Brad was Extremely Professional and Very Transparent about prices, I had a Slab leak going to my Master Bathroom and he ran a new line without having to cut hardly any wall in a couple hours. Today was our first experience with Brad. We based our decision to call him largely on the excellent reviews we had read. Well, it’s all true excellent service easy to talk to with no surprises. We have an older home on an acre in Colleyville which when built was on a septic system. All the homes in this area were converted to the sewer system sometime in the 70’s which has its own unique issues since all the original pipes went to the back yard and now go around the house to the street. Everything was fixed and we discussed possible future issues with the system as well as remedies. We will defiantly be calling these guys again if the need arises.

Brad and his apprentice are the best! We originally called them on a recommendation from a neighbor, and I’m so glad we did. He is a straight shooter, very fair on price, and helps explain problems and options. We have had Brad fix many plumbing issues in our home, including descaling cast iron pipes, installing a two-way clean out, and installing a new garage sink with a tricky drain situation. Always prompt and professional and clean! We will use Total Care Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Outstanding service!My 84 year old mother had a water leak underneath her house. I scheduled an appointment with Total Care to come out and do the repairs. They arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. Gave it a day to let the lake beneath the house dry out a little. Mark and his assistant (a polite young man whose name I forgot - sorry!) did a fantastic job, laid down mats to protect the floor, wore shoe covers every time they came in and out, and completed the repair quickly and as quoted. I definitely recommend this company, and will use them again. Overall, I would rate them 10 out of 10!

The first company I called quoted me $1100 for a garbage disposal replacement (company provided), and two bidet toilet seats that I provided. Brads quoted price was $620 on the high side. Actual cost after completion was $540 total.He and his mentor were timely, professional, courteous and efficient!Highly recommend Total Care Plumbing!

Total Care is the best!! We had foundation repairs performed that caused all sorts of issues with our plumbing. They did a sewer pipe replacement of our failing cast iron lines, re-piped the water lines and installed a recircularing line, and omitted 3 tank water heaters to put the whole house on a single tankless water heater. They also installed the gas pluimbing from the new service meter to the tankless. They are a great company local to Bedford that will always be the first I call when the need arises. Thanks Brad!!

We had major plumbing back up and overflow. We had two plumbers come out previously over the years and recommended digging a tunnel under our house as it could be line break. This is a 10,000 plus job.Total Care Plumbing did such a thorough job. It was a grease buildup, not a line break. Brad finding the true problem saved us thousands! They truly were looking for the best way to solve the problem instead of the most expensive.They had the customers best interest at heart and that is rare to find in this day and age. We have used Total Care Plumbing a few times and have always had a good experience. I wanted to take the time to write this review now because we were on the verge of a plumbing nightmare but the day was saved by Total Care! Our toilets werent flushing and tubs werent draining, and because it happened on the weekend we called another company with weekend dispatch who ended up quoting us $13,000 for total pipe replacement because they said our pipes collapsed. As soon as we could we called Total Care, he was out here the very next morning, and told us our pipes were totally fine and was able to remove a huge clog that was backing everything up and saved us quite literally thousands of dollars. This is someone you can trust who is not going to scam you, but instead be honest with you and charge the rate that is necessary for the work he does. Cant thank you enough & we will recommend everyone to this company from now on!

Brad and his helper are stand up guys and I would highly recommend them. This was the second time I’ve used Total Care Plumbing. This time he repaired an ATT damaged underground pipe. After the repair, my eyeonwater app sent me an alert that I had an ongoing leak of 1.4 gallons per hour. After emailing Brad, he was at my house in less than one hour to see what was going on. He showed me the meter was showing a leak and said he did not believe it was coming from his work. Brad then had me shut off the valves to my toilets and when I got back outside, he showed me on the meter that the leak had stopped, then showed me the part I needed to fix the toilet myself, which I did.

Brad came out to repair a pipe in the garage of one of our properties. He arrived on time and gave advance notice when he was on his way.I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made.It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!

Brad is a great plumber! The first time I used him about a month ago to install a water line to my fridge for the ice maker. The guys at Home Depot that delivered my fridge didn’t know to connect it since the water line ran underneath the house so Brad came back out and connected it for me. Today he replaced a hose bib out back and fixed both toilets from running for a really good price. If you ever need a plumber, he’s your guy! He’s very professional and takes his time to thoroughly explain things. Would definitely give him a call should I have any plumbing needs in the future!

Fixed it on a Saturday! Professional, careful with my floors, went the extra step. Even put in an access panel so we can take care of things more easily. Will definitely use for future renovations and when problems crop up.

We had a bathroom shower faucet that decided to break and keep flowing water. When I shut off the water to the entire house, the shutoff valve did not fully close. We were referred to Brad by one of our neighbors. When I called him, he immediately picked up, told me when he was able to come to the house, kept informed of his schedule via text and arrived as promised. Brad fixed the shower faucet and also corrected the shutoff valve to the house. I plan to use Brad for our tankless water heater maintenance this spring. Thank you Brad!!

Had the opportunity to observe Brad and his team install a soft water system in my wifes cousins house. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even took his work boots off before going inside the house to install the RO system. During installation, he found a couple of discrepancies in the existing plumbing. I called Total Care and spoke to Brad. He was able to come by between appointments. Within minutes he arrived at my home and diagnosed this issue. It was repaired quickly and correctly. I am pleased. I will be calling him again and referring him to others.

It turned out to be a minor issue and he explained how I could resolve it myself saving me a couple hundred dollars. In the end he didnt charge me for augering or the service call. How nice it is to have this kind of service. I will definitely call him again for future needs.
