I had contacted Riddle Electric to do an electrical upgrade. they looked at the job, and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. After getting the job, they preformed the work in a friendly and professional manner, always answering any questions I had. they always cleaned up after themselves. They did excellent work.I would definitely hire and /or recommend them again.

My wife and I just moved into our new house in Hurricane and we suddenly had the electricity go out along one wall in our house. These guys were the first people I called because they were the closest to my house, turns out they are also the best electricians I have ever used. Not only were they on time, but they were incredibly professional, completely up front with any charges that we might have, and super nice the entire visit! They made short work of the issue and had everything back to normal before I knew it. We will absolutely use them for all future electrical issues

I needed to re-route the cables for my heat pump and air handler. I knew I could run the cable myself, but I was less confident about my ability to disconnect/reconnect them from the panel without electrocuting myself. I called Riddle Electrical to explain the situation, and they said they could fit me in for a free estimate on their way to another job. When they arrived and understood what I needed, they offered to disconnect the cable from the panel and let me do the re-routing myself, then to reconnect it to the panel on their way home after the job they were going to. This saved me a lot of money in labor, compared to other estimates I got from companies! I felt they were honest and straightforward with their business and will definitely call them in the future when Im ready for more electrical work needing done.

I was searching for an electrician to update ~7 outlets in our home to GFCI outlets. I called 2 different electricians with no luck. But when I called WV Riddle Electric, I was talking directly with Bill Riddle who was very courteous and understanding of my issue. It might have been luck of the draw that day, but Bill was able to squeeze our family in for an estimate right on the spot. Bill and his other master electrician Bronson were great at keeping us in the loop on when they might arrive. But I was pleasantly surprised that Bronson was not only able to do our estimate, but they also completed the work in the same evening. After receiving awesome service like this, I would recommend WV Riddle Electric every time. Thank you for such a great job!

I needed a quick turnaround on an estimate for issues identified in a Home Inspection that I recently had. I reached out to William, and he responded quickly with recommendations - estimate was free as well. He followed up with me to see if I needed any clarifications from his estimate which I appreciated. He volunteered to drop in on a Saturday (no appointment scheduled) to assist with troubleshooting the issues he previously quoted me on which was very helpful and appreciated. WV Riddle Electrical LLC will always be my first choice when it comes to any electrical needs. Very honest and gave recommendations that took work from himself and saved me money. Great, personable guy with a great work ethic!!

I had some general work done by a contractor and he discovered some electrical issues that were beyond his ability to resolve. He told me I really needed a master electrician to sort it out. I called Riddle hoping to get something done within the week. They were on a job close by and came by at the end of day to see what was wrong. They were friendly and professional when they arrived. They quickly determined what was wrong and fixed the problem and replaced a couple outside outlets that were out dated and weathered. Instead of waiting a week like I thought it was done on the spot by 8:30 that night. I know not everyone will get things done that quickly but I respect the fact that they did stay and fix it and not put it off until another day. If I ever need any electrical work done again this is the people i want working on it. Great job!!

Had an issue with the Main Breaker in the Service Panel of my home. I did a search of Electricians in my area that were open on a Saturday and had good reviews. WV Riddle was not only open but had 5 stars from 30 reviews. I called Bill, explained my situation and he was at my home within an hour and half. He replaced the Main Breaker and will be sending me a quote for addition electrical update work. Very professional and timely. If the quote is right, I see more business with Bill

We called to have two attic fans unhooked before our new roof is installed. We loved that WV Riddle Electrical has a set rate for this task, which we felt was really reasonable, so we also asked them to install a ceiling fan while they were here. There was a set price for that, too -- its huge help to know in advance what youll be paying! They were here on time, worked neatly and were really nice guys. We feel much better knowing who to call the next time we need an electrician. We chose this company for the good reviews and liked them well enough to want to leave one of our own.

This guy is awesome! The electric company come and cut my power off instead of my neighbors house. They refused to come back out because they said my house had power. I used Bill to change out several outdoor GFCI receptacles on the exterior of my house. He was quick, timely, courteous, and did a great job. I then called him about an issue with my pool pump. He returned my call immediately and was on his way when the pool guy figured it out. He would not let me pay him for cancelling. He is the only electrician I ever use!
