We were extremely happy with Bobby and Adam from PlumbRite during our sewer line replacement. Bobby explained every step of the process, including any changes to the plan that needed to be made along the way. They did a great job on the plumbing itself, and I was impressed with their dirt work. They left our yard ready to be reseeded without mounds of dirt or rock for us to clean up. Bobby was very honest with us about costs throughout the entire process. We are so happy to finally have a fully functioning and guaranteed sewer line. PlumbRite has absolutely earned our continued business!

I had one of their plumbers come out to my house in February for a bad sewer smell. The reception lady I talked to was very nice and was very responsive my my concerns. Brandon, The plumber that came out the very next day, was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He looked over all my plumbing and listened to what issues I have had. After inspecting everything he told me what I needed to do to fix the issue, 2 months later and I have yet to have any other issues. I would highly recommend this company and Brandon to my friends and Family since I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Had a plumbing problem last night and called them this morning and I was told they were booked up for most of the day. I asked if there was any way it could be taken care of today since we were in need of showers and had a Christmas get together the next day and wouldnt be home. Ryan told me he would see what he could do to help me out. Low and behold it was all fixed by early afternoon! I really appreciate the great job they did getting me in so quickly and they left the site cleaner than they found it! The price was more than reasonable too! Works great. Looks great! I called Potters Plumbing because of the great reviews on here and Im more than happy to give them another one! Thanks again!!

Noticed leaking pipe at 9p on a Saturday evening. Received confirmation call immediately to let us know someone would be here shortly. Managed the problem for the evening and was back Sunday morning to fix the issue once hardware store opened. Dustin was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He also took the time to work with our Home Warranty company to make sure they had all the information they needed. I highly recommend Potters Plumbing to anyone!

We remodeled the bathrooms and were nervous about doing so much work and living through the process. However, Potter Plumbing did the job so well. I cannot say enough about the experience. They knew what they were doing, were well organized, and were so conscientious about keepings things cleaned up and explaining the process as they went along. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely ONLY use them for any future plumbing or remodeling projects. Excellent Work - definitely worth all five stars.....to bad their arent 10...because in reality that is where they are!

Potters Plumbing to the rescue! Our attempt to remove and reinstall a shark bite on the refrigerator water line failed and we had no water to the house. I called and requested same day assistance. Before the end of the day a plumber arrived, quickly solved the issue, and we had water again. The team really came through. Thank you!

In the middle of the night on a Friday our water line burst. In the morning on Saturday, I called four water line repair plumbers for an estimate and after they promised to have someone contact me, no one ever showed or contacted me. Meanwhile my broken line continued to leak into mine and my neighbors yard. Desperate I called Potters and within 30 minutes, a repairman came, shut the water off and gave me an estimate. I won’t mention the other plumbers, suffice it to say that they will not be getting any of my business in the future. Potters saved the day and deserve recognition!

Fast & courteous service, fair prices ...call first, never a disappointment.Plumbing is always a necessary expense where water or lack thereof is your concern. This family and their extended family of employees strive to get you what you need without taking all you have!Living outside of town, our home well went down on Christmas Eve and needed replaced, taking two men a considerable amount of time. I was fearing that bill, but was extremely relieved when it came in about two times lower than my expectations given my past dealings with plumbers on NON HOLIDAY based visits. Have been using them ever since! Still havent won any of their Facebook drawings they always post, but Im sold either way!

Ive had several jobs done by Potters and they have excelled in all of them. They ran new water lines off the main coming in from our well to install an inline filter to handle the horrible sulfer smell before it gets to the water heater along with flushing the water heater and lines with chlorine to kill the bacteria helping to contribute to the smell. Theyve installed a new dryer vent line in the crawl space to replace the broken one and hooked up our gas range when we moved in. They even helped me haul the old range out to the storage shed. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional plus will go the extra mile in matters they dont always deal with to help you out. They should be your Go To plumbing professionals.

For the past few years I have used a different plumbing service. My wife thought she smelled a gas leak so I called them to check the line. They found a leak in the buried line, turned my gas off for safety, and did not call me the next day to figure out when to replace the line and turn my gas back on. (It was 5 degrees last night.) I called Potters Plumbing with my emergency as I have watched them grow from just Ryan and his wife into a whole team. Ryan hooked up a temporary line (I wasnt made aware by the other guys that it was even a thing) and I have heat tonight. Potters Plumbing totally saved the day!
