Greg was awesome. I was having trouble with my insurance company wanting to pay to replace my air conditioner unit and Greg was able to get things taken care of. Once we made the decision to replace the unit, his guys were out to remove the old units the next day and the day after that our new unit was installed. For the first time in 5 years I have a comfortable home! The negative review is likely just a jealous competitor or someone who didnt want to pay their bill. I have nothing but great things to say about Dovels!!

We had a fantastic experience when our furnace needed looked at just last week. Communication is great and service is wonderful. We will definitely use Dovels again!
