    I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s, Including installation. Dr Plumber sent Rick M to install a dishwasher. Rick did a great job, he picked up and delivered the item on time, efficient, a great communicator, professional, friendly, and cleaned up the work area. I couldn’t be happier with the job performed.     We had a water heater emergency and they were at my house within an hour or two to stop the leak. Then came back the following day to replace the unit. Fabulous company with amazing employees. Mike was great!

    I used Dr Plumber Service today they came earlier then schedule time. They when right to my problem where I’ve been having my problem. They listen and diagnose the situation and fixed my problem.The rep also provided little helpful tips to prevent and slow down this constant issue, so I did appreciate that information.I would recommend Dr. Plumber to the next person who’s having plumbing issues.There was no pressure tactic in like they seems to analyzing other problems or issues that you didn’t ask for nor could you see to justify the additional cost that it would take.The rep was very friendly nice and helpful.Thank you Dr. Plumber from the Jones family.We would use you again if/when we have other plumbing issues.

    Rick is an excellent installer, polite, orderly, on time, respective of my property, answered all of my questions, did a great dishwasher install, and didnt leave any mess for me to clean up. Rick even used the recycle bin! Highly recommend!

    Our plumber Rick Moore did an excellent job on installation. The day before an issue occurred that made it not possible to install at out appointment time. We made the adjustments needed and he rearranged his schedule to get the installation done without us having to wait for his next available.     Rick was incredible. Installed my new dishwasher perfectly and even helped me troubleshoot the old one properly so that I can have a spare now even if needed despite other plumbers and an owner (me) that couldn’t figure out the problems with the old one.     Rick of Dr. Plumber installed a dishwasher in our kitchen on 9/26/2023 at 1928 Overland St. Fort Worth TX. The old dishwasher cannot be pulled out from inside the cabinet only to discover that a protruding nail on the side of the cabinet was preventing the dishwasher to be pulled out. Rick was so patient and very persistent in trying to remove the protruding nail deep inside from the side of the cabinet. He used all kinds of tools available to remove the nail without success in the first few hours. But because of Rick’s patience and persistence he was able to finally remove the nail and pulled the dishwasher out and installed the new one. He did a very good job and I am happy with his performance. Thanks to Rick and Dr. Plumber.

    My water heater completely died...3 days before Xmas eve. On the morning they were called, Mike showed up about 1130a and I had a new water heater by 3p. Great job! Very efficient and well organized. And he did the whole thing by himself. I was really impressed.

    Awesome service! We called at night and they were here early the next morning. So nice and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed a leak we had in a water heater pipe. Price was much less than we expected! They are awesome! Best service, best prices ever!

    Mike from Dr. Plumber replaced four forty year old leaking outside faucets for us and did an outstanding job. All four faucets were mounted through the brick exterior of the house which made the job more difficult. We were very pleased with his work and the total price of the repairs.

    I was selling a house in Keller and got Dr Plumbers info from a handyman. I called Dr Plumber and spoke to David and he was very professional and very reasonably priced.
