    Braga Brothers put in a multi-zone heat pump system for our home. From the initial visit for the estimate to the final inspection, everyone who we worked with at Braga was terrific. Communications were clear and questions answered patiently and completely. Work was done on time and exactly as described. All paperwork necessary for warranties, heat loans and MassSave rebates was completed quickly and explained thoroughly. The entire staff is friendly, professional and clearly takes pride in offering great customer service. A pleasure to work with everyone at Braga!

    Had a shower valve leak (water coming out into shower even when shower faucet was turned off) and Braga Brithers got us right in same day. Technician Ruston DeOliveira identified problem quickly, removed cover of shower valve, and turned its flow valve off to stop leak. Part is in stock and they’ll be out soon to install. Wore booties to protect our floors (it had rained) and explained problem well but even better, listened well when I told him about the leak when he first arrived and it’s resultant puddle in the shower as well as the puddle in basement utility room below the shower-floor -he went down and checked it out while turning off water main. Very polite and competent. Very happy with Braga Brothers.

    From the first call to Braga Bros, I have been so impressed with the top-notch, friendly customer service, scheduling our first appointment was straightforward. The tech, Alexandre, was equally friendly and helpful, took the time to understand my concerns with the mini split AC units, and then went to work to assess the situation all while keeping me informed and answering a few questions. He could not have been more helpful. From start to finish nothing could have been better. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Braga Bros to family and friends.

    Braga Brothers did a phenomenal job replacing our entire A/C unit in our condomimium, and they miraculously managed to get it done before the 4th of July holiday, when we had guests arriving, even though we had only contacted them about a month before! They were recomended by others in our building and Im so glad we called them. We hadgotton three estimates in total, and although Braga was slightly higher, they were the ONLY company that were up front and honest with us about our options, and what really needed to be done to prevent the problems we had been having with the older system. Arlan Braga and his team are very well informed and very professional in everything they do! even after having to completely remove our drop ceiling in our big walk-in closet, when they were finished everything was back in place and youd NEVER known they had been there, at all-except for the wonderful quiet, cool air that were now enjoying. Their electricians were also able to solve another problem we were having, and explained to us in detail how to avoid it happening again. They a wonderful, family owned company, and their servicemen are very, very, curious, neat, and knowlegable. They are our go-to company from now on for all the services they offer.

    Abraao & Emerson did a superb job removing our broken mini split & installing the new one, They paid attention to every detail & wore booties each & every time they entered the inside of our home as well as laid down tarps to protect our new flooring. The installation of our new mini split was done with much care & they were very thorough in their workmanship. They were very pleasant as well. We would give them an A+!!

    Recently, I had a power surge at my house that damaged 3 appliances, one of which was my water heater. I texted Braga Bros.at 7am and told them I had no hot water.     Great Company, Highly recommend. I had an emergency in my basement when a pipe started leaking, Simone was a great facilitator she had a technician facetime me so that I could locate and turn off the main water valve. She explained the fees up front and had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Larry Holmes is a very knowledgeable plumber he diagnosed the problem and explained how he was going to fix it. He was polite and respectful. The pipe was fixed in a little over an hour. Cant say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

    Braga bros. Has been amazing. My AC was not functioning all summer and my previous service provider was unresponsive!! I looked At reviews online and they were all positive. So i called.     We had the pleasure of working with Braga Bros as part of our home renovation last year. During that time, we met many of their team and each technician/plumber they sent was extremely talented and their level of professionalism and dedication is nothing short of impressive.We recently had issues with our 20 year old HVAC system and immediately called Braga to come out and help diagnose/troubleshoot. They were here the same day and got our heat back up and running. Our plan was to replace the entire system in the spring, but we didnt want to take a chance on being in an emergent situation and had Braga give us some options for a full system replacement.We had our estimates in hand within two days and personally reviewed the options with Alex as he sat and patiently answered our 1001 questions.Once we opted on a system, it was here within a week and installed in less than three days!Renan Sanches and Alexandre Fonesca were the HVAC specialists who installed our system. They were fantastic! They arrived each morning and discussed the plan for the day and made sure we had heat each night before they left for the evening.They also communicated every step of the process and were both very patient with our 1001 additional questions. They are true professionals and our new HVAC system looks like a piece of art. If we ever need service, I will make sure to request Renan and Alexandre when I call for an appointment.The crew at Braga Bros sets the gold standard of customer service and professionalism.     Tech arrived on time, incredibly professional and immediately took the steps to ensure the house stayed clean. Shoes off outside, equipment, etc outside when not in use, showed me clearly what was broken, explained how he would fix it, and took care of a separate issue with toilet before he left.     Braga Brothers designed and installed a two zone ducted and a one zone ductless heating and cooling heat pump system to replace my oil burning forced hot water heating system in January 2023.From my initial contact with Conor, through the design process, and finally talking to owner Alex before making my final decision, I felt confident they would design a system tailored to the needs of my house in Orleans.Owner Alex did the walk through with me and my wife where we finalized the location of the ducts, vents, return, air handlers, ductless unit and the two outdoor units together.Once the project started, I got a text and email each day letting me know when a technician was on route to my house. The installation was professional, and they kept the mess to a minimum - always cleaning up after themselves.The system works as expected, and we are very pleased with the comfort level it provides both in the winter and in the summer.The Mitsubishi Kumo cloud allows us to manage it all via an app on my iPhone regardless of where we are.Braga Brothers is easy to get a hold of by phone, text, and email and they return inquiries in a timely manner.I am very pleased with the design, installation, and maintenance service that Braga Brothers has provided me and my family over the past two years.I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. In fact, my next door neighbor just had them install a heat pump system this past fall.

    We are an Early Education and Childcare Center, and require reliable heating/AC. We started using Braga Bros about a year ago, because we had issues with the reliability and service from other companies that we had used in the past. Their technicians and response are impeccable. Every time we have an issue, they give us a window, and then send us a text when the technician is on his way. Their communication with the client is the best out of any service company I have used in the past. Every time they have come out, they have resolved our issue on the spot, carrying enough replacement parts on their truck to fix the most common problems. I would highly recommend Braga Bros to anyone who is looking for high quality service at a very reasonable price.

He is an excellent company contact. He helped me diagnose the problem, suggest a recommendation, and found a spot on the schedule for first thing the very next morning. I received multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls from Ricardo, he kept me informed every step of the way. Larry did arrive first thing the next morning and completed the job expertly and within the time that was estimated for the job. Larry encountered a piece of the job that he had not seen before and rather than mess with it Larry quickly called the office to confer with other HVAC experts.     Braga Bros was contracted to install gas at our 1855 built house with crawl spaces. Other contractors were not interested or did not return bids once seeing the scope of the work. Their bid was competitive and within our budget. They showed up on time and finished the project to our satisfaction. Great communications with the office as they would call, text or email to let us know when technician were on their way toward us. Highly recommended plumbing contractor and I would definitely use their services again.

    We hired Braga Bros. for a big, complicated job at a large older home were renovating - they were incredibly creative in designing a new AC system that would be as invisible as possible. They dug trenches, cut concrete, found great equipment and were incredibly responsive throughout the project. Owner Alex Braga initially came to my home to assess the job. I was working with a tight time frame, and they were most accommodating. The office staff(Alexandra) did a wonderful job coordinating all of the aspects of the project, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The workers, Bill and Nato, worked efficiently and were very professional throughout.     Did a complete transition to energy efficient appliances from my traditional appliances (30+ years). Their employees were efficient, kind, professional, and QUICK. Overall the transition took about 2 days and one day from the actual unit change.     Great plumbers who showed up on time and did great work. They had to correct mistakes our handyman made and reconnected 4 sinks and 3 toilets. Ruston was friendly and knowledgeable and let me know what he was doing at every step of the way. I felt so confident that the work was being done right.     We converted a walk in closet on the second floor to a small bathroom, a challenging project since the location was not close to existing water and exit pipes in our home. They found a way to the rough plumbing and reached the feed and exit pipes in the basement with minimal if any disruption ti the first floor. They did a fine job installing bathroom fixtures as well. Their foreman was an added bonus, a pleasure to work with and willing to provide us with recommendations as the projected proceeded, in less time than we expected.

    I Had a boiler failure on a Thursday evening called Bragga. Alex called back Friday morning for details. At 3;30 pm he called to tell me that his tech will be arriving in about 2 hours after completing another call.At 5:15 pm I got a call from Mark (the tech) that he was on his way. By 5:30 he was on site and by 6:30, working with the Navian tech people located the problem and had a plan. The boiler had to be replaced. On Saturday morning I received a call from Alex that a new boiler was on the way, and a little later Mark, with the boiler was 15 minutes away. The old boiler was removed and new one installed without incident.Mark and Alex, kept me informed at all times. Mark worked systematically, and efficiently during the entire project. I;ve been a customer of the Bragga Bros for over 7 years, and this is why I continue to recommend this firm for all plumbing and heating work and maintenance I need.
