Called about toilets and tub backing up. Next day, they came out and worked on the drains.They had a $79 drain clean-out special, and thats all it cost us. I was afraid theyd try to upsell us, but they didnt. They did explain that the cast iron pipes are old and everything catches. Our neighbors all have the same issues/have had theirs replaced. So, I know thats true.They said we had an 11-2 time frame and they were here from 11 to noon (which was great!)Overall, we are very happy we went with Matrix. Pam worked with us and helped us understand what we would be getting since we have not had professional plumbers in the 6 years weve owned our home.

Matrix Plumbing just completed a total replacement of all the lead plumbing under our house. WOW! The entire job took just 1 week. During that period of time we experienced unparalleled courtesy and professionalism from both Pam and the entire crew. We were always advised of when the workers would arrive, and they never failed to show up as advertised. We had expected to pay dearly to repair our landscape after the extensive tunneling under our home. In fact when the job was done it was hard to tell that anything had ever happened. Everything was put back in place including a couple of bushes that had to be removed temporarily.We researched several plumbing companies prior to selecting Matrix Plumbing. Some bids were ridiculously high and one ridiculously low. For the scope of work, the Matrix Plumbing bid seemed both right and fair. In fact the actual amount we paid was a bit lower than what we had agreed upon. My toilet was leaking from the bolts that held the tank and bowl together. They were able to dispatch Zack to come look at my toilet the next day. He diagnosed my issues right away. He gave me multiple options to choose on how I wanted to handle my repairs and the cost associated to them. We ended up replacing the toilet completely due to the toilet being an older model. He ran into a few issues and always overcame them. Even though it took a few days to get the job done, Zack was always transparent about the issues he ran into and always had a solution to the problems. He did a great job on communication.

Matrix Plumbing gets a 👍👍up. They were all very professional and efficient. The office administrator Pam was very customer focused and pleasant to talk too. The leak detector came to my house and gave us a blue print to show the leak and 2 ways of repairing it. We chose the option with no dismantling to the inside of the house. This was also least expensive. The digging crew was on time, the plumbers repaired the leak, and the soil was back filled. This was all done in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the work Matrix did in our home. We had an incorrectly installed trap (not installed by Matrix) underneath our master bath sink. I was in process of buying new home and I called Matrix Plumbing in a panic, because I needed someone right away. Also, it was a busy time for plumbers, due to excessive rain we were having. But Matrix, accommodated me and Jason the plumber came out and ran the camera, and was able to give me more detail information, then the inspector. Therefore, I had better information for my decision. Jason was experienced and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Matrix Plumbing going forward. Also, they price they charged was less then what the inspector was going to charge me for the same service! So great service, very knowledgeable, and fair pricing.

It started with a leak in the slab in my kitchen. I called my homeowners insurance and they recommended Matrix. I am so blessed they did! Pam with Matrix, sent a leak detection expert out right away and he found major problems with my sewage pipes. They submitted their estimate to the insurance company and then it began... Pam scheduled all the work and was diligent about keeping me informed. The workers were very courteous. They were prompt. And when they were finished with the project made sure all the trash was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend this company!

The plumbing repair was completed satisfactorily. The tech accidentally blew the circuit, he thought he cut through the power cord, but didnt. I was without usage of some the electrical outlets for several days. Matrix paid for an electrician to come and examine the power cord.

These guys are unbelievable. We called on a Thursday to have our plumbing replaced since we were plagued with and old cast iron system. They sent out a digging team on a Sunday, and plumbing was replaced on a Monday (the next day) while it was raining. These guys are great and have been extremely professional, and had made the whole process quick and clear. I would highly recommend them!

This is the second slab leak weve had and Matrix was great to deal with - very professional, showed up right when they said they would, followed up, communicated well, and did a great job. Since they had to dig a tunnel under the house from the yard, they even replaced all the dirt back so cleanly - I was impressed from start to finish both times. They cautioned us that we need to switch to flex pipe and reroute the plumbing but our insurance wouldnt approve it. I will use Matrix again!

We needed 30 feet of our sewer line replaced under the house and found Matrix Plumbing through our insurance company. I cant say enough about how amazing they were to work with! Since we are currently working from home, I was worried about the process and about how disruptive the plumbing work would be, they answered all of my questions and then explained the whole process to us. Once they started the work, I must say that from the digging of the tunnel to the replacement of the pipes to the clean up, they did an incredible job! Everyone that was here at the house was incredibly professional and so nice to work with! They had the whole project done within a week (even though they found 5 more feet that needed to be replaced) and they were not disruptive at all, barely any sound and barely had to come int he house.Since we had this large project completed, I have used Matrix for a few other small projects that Ive had around the house, replacement of the water valve behind my refrigerator and we had a shower handle break. Every plumber that has been at my house has been incredible, very knowledgable and transparent about the work that needs to be done. They follow all COVID procedures and work fast and for a very reasonable price. They are my new GO TO for plumbers!

We had the unfortunate experience of keys being flushed down the toilet which caused massive backup. I called matrix plumbing and John came out. He was so personable and understanding. He wasn’t able to get the keys out but gave us invaluable advice on where they were located and which steps to take next if we so desired. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and with his ability to explain what the exact issue was as to why the keys weren’t coming out. Matrix Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service we have ever received. Office personnel Mona helped me every step of the way to replace our entire sewer line from cast iron to PVC. She scheduled my repair in a timely manner and was able to complete the job before the estimated time originally planned. Not to mention I was an hour drive from their main office. Scheduling was crucial due to the hour-long drive for Matrix to get to my house. They originally told me they would need two weeks to complete sewer line replacement. This included tunneling over 42ft, installing new pipes and backfilling all the dirt. Tunneling was completed in two days by Daniel and his crew. The plumbers (Team of 6) came in after and removed all the old cast iron pipe and installed PVC in two days. Once Daniel returned with his crew, he was able to finish backfill in a day and a half. I can honestly say these guys were working their tail off to get our plumbing back online. I have two toddlers that potty a lot! Matrix plumber’s are kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with answering all our questions. They made sure to explain everything to us and the service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major plumbing issue! I will also mention their bid was $8k lower than the other two plumbing companies that bid on the job. We definitely will call them again in the future. We were connected with Matrix through our home warranty company. Our plumbing is very old because of the age of our home, and our master bathroom is constantly having problems. We finally decided to have the plumbing replaced. Dylan came out with a team from Matrix and completed the job for us. They worked quickly and professionally, and they offered us a discount because of some extra costs accrued through the warranty company. I also felt like they really went the extra mile to update us on the status of the job. My garbage disposal went out during the time of this project and Dylan replaced it right after they finished working on the bathroom plumbing. It was just really nice to get everything resolved quickly and with professionals who seem committed to doing a great job and serving their customers.

My kitchen sink was draining slowly so Matrix Plumbing came out and identified the problem. It turns out I had a cast iron pipe rust out below my foundation that was the real issue. They swiftly scheduled the excavation required to replace this pipe and finished it in time for Thanksgiving! I will definitely be using them again.

Theres absolutely nothing fun about having to have Plumbing work done but Matrix Plumbing essentially made it pain free. My wife and I were advised by Nationwide Insurance to get a second opinion from Matrix Plumbing for our piping that ran under a house that head rusted through and was causing back up through our washer. We originally had a local plumber look at it and was told that they would have to pull up our entire floor of our house and concrete to replace the pipe for the repair. I thought that going to make a big mess and make the house unlivable being that we have 3 kids this would have been pretty tough. Im very grateful that we got another opinion from Matrix . Matrix dug a hole in my closet in my garage and dug a 40ft tunnel under the house to remove the pipe and replace. This was a much better options Also would like to thank Matrix for making the 3-hour drive multiple days to get the job done quickly on time . I would highly recommend Matrix plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Matrix had done work for my son twice before in clearing a clogged main sewer line. Third time the home warranty company sent a Bozo company out that didn’t want to do anything but collect money. We called Matrix. Jason was the plumber they sent. He immediately cleared the clog and then proceeded to determine that the actual cause of the recurring problem was an installation problem on the city side of the tap. NO ONE had taken the time or effort to do this before. What was thought to be a tree root problem (as diagnosed from the truck by Bozo) was found to be a city problem. A week spent digging up the street and part of the sidewalk fixed it all.Jason was courteous, efficient, professional and, above all, helpful and skillful. It will always be Matrix and, I hope, Jason for our needs.
