    Our home was hit by lightning and caused electrical and plumbing damage. Tioga was fast to get us on their schedule. The plumber and electrician were professional, thorough and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and followed up with all my concerns. They repaired several outlets and replaced our tankless water heater. We are so happy with our experience and peace of mind they provided in a challenging situation.

    Roy and Adam were the bomb. They rebraced an and rehung a chandelier from my 20 foot ceiling and then rebraced a second one to make sure it didnā€™t happen on that side. They cleaned up better than any contractor Iā€™ve had. Really appreciate their fine work and highly recommend them.

    Marcus came out for some minor issues at a rental property we own. As we walked through the house, he identified all of the things that are out of compliance in todays standards and identified things that could put us at risk from a landlords perspective. He was super knowledgeable, very thorough and provided us with all of our options to tackle the issues and was helpful in prioritizing our needs. Tioga Plumbing & Electric is on my call list going forward. Great, Helpful experience!

    The folks at Tioga are great! They recently handled all of my plumbing and electrical needs with a kitchen remodel. Their prices were not only competitive but they price matched a local competitor then beat it to ensure they received my business. Michele in the office was great handling all my permit woes. Roy did an excellent job with my electrical work and Drew did great with both adding a gas line and updating our plumbing. Both of them went above and beyond, providing excellent A+ service. Very pleased and will use them again!

    Marcus quickly rearranged his schedule when a power outage struck during his scheduled appointment time. He went above and beyond with working us back in once the power returned and gave us excellent advice and information after he did an excellent job addressing our electrical issues.     I had the pleasure of working with Marcus Messerlie regarding landscape lighting transformer issues. He laid out a plan of action including beginning with diagnostic testing and evaluation of my system. Upon completion, Marcus explained in easy to understand detail the results. After resolving the issue, Marcus explained as he demonstrated how to deal with this should it happen again. He also took the time to hand write simpler step by step instructions which I gratefully appreciated!! Marcus displayed a positive and patient attitude throughout the encounter. Work was done in a timely manner.

    Just wanna say that this started out as a possible leak under the foundation of my house I called Tioga plumbing, which was a referral from my insurance agent. The receptionist on the phone was kind understanding listen to what I had to say, and was able to get me a technician to the house within two hours. I thought that was exceptional because of the incoming weather that we were expecting in the DFW area in the next two days. Tyler H. Came to the house my wife brought him around where I was working, and I must say he was patient. He listened to what I said, in describing what I thought, the problem was, and the mythology that I used to determine the possible problem that I had . Together we were able to Troubleshoot the foundation leak to actually a sprinkler line leak thank God! Tyler listen to everything. He was respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and reassuring that the path we were on was correct. My interaction with him was positive enough to have him come inside and work up an estimate for some plumbing work that I needed to finish in my master bathroom remodel. This was a great experience from the first phone call all the way up until Tyler shook hands and left. Looking forward to them completing the job in the master will update after that.

    Very pleased with the work Tioga Plumbing (specifically, Tyler Hoyle) did replacing a hot water heater. Another company installed the brand new water heater less than 4 years ago, but we had issues with it from the start. Tyler came out and managed to get a whole new water heater installed (since the original unit was still under warranty) and got everything up to code.Nobody likes spending money or having emergency repairs during the holidays, but Tioga Plumbing and Tyler made it as stress free as possible AND we have hot water again!

    Tyler from Tioga Plumbing has done such a great job for me on a few occasions. From installing a toilet to replacing a cast iron drain, he provides several options without pressure. That is the kind of business I prefer. Customer service is 5 star, even down to the wonderful people in the office. I know I can always count on Tioga.

    I place an emergency call becuase the plumber assigned by the hot water heater company wasnt available until the next day. My hot water heater was still under warranty and still i had to wait. This company came to a husband, wife and 4 childrens rescue. Joshua was knowledgeable, professional, fair, and quick. I called around 12:34 pm. Joshua arrived maybe 40 minutes to an hour later and was done around 3pm.

    Had Tioga out to take out and replace all 7 old fire alarms and replace them with 10 year battery fire alarm/carbon monoxide detectors. Adam and Roy did a great job and tested the system when they finished to make sure they worked, and worked around my working from home schedule when I broke for lunch to get in the room and replace the alarm in the room where I was on Zoom calls all day .     Our hot water heater went out so we called Tioga plumbing to come check it. They were prompt and worked with our water heater company to get the parts under warranty. The company sent the wrong part and they were able to work with them on just replacing the whole thing instead of waiting for more parts at no extra charge!! They came out a total of three times to help us have hot water while waiting on the initial parts. They were kind, respectful and worked around our schedule. One thing I really like is they send you a text with the photo and GPS location of the tech that is coming to it so you know who to expect and when! Our technicians were Jesus and Tyler and they were great!! Over all 5 star service

    Tioga Plumbing & Electric did a multi-point inspection/safety evaluation of my house electrical and plumbing systems as part of my membership in their maintenance program.     Tioga Plumbing and Electric is our go-to (for years!) for plumbing and electric issues, at our business. They came out Tuesday to fix a leak in our outdoor faucet. They were very thorough, explaining everything as they went along. They also came late in the day and stayed late until it was done, braving the extreme heat! Their staff on the phone are polite and highly-efficient. Alex is one of the people I talked to, and I wish I had the name of the young lady who helped me Tuesday. Estaban and Trevor are top notch, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after their work - discarded wet insulation, they vacuumed and put things back even better! I highly recommend Tioga Plumbing and Electric!

    Matthew was very helpful and well informed. My issue was the attic installed hot water heaters with pilot light problems. He spent about a half hour in my hot stuffy attic, inspecting my two hot water heaters and even calling the manufacturer to get their opinion. He was courteous and professional. No service fee was charged. Also, the customer service phone rep was outstanding, keeping me informed about when the tech would arrive at my home.

    Natalie and Zane came to unplug the main sewer line under our church. They arrived early, got done in an hour and got the clog cleared. The church has a preschool and this bathroom was critical. Natalie opted to use the sink first rather than pulling the toilet as that would involve an additional $400 charge. The total cost to clear the blockage was $394.13 and took right at an hour. I was very happy with their timely response and efficient work. Recommended.

    Mark first placed a doormat outside the front door to prevent from tracking in any dirt. This was something new for Tioga, but appreciated. Mark then explained all that he would be doing and after I showed him all the rooms he set about evaluating all our plumbing. Upon completion he provided a detailed report of things he found with steps that Tioga would take to resolve them, if requested. He didnt push anything but provided options. This was appreciated as well as the detailed report provided.Tioga has been our service company since we bought our house and theyve always done a great job for us. Its six years now and continuing. Id recommend Tioga for anyone in need of a good plumbing company.

    Mario came to our house to hopefully snake and clean out a blocked kitchen sink. Unfortunately they found a cast iron fitting was absolutely disintegrated, but the very next day the demo crew came out and our pipes were fixed by the early afternoon.Being a service technician, myself, I knew Mario and his crew were going to take good care of us and I will highly recommend the great work they do!

    I normally do not post reviews however I have to commend Tioga for their work today. We were scheduled to have our main water line repaired. After a week without running water because it was shut off, we got a call the day before (Thursday) that the installer we had could not make it due to an emergency.I was upset that they were going to cancel after a week without water. I hung up, and they called back after speaking with their office and stated that they would figure it out and send someone as scheduled. I was skeptical, but we remained faithful and waited for today.Sure enough, they showed up as promised. Their Master Plumber (manager) came out in 30 degree weather and spent all day fixing my issue. Amazing service and accountability. I appreciate them solving our problem. We have a freeze coming next week, and we were getting nervous. Thank you all!

    I was recently in need of a plumber to fix a clogged drain. I contacted Tioga plumbing and was very impressed with their professionalism from the start. They were able to schedule an appointment within an hour on a Sunday, and the plumber arrived on time as promised.The plumber Kody was very knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly diagnosed the problems and explained them to me in a clear and concise way. He then solve the issue quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to clean up the work area after he was finished.I was particularly impressed with the plumbers use of technology. He used a video camera to inspect the drain, which helped him to quickly identify the source of the clog. He also used a tablet to generate a detailed estimate for the work.I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall service. The prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Tioga to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable plumbing service.

    Thorough, communicative, fully understood needs of a complex job and then executed perfectly and efficiently! We needed electric work first, then a full replacement of our tankless hot water heater. First Cameron and Ty on the electric team knocked that job out of the park, then Mark was able to come in and complete on schedule perfectly. The team coordinated and communicated with each other and me like true pros. Also, Michelle was very communicative and helpful with the many scheduling required to get it all specified and completed. Ive worked with many good service organizations in the past but can easily say Tioga is bar-none hands-down the best!Second job with Tioga ended up being deep and complex issue with a badly installed old circuit, the largest and most used in the old house. In the end we needed to rewire the entire thing and Cameron and Justin did an amazing job in just one day, putting in an huge amount of grueling dedicated effort. We now have a perfect, robust, modern circuit where once we had a nightmare tangled fire hazard. I cannot say enough good things about Tioga and all their staff, but especially Cameron has proved to be an absolute superstar!

    The City of Grand Prairie Water Department came by the house and let us know that we had a water leak they said 40 gallon per hour which we did not know about so I called Tioga Plumbing and the Technician they sent us was Tyler Hoyle and he was very friendly and kept us updated on the progress of the job he started his inspection and troubleshooting to find the leak and in a few minutes he came and told us he had found where the leak was and the plan to repair the leak and we said yes go ahead and start the repair andIt was a big job but he tackled it and now now more leak Tyler did a great job he is very good plumber and very carrying person so glad we had the pleasure of meeting him and hope to have him come back and do some other work he had pointed out to us Thank You TYLER HOYLE

After we discovered a problem with the breaker that powers our septic tank, Tioga sent an electrician out to our home very shortly after we called-on a Saturday morning. Chris was extremely courteous and did a great job explaining and fixing the issue. He also explained some further work that needed to be done to prevent the issue from happening again, but we decided to wait until speaking with our septic repair team. Within 48 hours we had to call again to have the extra work done, and once again they were so prompt and accommodating. Iā€™m sure we inconvenienced them, but you would have never known it by their manner towards us. Both Amanda and Brenda as well as Chris and his team were excellent. Generally speaking, you wont find a better company around.Specifically, Ive had electrician Michael out twice and hes not only done high quality work and is very responsive, but he also shows empathy (having to have emergency work done sucks) and did everything he could to put my mind at ease.I cannot recommend Tioga enough! The price he quoted was extremely reasonable and within 2 hours I had a new window!!! Will definitely be using Tioga again!!! Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish!!!

    Tioga did a great job fixing a master bath leak. They guys were on time, did great work, cleaned up and were so friendly! We are moving so we wonā€™t be needing them anymore, but I highly recommend them! Great and fair pricing too.

    Tioga Plumbing was amazing from initial contact to very end. Our kitchen sink had fallen and was detaching from our granite counter tops. We called them Sunday at 5:30pm. Casey not only picked up but she actually called us back confirming someone could be out Monday to see what needed to be done. Si and Josh were here Monday morning. They looked at what needed to be done and said they could be back next day to start working on it once we approved the estimate. They both were very polite and knowledgeable. Tuesday came and they were here first thing. They fixed our sink and they cleaned up after themself. The next set was to wait 24 hours and plumber would come to hook everything back up. Nick was our plumber was also very nice and worked fast. Not wanting to leave anyone out Brenda and Amanda also called to confirm when the workers would be here before they came out and were very patient everytime I called with any questions. I wish I could give them a higher rating. They went above and beyond any custom service expectation. My sink looks amazing too. Thank you all.

    These guys are the absolute best! I called them around 7PM and had someone come out in the next hour! They unclogged my toilet very carefully and were thinking about my home in the process.     We have used Tioga for plumbing and electrical work on a fixer-upper home we purchased. The crews have been on time, professional, efficient, and all around wonderful. Their electrical crew even saved us $2,000 over the original quote when they get further into the project and found a better way to fix our issue! That is a nice surprise in the middle of a project!

    My technician was Michael. We are getting our ready to go back on the market and needed to ground/bond our gas line. The realtor advised us it could cost about $1500 due to our gas meter being on the opposite side of our house and that the electrician would have to run the wire through the attic and down the other side of the house to the ground rod. As soon as Michael saw what needed the said all he had to do was place a clamp where the line enters the house and instead of running the wire up the side of the house and through the attic and down the other side to that ground wire ā€¦.. he just simply placed a new ground wire at the gas meter. Saved $1000 doing it that way!You have to love a company that doesnā€™t take advantage of you when ur not well versed on a specific repair!Thank you Michael and Tioga!!

    Had a bad breaker for my bathroom GFCI (1 breaker for all 4 bathrooms). Reached out to Tiago on Saturday morning, had a tech out Monday morning. Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable. Tested and replaced the breaker and then explained to me what had happened in the breaker. Highly reccomend this company. This is actually the 4th time they have been out for various things, but the 1st time I actually needed a repair. Very honest company!

    I just recently had a bathroom remodel done by a different company, horrible experience throughout and at completion the toilet was not draining or flushing properly. I have worked with Tioga before and had such a great experience I called to have them come assess this issue. They sent Mark Espinosa and Josh Carter out the very next morning and within the hour after removing the toilet and doing camera feed on the line they were able to immediately find the source of the problem and fix it right away! Thank you so much to them both, I now have a functioning restroom and peace of mind!

    I broke a giant glass bowl... in my sink... with the disposal on! Needless to say, it was jammed. I tried to remedy it myself but had no luck. I called Tioga (for the first time ever) and Brenda, who answered the phone, was kind, helpful, and the reason I decided to set up my appointment. Nick and Natalie arrived at my house on time and were very quick and professional. They fixed our problem in no time and even checked/fixed few other things while I had them here and was paying for their time.Im sure a billion plumbers could have helped me but this companys attention to GOOD customer service made me choose them over 10 other companies in our area! We will definitely use Tioga again.

    My experience with Tioga has been one of complete satisfaction. Replacing original under cabinet lights with a LED version was well done. Adding a light above new art was more difficult and required clever wiring added in a wall. Ceiling socket lights were also replaced and all are working well. The price for the job was also fair and I would not hesitate to have Tioga do electrical work for me again.

    Because of TIOGA Plumbing, I now believe in Christmas Miracles. My hot water heater stopped working and since I had used TIOGA before (& really liked the work they did), I called them to take a look. Water heater is old but, I couldnā€™t afford to replace it. I told Clinton about how I needed to pay $4500 in taxes by Jan 31st, how my Dad passed away in September & I had to go back to work in order to keep the house so, I just couldnā€™t get a new water heater. I was stressing about the money just to have it Fixed. He told me he would be right back with some good news. Well, when he came back, he had removed all charges and voided the $750 down payment I gave him. Wade and Clinton are replacing my hot water heater right now and not charging me for anything. This is a Christmas Miracle ! These guys and this company are God sent. Besides being super honest, they are just wonderful people. I cannot express how thankful I am for them. It is. Is dark and they are still working. Merry Christmas to everyone and, Many Thanks to TIOGA Plumbing !!! Youā€™ve made my Christmas- miracles do happen.

    I have used Tioga on three separate occasions. They are now my contractors for life! Very professional, extremely fair prices, and efficient repair times. I never had difficulty scheduling an appointment, and once they actually checked with me because they were in the neighborhood in the evening the day before my appointment. I happened to be available and the repair was completed early. They refuse to charge me for excessive repairs other contractors told me I would need and I just need that kind of honesty in a contractor. Thank you Tioga!!
