of carefully removing a deck board to look for it. In the meantime, Josh got the actual plans from the town and Jared was then able to locate the cover based on that information. A short time later, Josh’s team was out to pump my septic. The whole team was beyond great! Everyone was very nice, very helpful and very informative (Fleischman’s yeast-flush down each toilet once a month and no grease or wipes in your drains or toilets!). The pricing was also reasonable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about JMB Septic and highly recommend them without reservation! Many thanks to Josh and his entire team!

Wow. Cannot recommend Josh enough. I arrived at my house this AM to my tank alarm going off. I called Josh and he called me back right away. Josh was at my house in around an hour. ONE HOUR! I imagine that isn’t always possible, but it was for me today.He walked me around, showed me the map of my system, he checked the inflow/outflow of the tank… explained it all to me … and then we walked out to the pump where he found the problem. The floats had not been able to work properly. He was able to make some minor adjustments and all was working again!He did not try to sell me on anything. He did not try to scam me in any way. He easily could have convinced me I needed a new pump. He could have convinced me I needed it all pumped out right away. Replace the alarm. All kinds of things.He did none of these things! He was honest. Personable. Efficient. Looked me in the eye. Explained everything to me. He was patient. And the price for all of that was more than reasonable!! He was here over an hour!I cannot recommend him more highly.

Our septic backed up on Saturday afternoon (of course it was a weekend day) and EJ and I were desperately calling around for help - everyone was booked up with no trucks available. Then Google led me here to JMB Septic Service - I called and Josh picked up the phone. Not an answering center - Josh picked up the phone. I just about started crying when he said he could send someone down with a truck. If you have never had the experience of having septic water wash into your basement - count yourself as blessed - if you have, you know the sheer panic that washes (no pun intended) over you. It was rainy and windy and awful out, and Stephen arrived. He was/is so friendly and knowledgeable and polite and just awesome - he explained what he was doing every step of the way and we were out there until about about midnight. I want to cry just typing this out. Kindness - it is so appreciated and I am so grateful. We have a bit more to do with the septic to see the whys and the whats - and Josh was quick to recommend another colleague to help us moving forward and again - I am so grateful Google led me to you. I called JMB needing emergency after hours service. (Our regular company couldnt get to us for 3 days, and we couldnt use the water in the house.) Josh was awesome, and tasked Todd with making our service call. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. From 1st phone call to end of service was a little over 2 hrs. Amazing! JMB came out to my house at midnight in January and pumped my septic. The service person was exceptionally efficient and polite. The pricing was very fair. He explained what he was doing each step of the way-he found both covers of the septic and dug them out in order to successfully pump and snake the drain line. The technician directed me to flush the toilet a couple times to ensure all was in working order before leaving. There was an extra fee for after hours service and for snaking the line-which was expected and completely reasonable. They did not make me feel like a knucklehead for getting myself in this quandary by neglecting to address the septic sooner. I am so relieved to have solved this problem before there was a bigger mess inside the house. We were fortunate to catch it early and only have soapy water to wet vac. I am so thankful for JMB’s thorough, timely, and courteous service!

Excellent service! My toilet wasnt flushing and after ruling out a clog, I called JMB Septic. The owner answered on the 2nd ring and had a technician at my house in about an hour on a Friday evening. After pumping out my septic and diagnosing the problem (a blocked filter I never knew was there) they put everything back as it was. The only sign he had to dig a big hole to the manway was a little dirt in the grass. Fast responsive service, friendly staff, and a reasonable price - I highly recommend JMB. Thank You!

Fantastic service from JMB Septic! Josh immediately answered an emergency after hours call (9 PM) for a septic backup. He had a technician return to the office, pick up a septic truck and was at the house in just over an hour. The technician could not find the septic tank, but this was absolutely not his fault since we did not know the tank location and there was no septic map in the Towns digital files. Josh returned the next morning after tracking down the septic map in the Towns paper files. Quickly found the tank, cleared a clog in the baffle (house drained immediately), and pumped the tank. Dont wish a septic backup on anyone. But if you have one, or its just time to pump your tank every couple years, call JMB Septic. Excellent job, highly recommended!

At 5:30PM on Friday of 4th of July weekend 2022 our cesspool begin to backup. In a panic I called 5 septic companies local to Falmouth, two called back and both wanted me to dig out the cover! I told them I only own a snow shovel, one guy said “than I can’t help you” and the other said that they would dig it but it would cost us a lot more. The three other companies never called back even though they say in writing they have emergency service.I took one more chance and called Josh Borrows Septic and Drain Service and Josh answered the phone immediately. I explained my problem and he said give me a minute and I’ll call you right back. He called me back in minutes and said his employee Kevin was on his way home but is turning around and heading to our house!!!!! Kevin arrived quickly and went to work. I asked if I could do anything or if he needed anything and he said “I’m all set, you go in the house and enjoy your family”!!! He solved our problem, was polite and very professional. He literally saved our holiday weekend with our 9 week old granddaughter from NY at our house for the first time.I can’t thank Kevin and Josh enough and will recommend them to anyone in need of any septic service. Hired one company, who wasted two days of my time and could not locate my septic cover for a simple septic pumping and quoted me $500 to send a repair crew out to locate the septic cover. I contacted Josh the owner, who sent a truck within 30 minutes of the previous company leaving my property and had the septic cover located and pumping beginning within minutes. They are responsive and professional, while caring for my issue that I was dealing with from the other company, which meant the world and showed how they run their business. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will never use another septic company again!

JMB was referred to me to have my septic pumped after I had another company out and they claimed I needed a riser (this was news to me as it was never mentioned once in the 20 years I’ve lived here). I’m glad I called JMB for a second opinion. He came out same day to assess the riser claim, which I did not need. An appointment was scheduled at that time. Unfortunately, the appointment had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances; but it wasn’t an emergency so no big deal. Technician was great, and the owner called the next day to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend JMB and use in the future.

The guys were on time, made sure the lawn was in perfect shape after digging up the tank cover, and took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of the tank and septic system, as well as answer all my questions. It was my first time needing a service on my Septic tank. The scheduling system on the website was what originally what I liked as it was very easy. They showed up on time, located the tank cover very fast. It was located under a rock area of the yard. I told them they could do what ever it takes and Id fix it later. They pumped it fast and left the area as if it was never touched. I am not one to write reviews but was extremely impressed with their service!
