I wanted to say that these guys are so understanding, efficient and upfront!! I walked in asked a few questions to Russ about switching over to a smart thermostat that is connected to a gas furnance, and he legit came the next morning! Very nice guy! My first time dealing with anything to do with the my furnace/thermostat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! Thank you Again Russ!

Paul, Bryan and Bryant all deserve more than 5 stars. They r the best of the best! Paul came immediately to asses the situation when my furnace died. He was kind, professional and informative. Bryan and Bryant worked a hard job in a crawl space and put all their effort in to make sure I had a great furnace up and running within a day! The service was fast and the price reasonable and I couldn’t thank them more. If u want great reasonable service on Cape Cod and to deal with the nicest people ever who do a fantastic job, this is the place to go!!!! Thank u again for helping me with such great service all around!Also Zach came to fix my outdoor shower this summer! He was extremely nice and informative and did a fantastic job in a short period of time! Will def call Air Pros again! Price was reasonable. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience! My oil burner of just a few years old needed a new control unit. The Team at AirPros was very helpful and prompt in coming quickly to repair the problem. I will be using them for my HVAC, Oil Burner and plumbing as needed again!

We have used Air Pros for years and have high praise for their service. Mike is great to work with. He understands we are price conscious, so always provides us with options for a property and sends his guys out to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. He has also been very helpful with MassSave programs that can seem complicated. We seem to be bombarded lately with marketing calls from national companies--it is nice to know a local company like Air Pros provides reliable, first-person service. Highly recommend!

I used to use the folks at Rusty’s and they were fine. Then Gem purchased them and the culture seemed to change. Most recently I had a leak in the AC system and after two visits I was told I needed to replace my two year old compressor and the equipment inside for a mere $6000-$10000. Someone suggested I call Air Pros and by chance I spoke with the owner. Next thing I know he is at my front door cause he can’t believe I need to replace a two year old system. Sure enough he came up with a solution and save me somewhere in the neighborhood of $7000. A fellow named Dave and his colleague worked on my system and could not have been nicer more on time or more helpful in explaining everything. Thanks to Mike Hansen and his entire team.

Contacted air pros about mini split. Mitsubishi! Paul one of owners came right out with estimate ! Mike, another owner, answered all questions,as did Paul. Day of installation, bryan, bryant and Jordan showed up 8am sharp. Had unit installed and wired in no time! no mess! These guys, plumbers _ electrician really know their stuff! 5 stars all the way! Air Pros is one of the best companies Ive had the pleasure of working with. Insiteful, creative with a strong commitment to making my project a huge success. From the designing of the whole house AC system to receiving equipment to the courteous professionals that showed up when they said they would. Actually, they got cought up on a project for a day before my project but gave me a days notice they would be a day late and still finished on time. When it was time to hit the start button the downstars system would not operate. They sent a service tech the next day, during the very busy summer season, who found a local problem with my original house wiring and fixed it. From start to finish everyone I interfaced with were a joy to work with. Air Pros will be doing all of my heatging and cooling services going forward along with reviewing a whole house water filtration system. Thanks Air Pros!

I was in need of a/c service, and I read Air Pros reviews on google, which were all 5’s. I called for an appointment and was contacted in the same day with an acceptable date and timeframe that a technician could come. Zack, Air Pros Technician, arrived when expected, introduced himself, and began to assess the situation. He was able to identify the issue with my a/c and complete the repairs during his visit. I appreciated that Zack took the time to show me the issue, explained the fix, and inspected my home to ensure the system was functioning properly. Zack was professional and pleasant to work with. Air Pros has done a lot of work for me and Im picky, so they must be good. Our house had older style baseboard registers and they replaced 16 of them, relocating new ducting for flush floor vents. Bryant in particular is great. He installed three splits for our second floor and came back several times to fine tune the system. I highly recommend Air Pros MA.

Bryant and Brian, the Bri team, were consummate pros. They built a three head mini split system for me that placed splits in three bedrooms. Everything went smoothly and is working well. I had to make a midstream placement change on the location of the condenser, and they took it in stride with good spirit. I highly recommend Air Pros.

Bryant and Bryan did a great job installing our new Mitsubishi heat pump. They showed up as planned and on time. They introduced themselves and, after going over the scope of work, they went right to work. They made sure to talk to me to make sure I was satisfied with each decision before actually moving forward. At the end of the day, our new heat pump was installed exactly how I wanted it. They were personable and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the day with them! Thanks to both Bryant and Bryan for a job very well done!

Mike and his crew are top notch and very focused on customer service. They installed three exterior heat pumps and four ductless mini splits late this summer. They are very patient. They answered all of our questions and addressed every issue that came up during a rather complex project. They even stayed late on a very hot day to get the AC in our bedroom up and running because they knew my wife had dental surgery that day and they wanted her to be comfortable. They were terrific from the planning stages right through working to get rebates from Mass Saves.

I eliminated the electric heat @ my home in Centerville. Air Pros installed a new forced hot air/ central A/C with all the required ductwork. I secured several estimates before deciding to use Air Pros, so I know that their pricing was good. They were easy to deal with & did everything they promised professionally & on schedule. They even provided assistance in getting rebates through Mass Save. I would highly recommend them!
