Highly recommend Rainy Water Conditioning. Jon and his partner came out the same day to look at our old water softener and they installed a new one within days. The price was reasonable. Over time, my house water system became a concern when our toilet bowls were becoming yellow and I had to scrub every week, and I mean deep scrubbing with toilet cleaning agents. Dishes also turned out with lines and streaks after wash even though this was a new dishwasher. I looked online and found Rainy Water. John, the owner came around and gave me a few options for solutions. Im glad to say that with a new water softening system, all the yellowing of toilet bowls and streaks on washed dishes stopped. I still scrub my toilets but maintenance cleaning only. John at Rainy Water definitely knows his business and the needs of his customers. I recommend them with 5 stars.

I told John of our stinky rotten, bathtub and apliance-staining well water problems. He suggested his iron removing system. The horrific smell was gone completely, and to my absolute surprise, it cleaned out all of our pipes as well, we now have three times the water pressure and no more stained appliances, I very highly recommend John and his services.

I needed to find another outfit to change filters in our Micron water purifier. The person we had was from Minneapolis and not very reliable with communication and follow-through. Then I found John and Rainy Water --- problem solved. He came over one day after I called him and changed all the filters and checked over the system. Great communication and follow-through. I now know who Ill be using every fall to change filters and whatever else I need done with water. Lucky me.

Rainy Water Conditioning was awesome!! They were prompt to come and check out our old water softener and give us a quote on a new softener and iron filter. The price was very reasonable. They also came out within a couple of days to install them. They were great at explaining how everything works and were very professional. We are so happy we purchased both and really appreciate the great work they did installing them. For 18 years we dealt with rust in our water! With the iron filter, we no longer have rust! We would highly recommend them!!!

Called John later in the day to see if he had a part for my 25 year old softener that started leaking. He did not but I decided it’s probably time for a new softener. He came out the very next day and installed new softener and took old one away. Good price on softener and labor price was even better. I was expecting a 300-400 dollar bill just for labor. It wasn’t even close to that. I’m from a small town and now living in the city. John has that small town vibe where he’s not out to scam you or charge a arm and a leg. He will be the man I call for all my softener and Walter filtration needs from here on out!
