Very professional and polite. They called ahead of time to confirm appointment and time they would be there and were right on time. The furnace is in a crawl space and not convenient to get to but he was great about it. Explained how often our filter would need changed to keep things in good working order. Clay with Eck is a phenomenal electrician and always takes the time to get the job done right, meeting the needs of house owner, and training his apprentices. Ive had him do four different varieties of jobs around the house, inside and out and have been pleased with the results each time. Hes always willing to answer questions and help map out any future work that might need to be done.

We had a plumbing issue with our well that knocked out our water, and had been without water for nearly two weeks. We had tried two other companies during that time whose plumbers just never showed up. Then when they finally did, absolutely nothing changed except they charged $325 for their visit. We decided to look up Eck Services, and they sent a few guys out the next morning. They “fixed” it as much as they could right then. Our water only works sporadically again, but that’s okay because they’ll be back out tomorrow afternoon to work on it. Chaz was patient and kind, giving us answers for what he knew was wrong as well as being willing to admit that they weren’t quite sure what was happening with other aspects of the well yet. I appreciated the honesty and will give them our business again in the future. We highly recommend Chaz and his crew from Eck Services.

Eck Services was the third company I called after hours on Friday night and was the only one that had an option on their voice mail system for an emergency.My hvac system stopped functioning and was not putting out cold air and temp in house was 85.I am dealing with a severe chronic illness and I would have not done well if I could not get my central AC system working.I received a call back pretty quickly from an admin who took all my information and then received another call from the technician Raul who said he would be at my house in an hour.Raul was great to work with and was able to fix my ac system in about 30 minutes!I am grateful that I was able to contact somebody late after hours on a Friday night.I highly recommend this company from this experience and I will use them for maintenance moving forward!

We used Eck Services for a whole home mini split system due to the age and construction of the home. Our sales rep was out the same day to give us estimations, and our installation was spread out over a few weeks. Each install crew was great to work with. Wade, was exceptional in his work ethic and explanation of their install process. Wade was able to take care of our concerns before our project was completed. Dalton Reed and Zac Love were fantastic coming out and installing our wireless adapters and checking over all electrical panels for proper naming. We are thankful Eck Services was able to procure the items we wanted for our whole home system even during supply chain issues.Raul was a wonderful addition to the team when it came to our maintenance checkups twice now, and is ever the gentleman.

Troy did a great job repairing the Gas Line and running a new section to plumb in the new Gas Fireplace. He noticed some bad joints in my waterlines in the Basement and said he would be able to fix those if I wanted to while they were already there. I took him up on his offer and no longer have a leak waiting to happen in the Basement. The additional charges for doing those repairs were very reasonable. I would recommend Eck Services to anyone needed plumbing repairs.

Im not gonna lie! At first when i found out the total estimate, im like nah... I should wait and call someone else! But I saw everything he had to do I mean he did a fantastic job. I was thinking it was gonna be a little pipe. He had to cut out a huge 4 or 5 foot long damaged pipe replace it, unclog the washer drains and all the work in between. So let me tell you, these plumbers are worth it! Dont underestimate their hard work, dedication and professionalism. Thank you for your time, professionalism, and hard work! My heater stopped working the first weekend we had a major snowfall. I diagnosed the problem to a suspected burnt out draft motor. The following Monday I called them and a technician (Tarrant Young) was able to come out later that afternoon the same day. He confirmed my dagnosis and also found out why the motor went out in the first place (a cracked vacuum plate). He did not have the parts on hand so he went out hunting all over town for them. Unfortunately he had to order one of them. He was ready the next morning and came out and installed them. Not only that, he explained what exactly each part did, and why it mattered, and also pointed out a couple other preventative maintenence items I could do on my own to prolong the life of the furnace. During the whole time, he maintained constant communication with me via cell phone and I never had to call and ask what the status of anything was. He was on time, respectful, and incredibly helpful! I could not have asked for better service. Totally worth the price. This is the second time Ive used ECK and have had great experience both times. Not the cheapest, but they have been the fastest, and kindest, so worth the price to me. Thanks Tarrant, and ECK Services!

Aaron and his partner were both very nice and did a great job with my fridge installation. When they showed up, I was fully prepared for them to have to install a shutoff valve before being able to install my fridge because that was what I had been told by the delivery people yesterday. While they could have done that and caused me to have to have to pay more money, they were upfront and honest by telling me that it wasnt necessary due to where the current value was located. I appreciate that honesty because they could have gone ahead and installed the valve first without me knowing any different just to make more money. I would definitely recommend them to come out again.

I called them around 2:45. Their on-call plumber, Matt called me by 3pm and said he was in Heston and had to go to the shop to get the drain cleaning equipment and he would be here. Less than an hour later, he was knocking on the door. He took his time. I had explained to him that I had already ran a 3/8” diameter 100’ long cable through. So he brought the biggest drain cleaner they had. He took the time to clean it with 3 different bits. He ran the camera down the line multiple times. He opened the manhole cover in the street to verify that he had reached the tap and that our sewer was flowing properly. He located the line from the clean-out to the main sewer. All in all, it cost $404 which I was not upset at all to pay on a Saturday afternoon. My experience was great. We will have to have our sewer line replaced in the near future. But for now, at least we can use our indoor plumbing that we all appreciate so much! Thanks Matt! 👍🏻

Eck Service came to my property to give me an estimate. Being that I had to drive an hour away to get there and the home buyer was really wanting to move in as soon as possible. I asked if they could do the repairs that day and they said that it would be possible this time. The guys said that they will do the repairs on the water line, air test the gas lines and install water shut off valves for the 3 sinks. I really did not expect same day service but they very much worked with me. It was completely unexpected that they were willing to go out of their way to help me out that fast. Absolutely not expected. They were able to push back on some other work they had scheduled that day. Im not saying they will do this for everyone but they showed their human side of the business and it is much appreciated.I also have good history with Eck Services and have nothing but praise for this company. I had to replace my HVAC system about 1 1/2 years ago and they worked with me at that time as well. It was in December and my furnace was spewing out carbon monoxide. I received excellent service at that time as well. Since then they helped me out on several smaller issues as well. The ladies at the office in Pratt are very easy to work with. They remember me (still not sure if that is good or bad yet, hopefully good).As a retired military officer I know what teamwork is. These employees have great teamwork and that really sets them apart from their competition.
