    Keith at JHMoran completed the entire plumbing (water/waste/propane) of my new build home from the ground up. He was very informative along the build and ensured his scope of work (and overlap with other builder’s subs) was done properly. While I encountered challenges with the builder, Keith returned after the build was done and continued to support proper completion. I’ve continued to use Keith for my plumbing needs, including regular Bosch burner maintenance.

    My wife and I are in our early 30’s, not super handy, and newish homeowners. We often run into a range of different issues ranging from small to large projects, as the home is a bit older and bound to need all different types of fix ups. JH has been able to fix all of our plumbing challenges!! Very respectful, very personable, and very trustworthy. We especially love how they’ll always talk us through ALL the options, the pros and cons of each (money wise and quality wise) and let us make the decision rather than forcing expensive projects on us. We use them all the time now and we are extremely happy.

    Couldnt ask more of a plumber - Keith returned my call promptly, we discussed the issue (leak from from wall by shower head), and was even kind enough to stop by on the way home for a birthday party!     I rarely bother to write these but felt compelled when a small business goes out of its way and just nails it.These guys (Keith) delivers the kind of service, price and quality we mostly just read about.This was the second time (since last year) that we called and used them and given we called late afternoon for a non emergency, he said hed only be able to get to us by 3 PM next day (yes - he actually gave a time frame). When an earlier time slot opened up he called ahead, and two hrs later arrived perfectly on time mid morning.His phone did not stop ringing entire time (wasnt billing us by the hr and I guess theyre pretty busy). It took him less than an hr to address first issue, and the 2nd issue (since I wanted to save some money if I could, he told me the issue and which part I could buy and try replace, although I may still need help for this.Honestly, this is the way business is (was) supposed to be done; so it was very deserving / only fair that we share the feedback.

    I had an emergency situation where a pipe burst. They came over first thing, fixed the situation, explained what exactly happened and gave me an idea for future detection of such situations. Additionally he was courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him

    We’ve been working with Keith for years now for all of our plumbing needs. He performs routine maintenance on our gas boiler, and has also installed a new hot water heater, toilet bowl and shower cartridge for us.     I had an issue that after months and months of other plumbing companies trying to troubleshoot and not get down to the root of the issue Keith came in and figured out the problem in less than an hour. I have had a leak for almost a year in my utility room. Not knowing if it was coming from the boiler or hot water heater, another plumber told me that I would have to replace the hot water heater because he did all he could to find the cause. Keith fixed the problem without me having to spend thousands of dollars on a new hot water heater that wasnt needed.

    Excellent. 5 stars. Leak in the kitchen of an an old house; lead pipes embedded in concrete; tiled bathroom above. Keith traced the leak to its source, carefully chiseled and removed concrete without damaging the tiled floor above, and replaced the necessary pipes. While a rival plumber had suggested a complete re-make of the bathroom, costing $5,000 to $10,000, Keith did the job in two days for $1500. Hes very experienced, lives in an old house himself, and understands the value of keeping as much of the original as possible. Really smart, and friendly, as well. Weve found our plumber, and will definitely use him again.

    Called Keith and he was extremely responsive right from the start. I was having problems with the gas line from my house to my pool heater. Keith was able to trouble shoot the issue and found that the gas line was leaking and needed to be replaced. He had the job done immediately, just in time for my July 4th party! Keiths work is second to none and his professionalism is appreciated, not to mention his pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely hire Keith for any future jobs! Highly recommended!
