    Excellent experience with these guys. They were able to squeeze me in several days prior to my original appointment. Both Bo and Jon were on time, courteous, and very professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the issue fixed in no time. They assured me there was no fire hazard at all which was a concern of mine. Overall I am VERY happy with the repairs and service provided and would absolutely use them again.

    Hedgehog met all my expectations and beyond. Starting with a very pleasant greeting on the phone and super helpful staff who arranged a same day appointment for my electrical emergency. A few hours later Jadon came to fix the problem and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He told me more about the problem in an understandable way and gave me the advice I needed to make the decisions I needed to make. Then he got the job done efficiently. All while being polite, friendly and calm in what felt to me like a stressful situation.     Jadon & Eli were promptly here at the scheduled time! Both techs were knowledgeable and informative. They did not rush none of the jobs and presented excellent customer service! BEST experience weve had dealing with Electricians (and there have been a few). Their work was professional (presentation and finished look) and they cleaned up the mess as if nothing had been done. What started out as a routine generator maintenance service call ended up 5 hours later with the installation of a soft start on one of our A/C units, a whole house surge protector, adding a couple more breakers to the generator panel box to control more things should the power go out, and re-doing the outside RV (50 amp) plug. Both techs displayed patience and passion for each job they were doing. Ive found my new electrical company should I need any service in the future! Thank You!

    Ed did a great job. Working in commercial repair for years, Ive developed a habit of noticing how the screws are oriented in switch faceplates. I my experience, Electricians that are through in the application of their trade orient the slots of the screws in a switch faceplate are all lined up in the same direction. Ed did that, and his work showed the same attention to detail.

    Very professional and timely. Pre-visit was with a certified electrician that spent over an hour with me answering questions about the installation and EV charging. Knowledgeable. The company provided me with a written estimate and worked with me about when to install. Our schedule was bit crazy, but we were able to work it out to get a quick install. On day of installation, two men were here on time ready to go to work. This installation was done in time frame as agreed and without any problems. Given I have not received the unit, we study information from the website so we could work out where to install the plug. Again, the willingness to work with me to have a successful installation was appreciated.After the completion any mess was cleaned up and the electrician spent time explaining to me what was done and what needed to be done when the EV unit arrived. Was an easy and successful installation. An important item was although I had a firm bid before the start, I had received an ad mailing the day before installation that had a Hedgehog coupon. When I asked about using this as part of the installation, there was no hesitancy in approving it. I would recommend Hedgehog for any electrical work and if I have any problems in the future my first call will be to Hedgehog. Thanks for an easy day!

    Very impressed with Porter and Ephraim. Very pleasant, courteous, professional. Left our home cleaner than when they came. I was a little nervous at first because Porter did not seem to know what an attic fan was or what it did. But he installed it and it seems to be working. A few hot days will tell the story better. The can lights they installed look beautiful and we are pleased with the lights and the service.

    Roberto and Porter came out today to give us a quote for an install of an outlet to power a level 2 charger. They worked with us on the different details involved and we ended up getting the outlet and the charger installed, and got a two socket outlet upgraded to four after discussing our needs. All this in one day! We even discussed some future projects to get an idea of costs for down the road. Truly excellent service I will recommend them every time!!

    We were having problems with one of our kitchen appliances in which it was tripping the breaker. Jesse one of their technicians came out to look at the situation and was so accommodating. Very genuine and gave me many options and was hoping that he could fix it and save us time and money. He did just that found a solution and was able to fix it within a few minutes.     We had a GFI breaker short out. Besides the test and reset button I didn’t have many tricks up my sleeve. Called Hedgehog this morning to help me figure out what to do. They were timely and helpful. Our technician Ed came by and was very friendly and personable. He explained to me what happened, how it occurred, what to do to prevent it from happening again, and what it may look like in terms of further repair if the same problem occurs again. I don’t have a lot of technical knowledge in home maintenance, but Ed helped me immensely today. Glad I met him!

James Chavez, diagnosed the problem rapidly, and gave me a written estimate and explanation of the required repairs.     I had an emergency with my fuse box in my home. I called these guys. They had someone out to me within 30 minutes. Turns out what I thought was something small turned out to be something huge. They worked with us on how to fix. They were able to do an entire box change with some extras added on, and were able to do it that day. I cannot sing their praises enough.     I recently moved to the area and used Ed and Jaydon from Hedgehog Electric for numerous services. Everything from removing and installing light fixtures and ceiling fans to adding outlets and installing a whole house surge protector. I was able to get scheduled quickly and their expertise and professionalism was truly impressive. They were always punctual and accommodated us when we added unplanned services. They left their work areas clean and took care of the disposal of old light fixtures and packaging. Their costs are reasonable and best of all they are a pleasure to work with.In what seems to be a culture of scheduling difficulties and poor workmanship I’m overjoyed to have found Hedgehog Electrical. Needless to say, I will use them for my future electrical needs and will recommend them without hesitation.

    We had up lights, under-counter lights and toe kick lights installed in our kitchen and two bathrooms. The result is stunning and elicits comments from every visitor to our home.We changed aged neon lights in the garage and in our laundry room to powerful, less expensive LED lights. The areas are better lit and more affordable to use, so we leave them on more often. The technicians were pleasant, efficient and really knew their stuff, even suggesting options, some of which we chose to use.     The smoke alarm in our house kept randomly going off in the early morning hours. We changed batteries thinking that would solve the problem. After a few more eventful alarms it was time to get the problem assessed and fixed. I called Hedge Hog Electric LLC thinking that it would be a number of days before getting service. A few hours later I received a call and two electricians came that day. After a thorough evaluation, and need for a new unit, a new smoke alarm was installed. The workers found the problem, gave suggestions for installment of other alarms and fixed the problem quickly. Their knowledge and professionalism was appreciated.

    Called on Monday morning to obtain services. Explained the issues that I was having with my garage and exterior outlets. I was given a firm appointment for Wednesday with a standby for Monday. Was called about 1130 to see if it was a good time in about 30 minutes. Service tech showed up (Mike Ollis) and after identifying himself we proceeded to go over the issue. After a quick assessment, he went to work and was able to identify the problem. He confirmed his assessment and fixed it.Was and Im still impressed with the results. Went over paperwork, played my bill, and he was off to another job.

He pointed out the different options that could be done, even recommending one that if I handle a different way on my own would be much less costly. Helped me troubleshoot a particular issue that has been causing irritation for months. He also fixed a DIY project gone wrong, explaining along the way what was missed to cause it to not work. Very helpful & the overall cost at the end was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again when I have another issue.

    Ed White saved the day! We were very grateful for HedgeHog Electric’s quick response to our needs and had someone to our house within 30 mins of calling! They were swift and fair in reducing the charges once they figured out it was a relatively simple fix. They also found some pre-existing issues unrelated to my first problem, that they addressed. I feel that my circuit breaker and power level is safer now. I appreciated that Hedge Hog was able to fit me in days earlier than they had originally scheduled me.     I called four different electricians. Out of the four, this place was one of two that actually answered the phone, and the only one that sounded professional when doing so. I was given a few hour window of being seen the same day and the guys showed up a couple of hours after the call. I also appreciated that this company gives you a 30-45 minute heads up when someone will be there so its easier to listen for the door. The guys showed up and acted professional and polite. My smoke alarms had been going off for about 3 hours straight at this point and they didnt waste any time getting to work on them. All our alarms were expired and weve had problems with them for a while so the guys got some new ones installed and we havent had a single issue since. I highly recommend this company and Ill definitely be using them in the future if I need something else.
